They're more into it than anyone else, which is why they are in the mood for this movie. Another thing that I noticed about this movie was that I felt that it was "very" original, which is a good thing to say, because it definitely shows. I don't think this movie will stand the test of time, but if it does, I think it will be great. The movie is based on the novel "Anne of Green Gables", written by Agatha Christie and it was adapted to the screen by Barbara Landon, which is pretty impressive for a first time director. It has a good plot, a good story and an interesting ending. This movie is not a masterpiece, but it definitely is very unique and definitely worth watching.

Thelma (2016) Review: Just when you thought it was safe to open a book again and again, a seemingly endless series of books like Thelma and Louise comes back into focus and shocks you like the novel it's based upon. You want to tell yourself it's a bad movie, but you can't help but be enthralled by the journey of Thelma and Louise, a series of books that was written about a woman who loses her husband, and has to deal with losing her own life, and then the loss of those she loved. This is a very personal movie for me, I think it's one of the few movies that I've ever seen that made me feel the same way about a character, I just can't stop thinking about the story when it's over. This movie really captured the essence of Thelma and Louise's journey, I'm so glad that the movie was made because I could see this movie through to the end. The only reason I can think of that this movie wasn't better, is that it felt too short. The characters are all so well thought out, and you get to see how they deal with their own loss, you see how they get back on their feet, you see how they cope with the world they're left with, and you see how they cope with each other. They were all so well put together, it was like you were watching them grow as people, and you are able to see what they're going through, and then you see the consequences of their actions, you can't help but be moved. There were some characters that I thought were a little overdone, like the hotel manager, or the detective, but those were just minor things. The only thing that I didn't really like about the movie was the special effects. The movie is basically about the last few days of Louise and Thelma's lives, and there were some scenes that were extremely short, like the wedding scene, and some of the scenes where they're just sitting around, or lounging around, the special effects felt rushed, like you were waiting for them to explain how they were going to get to the point they were going to make it, and then they did, but there were just so many times where they didn't explain anything, I was expecting something, and they didn't explain anything, and I was like, "Why didn't they just do that? Why did they have to explain everything, that's how it's supposed to be." That's all I have to say about the special effects. The performances were amazing, they all pulled it off, but it was Jessica Chastain who really made the movie, she was just so intense, and so fantastic, she just seemed so convincing in her role, she really made it believable. As far as the direction goes, it was great, it really captured the essence of the book, and the cinematography was very good. I was very impressed with the editing, they did a very good job at keeping everything straight. Overall, Thelma is a movie that I would definitely recommend, because I think you'll be surprised by how much you enjoy it. 8/10

Saw this on TV last night and enjoyed it very much. It reminded me of the first "Paranormal Activity" film and I thought that the special effects were awesome. It did not hurt that it was a horror film at it's core and was very similar to the first film. I was pleasantly surprised when it ended and I am looking forward to the second one!

I thought she was very good in this film. She was very believable as the mother and the daughter. Collette was also very good, but her role is more minor. She was fantastic. The music was very good. I think the movie was very powerful. I recommend this movie to everyone. It was very good. 9 out of 10.
