I'm also a huge fan of Miao Hua. This movie is just as epic and emotional as his novels, but that's just the beginning. When it's over, I can still remember it as if it was yesterday. I think the best thing about this movie is the chemistry between Li Mu Bai and Chen Gong. They were almost too good together. There are so many moments in this movie that are so beautifully captured that I'll have to look them up in the dictionary, but the three main reasons are enough to recommend this movie. If you're a big fan of the novel, this is a great addition to your collection.

After hearing that I had to watch a child's film on opening day, I went to see a lot of Hong Kong films at the video store to pick out what I wanted to see. And one of the films I chose was Lao tzu. I am pretty familiar with the book and film and was surprised to see that it wasn't exactly the same story as the book. However, the film does capture the spirit of the book very well. The story is more focused on Lao tzu and his attitude towards life and the choices he has to make to make. He has a wife who wants him to live an ordinary life and wants to make sure he can get married and have children. But, he is always determined to take the next step, not taking no for an answer. It was a great change from the book. The film was also good in that it captured the other people in the village very well. I was surprised to see that there were some minor changes in the villagers as well. The Chinese voice actors did a good job and the film looked great. Overall, it was a good film. I recommend it for children and people who like the book. There are some nice scenes to look at. 7/10

The film has a great story and great acting by all of the actors. The children's acting is excellent and the love story between the kids is very touching. The young girl is particularly great in her role as the young girl who is not able to go back into the wild. The film has some good music, including a beautiful piece that was a favorite of mine when I first saw the film. The film is worth seeing.

I've always thought that the best Kung Fu movie is the Chinese Hero, but since I've not seen that movie, I never knew what to think about it. After seeing the Shaolin Monk I was shocked to find out that it was really the best Kung Fu movie I've ever seen. It was so realistic, and it was like watching a documentary. I couldn't stop talking about it, even when I went to the video store. The plot of the movie is pretty simple. The monk, Shaolin Monk, is sent to get a mysterious gold, because he needs it for a battle. The monk meets his enemy, who is a Shaolin master. But the Shaolin master is killed by the black-armed warrior, and the monk finds out the Shaolin Monk's true identity. After the monk discovers his identity, the battle begins and the monk defeats the Shaolin master. The black-armed warrior, who was in the film, is the spirit of the Shaolin Monk, and he is actually his brother. The Shaolin Monk dies, but he is revived by the Shaolin master. The Shaolin Monk has a destiny, and he must return Shaolin to the true Shaolin Temple. I really recommend that everyone see this movie, because it's really a great movie, with a very good plot. The people of the village are very poor and suffer greatly from the tyranny of Zhang. When they discover that Zhang is planning to kill them they decide to try and stop him. The movie is a little slow in the beginning but after the first few minutes I was hooked. The story is very interesting and you really care about the characters. The special effects are amazing and the acting is very good. The story is a little slow in the beginning but I think that is necessary for the story. Overall, this is a great movie that I would recommend to anyone.

The most impressive thing about "The Treasure of the Jade Chamber" is the visuals. It's impressive because this is the first time in a long time that China has made a film in the same vein as "Star Wars" and "Lord of the Rings". The story is good, but I did think that it was too short and there was a certain point in the film where it seemed that they couldn't decide whether or not they wanted to continue the story or not. It would have been nice to see more time spent on the story and less time spent on the visuals. I also thought that the main villain was somewhat under-used. While I don't think that he was particularly interesting or particularly frightening, I thought that he was a pretty effective villain. His plan, his mannerisms, and his voice are all pretty cool. But the problem with his character is that he was a bit under-utilized and his motivation was too vague. I also thought that his motivations were pretty cliche. Overall, I thought that the movie was entertaining, but it didn't have the depth that I was hoping for. It wasn't terrible, but it was not great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves Chinese animation, fantasy, and action movies, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't like those things. It's not a masterpiece and I would recommend that you don't go into it expecting something great. I think that people who are expecting the best will be disappointed. After seeing an interview with the producers of both Blood Brother and the French Connection (both directed by John Carpenter) on the Halloween Special (5/12/05), and an audio commentary track on the film, I decided to check it out. Although both films do have elements of the cannibal, this film is a more gritty and violent. The film was shot in the Philippines and involves a colorful cast of characters. Although one was stereotypical, for the most part the film was refreshing. Director Clive Owen is extremely likable, his acting ability is very engaging and his "villain" was interesting. The action is what you would expect, but the gritty nature of the film is different. I would say that the action was very fresh, but I don't think it was overdone. I would also say that I didn't think the film was as over the top as people have made out. The more I think about it, the more it's perfect. I think that the film is similar to the likes of the Alien series in that it is a more ruthless and entertaining version of the Alien franchise. I would say that this is also a film that can be enjoyed on the whole family level. The film can be enjoyed by the whole family, while the violence will be very intense for some people. For the most part, the violence was mild. The film is also very exciting, and the action/revenge sequences are exhilarating and exciting. A young nurse, Yai, falls in love with him, and helps him in his grief. In the meantime, a monster, his mother, is after Yu, and he must face up to the monster, which he calls by the name Yu. The monster is a sort of Japanese version of a giant slug, which has long arms and a slim body. Yu's mother is killed by the monster, but he manages to save her, and he decides to help the nurse in the hospital, Yai. Yu helps Yai in her care, but she also helps him in his grief. The monster has also killed his father, so Yu wants to protect his father. The story is interesting, and the movie has a nice sense of humor. The monster has a nice design, and the special effects are nice. But, the movie is just too much for a child, or even a teenager. The movie is really stupid. It has no feeling of real horror. The monster is a kind of cartoonish, childish creature, but the movie is really too much for that. The story is kind of stupid, and the movie has no real sense of emotions. The movie is a good family movie, but it is a bit of a slow movie. It is pretty amazing that the movie won a Best Documentary award in the South East Asian film festival. So I recommend it, but it's not really something I would buy on DVD.
