A mother(Jill Hennessy) and her daughter(Karen Gillan) are a married couple and they are separated after Karen's husband dies. They try to get back together but she is determined to get back together with her ex-husband(Matthew McConaughey). She is also a recovering alcoholic and she has been trying to get sober for a while now. They try to get back together again but there is a huge obstacle. Her husband is coming back to visit them. So she is determined to get back with him again. So her and her daughter decide to keep trying to get back together but it is a long and difficult road. I loved how this movie had the mother and daughter going on their own. The movie is so fun and colorful. I think this movie is definitely one of my favorites. It is very different from a lot of movies out there. It is a really fun and fun movie. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who loves movies. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is just looking for a great comedy.

In addition to the funny jokes, the movie also has a very interesting story line. This movie has great performances, especially from the two leads, Ethan Hawke and Jennifer Aniston. You will definitely enjoy this movie.

I can't recall a film that's captured my imagination like this one. I was sitting in the theater with friends and one of them said something to the effect of "The Long Dumb Road is like a comedy." And it is. It is a funny comedy, not the kind of comedy you might expect from a film like this, but a funny comedy that is so much more than that. The dialogue is witty and at times it is so smart and clever that you actually find yourself laughing out loud. But the best part is the actors. Sam Elliot, Brian Cox, John Heard, Harry Dean Stanton, Joe Mantegna, and Tom Everett Scott all do a great job of playing their characters. It is impossible not to feel sympathy for these characters, and when you realize that they all have been through a lot together you can't help but feel a little sorry for them. It is very rare to see such a great ensemble cast, and they all turn in great performances. The actors are all very good, and I wish they would do more films. I have no doubt that they will do many more. I haven't seen much of Sam Elliot, but I hope that he will be a great actor in the future. The dialogue in this film is so clever and witty that it will leave you in a good mood and want to go out and buy the DVD. A must-see for anyone that loves a good comedy. 9/10.
