He manages to make the action thrilling, and his ability to turn a dull and flat plot into something interesting is a big credit to him. A lot of his movies can be seen as one of his most impressive achievements. The cinematography and editing is also good. The film has a very bright look to it, which is quite unusual in a film like this. The soundtrack is a typical 70's action movie soundtrack, which is enjoyable.
