Los Angeles, 2049: in a hyper-technological and overpopulated city, KD6-3.7 (Ryan Gosling) is a Nexus 8, an improved replicant from the previous Nexus 6 (androids physically humans, but smarter and stronger) that in 2019 they were pursued and retired by special agents named "Blade Runners", who works as a Blade Runner "retiring" the remnants of the Nexus 6, living with a lovely home hologram named Joi (Ana de Armas) as only one company. In his last case to locate and retire a replicant named Sapper Morton (Dave Bautista), "K" finds traces of a burial close to Morton's home, and he unearths a mysterious box where are discovered the mortal remains of Rachael (Sean Young), a replicant who was missing since 2019 after she fled with Blade Runner Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford). Discovering the impossible that Rachael was pregnant, and that possibly her child could be alive, Lieutenant Joshi (Robin Wright) orders "K" to find and destroy Rachael's descendant before the news is known to the public eye, and it causes a mass hysteria. But this revelation is known by blind scientist Niander Wallace (Jared Leto), owner of Wallace Corporation, creator and manufacturer of the Nexus 8 (heir of the previous Tyrell Corporation that manufactured the Nexus 6 that had collapsed during a world blackout in 2022), who is obsessed to create replicants able to bring new life. Unknown to "K", Wallace orders his personal assistant, a Nexus 8 named Luv (Sylvia Hoeks), to find Deckard in order to get him to reveal the location of the child he had with Rachael. But the mission gets complicated for "K" when he starts to question his own false memories, wondering if he could be Deckard's child, and not the replicant that he was thought to be. As "K"'s investigation progresses, and his steps point toward Deckard, Luv's steps point toward "K", in a race against the clock to see who finds Deckard first.

It is a grand piece of film-making. Whether it is a drama, a sci-fi movie, a movie for kids or a drama movie. This movie is what a great movie should be. It is smart, it is poetic, it is spectacular. If I had to choose one word to describe this movie, it would be a masterpiece. It is a sci-fi movie, it is a drama movie, it is a movie that will make you think. And it has a very beautiful end. I give this movie 9/10 and I can't wait to see it again. This movie is a masterpiece!

I went into this movie with the expectation of it being another lame excuse for a movie. Boy, was I wrong. There were a few scenes that were an interesting but not particularly memorable one. But the first 40 minutes, I was entertained. The story moved along at a steady pace and the visuals and sound effects were excellent. The director/writer did a good job of balancing the action, drama, and comedy. All in all, it was a very solid movie, with a good storyline and solid performances. I'd recommend it to anyone that has already seen the original. * out of *

If you have read the book you will notice many similarities. The story is very similar, the narration and flashbacks are the same, the flashbacks and narration are both based on a memory and the memory is more important to the plot, the most important fact is that all of them are based on the same memory. And in the book it is stated that 'only a dozen people remembered' but in the movie they say 'only a handful of people remembered'. I think that the big difference is that in the book there is an element of surprise to the memory, the reader isn't always sure what is going to happen and the way that it is revealed is slightly different. But if you have read the book you will definitely understand the difference between the two versions.

I really wanted to like this movie. It is a different take on the story, that's all. It also has that grim, dystopian look, but the film is great. There are some good action scenes, and a very suspenseful ending. There are also some very good performances, but the performances are the main problem. I was very confused and disappointed by Ryan Gosling's performance. It's actually quite weak. The plot is also quite weak, but that's the point. This movie is too slow for my liking. The first hour is a complete waste of time. I think I've seen this movie a thousand times, but it is still amazing. I'm not really sure if the movie is meant to be a silent watch, but it's quite good at it. I'm not sure if the movie is for everyone, but it is worth a watch for a sci-fi fan, or an action fan. I'm giving it a 7/10. The only thing I didn't like was the voice over acting by Jared Leto, but I guess that's just the way it is.

The themes are a little different than the original. That's a good thing. The whole plot is a bit of a mess and it's only because of the money and the studio money that they can keep making it. Some of the scenes are so jarring that they don't make sense. Especially the opening scene is really weird. The movie has its moments. I'm not going to go out of my way to say that this movie is good. The acting is pretty decent for a sci-fi movie and the special effects are well done. You could say that they are good for the time. If you watch the original and the remake, you can easily compare them. I would recommend the remake first, then watch the original.

You don't have to be a Philip K. Dick fan to enjoy this movie. It is very much a work of genius. It has been covered up as something very different from what we normally think of, but in my opinion this is something that should be seen. Many people don't get it. It is a mind-blowing film that you will never forget. It has been covered up as a science fiction film and many don't like it. But, it is not science fiction. It is very much a story of the times. It has a plot, characters, environment, but it is not a science fiction film. It has a good atmosphere and great cinematography. The movie is as much about the times as it is about the story. You will see the beginning and the end in the same scene. The movie is very good and has a lot to it, but it does not get any better than this. The movie is not a masterpiece. It is not an exciting movie. It has very little action. But it is definitely worth seeing. It is not about the story and the characters. It is about the times.

The plot is pretty good, the effects are OK, but some things are a bit rushed, like the ending (Which I will get to later). What I did not like was that some people in the theater were whispering, and when the film was over, I saw everyone crying. The man in the front row had a hand down on his mouth, and then everyone in the front row had their hands up. My daughter is 7, and she had tears running down her face. I would not recommend this movie to anyone under 17 years old. It will tear up your emotions, and you'll want to get up and leave the theater. This movie was not for children. The theater was packed, and no one was complaining, but when I left the theater, I was so disappointed that I was not allowed to get my money back, because I paid to see the movie. I really feel like I should have known that when I went in. My daughter did not leave the theater until the end, and it took her 3 hours to get back to the front. I'm so sorry, but if you want to see a movie that has an emotional impact, see "Whiplash". That is a great movie.

This movie is very good. The best action movie ever made. The story is good, but it is not the best thing in the movie. And this movie is really good. I like the movie because it shows the look of the future. The idea of the movie is amazing. The movie is a part of the trilogy. The movie has a really good plot, very well written. I give it 7/10.

If you haven't seen the original, skip this one. This is not as much a follow-up as it is a review. I'm a big fan of the original, and I'm glad it was remade, as this movie is a nice change of pace. This film has a great cast, and it features some really beautiful locations. The cast is great, and does a great job at bringing us back to the glory days of the first film. And with that being said, I have to say that I was disappointed in how much this movie was copied from the original. The film is slower than the original, and I don't mind that because it makes it feel fresh. However, it also takes away from the suspense of the first film. I do like the visuals and the look of the film, but the atmosphere was just lacking. As I said before, this is not a follow-up, but a review. I would rate it higher if there was a better set-up and more focus on the main character. But overall, the film is very good and I'd recommend it to anyone who loves the original.

The "DNA for Dummies" booklet, from a bookstore in my neighborhood, reminded me of the film and I searched for the book. I found it in the middle of the woods, and it was the first book I read. What a wonderful book it is. I took it home and read it. From this point on, I'm hooked. I've read it twice. The second time was as a final reading for my history class, and I loved the film version. I've seen it four times and every time I appreciate how Ridley Scott has brought this book to the screen in the best way possible. The second time, I got even more into the film and I was already in love. The film was very good, but I wanted more. I felt like it was about an hour and a half longer than it actually was. I wanted to know more about the scientists, the management, and so forth. I don't know how the film will end, but I hope there's a lot more to it. I think I'll go read the book again, and then I'll watch the film again. And, well, I won't be so disappointed if I do.

I have seen a few of the negative comments posted on here so I figured I would write a few things about this movie. I am not a huge fan of sci-fi. I have seen some very good movies like Minority Report, Code Red, and The Martian and I have also seen some very bad movies like the X-Men trilogy. However, I can still enjoy a good movie, and this is a movie that does that. I thought it was very well done. The movie was interesting, original, and I enjoyed the cinematography. The acting was good, not good but not bad. I have seen a lot of negative reviews and honestly, I did not understand all of it. I enjoyed the movie. I think the movie takes its own time. The first half is slow and almost non-existent, but as the movie goes on, the movie picks up. The last half hour was very intense and very gripping. There were some things that could have been better but overall it was good. I am not saying the movie is a masterpiece but I do not feel that it is awful. I will be watching this movie again and I would recommend it to anyone who likes a good sci-fi. 7/10

This is a spectacular film. It has moments of intrigue and suspense. It's also the best film I have ever seen. There are so many interesting things in it that are worth being told, or thought about. A great movie, period. Great cinema. The themes are layered and woven into a seamless whole. It's always a thrill to be able to watch a film with no expectation and still be satisfied.

Since Ridley Scott is not directing this movie I was not surprised that this movie was not much good. But, maybe the movie director is really good? I thought the movie was well shot. The movie starts with very interesting camera movements that made me interested in what is going on. The story is very interesting. The movie has a very good story. The ending was just so good that I didn't think about the movie for a very long time. I recommend this movie to everyone who likes Sci-Fi movies. It is a good movie that you will love. You will like it. I recommend this movie to everyone. It is a great movie that you will love.
