Another documentary, this time on jazz pianist, pianist and composer, Dorian Gray. A lot of people criticize this film, but personally I found it a little moving. Not the best material to make a movie about, but still a worthwhile one. The subject matter is sometimes a little slow and thought provoking, but if you're a Dorian Gray fan then this documentary is definitely for you. A lot of it takes place behind the scenes of Gray's life, but what you actually see on screen is his amazing pianist performance, which you can see in some of the less energetic scenes. I've seen this on Channel 4 a few times now and I still find it very moving and emotional. Its probably one of those documentaries that I could see again and again, maybe I need to catch up on some of the less interesting stuff in it. Another thing that struck me about the documentary was how much Gray inspired the other people in the room. The people he met, worked with, and then became close to all played such important roles in his life, which makes the documentary a bit more interesting. The way he plays the piano and the way he presents it is a bit like something out of a documentary, except it doesn't have a narrator. You get to see a lot of footage and hear some of his music and hear a lot of his recordings. But for me that was enough of an eye-opener. Dorian Gray was truly a musical genius who inspired so many people throughout the world. Despite all the criticism I've read in some reviews of this film, I would still recommend it. It's a very interesting documentary, and it just really makes you feel for Dorian Gray. I recommend this film to any musician, pianist, or anyone who loves a good musical documentary.

I agree with the reviewer of "Words of Love" who notes the wonderful "Memory Palace" documentary shot on the real "Memphis". I loved the first time I saw it, and have seen it a dozen or more times since then. The costumes and filming were breathtaking, the people stunning, the music awe-inspiring. This movie has also been a fantastic source of inspiration. Some of the music can be heard on "Fiddler's Green" or "Loss of Language" or "Identity" by the Beatles. Just think of this documentary as a gift of the great and good, and watch the ones that are truly "Real".

As I said, I had always thought that the musical style of The Beatles was unique but since their first number one hit, made with the late iconic drummer, John Lennon, that was believed to be something special for the world to enjoy, I was the kind of person who thought the whole experience would be spectacular, being with my girls and listening to the songs. What I saw was a lot of people who gave up on the music after the first "Beatles" album came out. I remember my sister being the first to love the songs, but I hated the music and my brother hated the Beatles. He loved them at first and I hated them. Even though I liked them in the early days, they just got boring, and I never saw a reason to like them. That is what I said to myself when it came to the "Won't Get Fooled Again" TV special, telling my girls I would not be into the Beatles now. So I had no idea at all how they were going to do with them. Well, my sisters loved them and it was a huge experience for us, as they really got into the songs. But then I found out how them and their music can be humoured, just like many other artists in the world have done. "Songs in The Key of Life" was a big favourite of mine when I first heard it, but it was probably the first time I heard any of the other songs, even the first ones. The idea of the documentary is that it shows what it was like, where you were and when you were in love, for a young person in 1964, to see their idols perform. So even though they did not really like the music, as I did, they were still enthusiastic to see them perform. Then they show what the real scene of the period was like, as it was when The Beatles broke out of their humble beginnings and became stars. But because of the fact they did not like the music, it was difficult for them to get into the hype, to be in the public eye. I personally do not care if they like the music, just as I do not care if they hated it or not. The documentary shows the real thing, it shows the hard times that they were facing, the difficulties they had to deal with and the amazing songs that we still sing. But I also believe that they were being manipulated and sold out. They had nothing against the music, they just did not like it, mainly because of their new songs that did not go with the Beatles' songs, and what they wanted the Beatles to sing. It was no secret to them that their music was not a hit. For them it was a very short time that they had not been able to perform the music they knew so well. The documentary shows the story of those years, when the Beatles started to get even bigger, and the turmoil they faced trying to understand how to be in the public eye and still be a member of their band. The documentary does not show the real story of the Beatles in 1964, but rather the movie's version. The movie ends with how they all reunited, how they became the very famous celebrities of the 1960s, how they went into their own thing, how they had to make things work for the world. The real story of how The Beatles broke out of their humble beginnings is shown to the world. All these years, I have heard that those old songs will never get the recognition that they deserve. I do not care how they feel about it, I just know that they are proud of how they have made a living out of their music, and that they have left their legacy that continues to be a landmark in music. To me, this documentary is very inspirational, in the sense that they are still doing what they love and still singing the songs we all know so well. I could not ask for more than that. If you are a fan of The Beatles, or of music in general, you should definitely watch this documentary.

As a late 40's guy I was immensely impressed by this movie. For me, some movie interviews would be truly great and this is certainly not one of them. The facts & evidence presented in the film are breathtaking. Most of the interviews are of course non-celebrities, but the interviews were insightful and made it clear to me that the documentary that I had been hearing about for a while was a little misleading. The documentary did not examine every detail of our passion, it only touched on the facts that really mattered. In summary, it's an absolutely wonderful documentary. It is hard to get the film on video so I recommend you purchase a copy and watch it. It will make you think about your life & make you more aware of what really matters.

Favourite bands of the year include Sun City, Real Estate, Joy Division, Todd Rundgren and Zappa, Dave Grohl and Foo Fighters. And the line up includes bands I don't much like. If you liked my list of bands I couldn't get to listen to, then you may enjoy this film. The documentary is like a sort of MTV flick, in that you will feel as though you are watching it for the first time, for if you are there it will leave you feeling that way. It is also funny and good at times. However, although the music of the 70s was excellent, I feel that the introduction of the documentary looked a bit wobbly. It isn't the greatest I have ever seen, but it is worth seeing. I have seen the DVD, and I'd say that is quite a nice addition, although I wonder what was on it. It is a really nice movie.

The old saying goes that "a picture is worth a thousand words," and this is one of those wonderful, inspirational stories. Mel Gibson and Sandra Oh are so likable and sweet. They sing and dance their heart out. Their love and passion is in every scene they share. Their love is so fierce. I truly believe that this was the real Sandra Oh. I'm so glad that they were able to create this reality for her life. I'm sorry that this movie didn't bring the world this "indescribable, beautiful, all consuming love." They only spent 2 minutes on the subject of love and Sandra Oh had a successful career in her own right. I know this is just an internet movie. Don't be surprised if there are some factual inaccuracies. However, I believe that it is truly for people of all ages, as it was for me. Although I was only 7 or 8 years old when this happened, I felt that it really affected me. It makes me think about my own love for these two people. It gave me a better understanding of love. This is truly a film that could change lives. It would be my best recommendation if you want to know more about the two "Sandra Oh's."

I found "Words of Love" to be a beautifully directed documentary on a very interesting subject. The film is quite powerful in that it shows us a path that seems to be very well chosen in the work of each of the individuals involved. "Words of Love" starts with a woman, Marjorie Bernstein (Fay Wight) of Chicago, who is forced to part with her boy and her brother when the father of the boy gets shot. Now in an orphanage, she sees a young boy (played by David Warner) who seems to be an orphan of no parents. She approaches him about learning to sing in a band. The song he develops is a very powerful one about love and loss. The film shows a friendship between the young boy and the old man, Leonard Bernstein (played by Ron Nott) who is a great singer. The man teaches the boy how to play the piano and how to play "the old time way" on the piano. Also, he teaches him how to drive a car. It is not very often that we see this kind of close relationship in movies. This documentary is interesting because we see the two men as normal people. There is a lot of heartbreak in their lives as a result of a loss. This was shown in great detail through the documentary. When they were in the orphanage, we saw a lot of suffering in Leonard's character, Leonard Bernstein, who lost his son to cancer. The scenes are powerful, particularly when he and Marjorie sing together. The film was very well directed. One of the most interesting things about the film is how it showed both the man and the woman in the old days of the orphanage, saying that there was no love between them. We get to see the relationships that had developed between Leonard and Marjorie in the orphanage. The two men seemed very different at first, but we see that they had become one thing. It seems that their relationship developed slowly but eventually became strong. We also see their love for one another, which was shown in great detail through the filming. The final scene of the documentary shows Leonard and Marjorie together. We see their tears, especially with Leonard's singing. That was one of the best scenes of the documentary. The ending was very sad, but positive. I would recommend this film to anyone who wants to learn more about the issues of love and loss in this world.

Marianne & Leonard: Words of Love tells the story of the chemistry between one of their favourite and most respected artists and his wife. The film was very touching and left me wanting to talk to them about their story and how they were in love. As well as the music, I particularly enjoyed the strong female presence and the fact that all the time they remained very very private. The clips of music and performances are very interesting to see as you get to see more about the band, I am looking forward to seeing their new music!

I saw this movie on Netflix, and I am so glad I did. This is a must see for anyone who loves or is interested in jazz. It is a great look into the life of one of the most influential musicians of all time. The performances are great, and the documentary style is very engaging. I also loved the fact that the film was produced by the same people who produced "Words of Love" and "Words of Love 2". I would definitely recommend this film to anyone. It is definitely a must see for any jazz fan, and I hope it gets the recognition it deserves.

This documentary is a must-see for anyone who loves the music of Led Zeppelin, especially if you are a Zeppelin fan. The interviews with the band members, with the other musicians, and with the people who worked with them on their music are absolutely riveting. I think this is the best documentary I've seen about the band. It is very well done and it is an absolute joy to watch. I am a big fan of Led Zeppelin and I think this documentary is a great way to learn about their music. I highly recommend this documentary.

This is a very interesting film. It is based on two books, with a common theme - that of the true love story between a two people. Two people are each worth something. One is good and one is bad. And each of them deserves something special, the story is told in an entertaining way and the music is a happy combination of classical music and modern pop songs. The actors are good and it makes you love and admire them. A great movie with a great message. I am sure the author of the books would be very happy about this film, since it takes the second place on his list of all his favorite books, if I am not mistaken.

I loved this movie. I love how it was so inspirational. The first time I saw this I felt like I had no purpose in life. I had no direction, and no one around me seemed to care. But now I can see the bigger picture. I'm thankful to have met the beautiful people in this movie and I'm grateful to have seen how they dealt with their pain and loss. I hope to see them again. I love this movie. I love how it showed the struggles that people have with their bodies and with their lives. I love the beautiful music and the beautiful scenes. I love how the story was told. It really makes you feel like you're living it. I can't wait to see it again. I recommend it to everyone.

This is a movie that will make you feel. You'll remember the life of a woman that was very talented and was in the music industry. She was beautiful, talented and talented. I have never been able to find any music from her or any of her music. So I thought that this movie was a great way to remember her. She was a very talented artist and she was really nice and she was very caring. I think that this movie was very good and I recommend it to anyone that is a fan of her. I think that this movie will make you cry. You'll be so touched by her story.

It's really sad to see how many people are offended by the songs that are featured in this film. But I don't understand why people feel that they need to censor these songs out of respect for the musicians involved. The songs in this film are so beautiful and so perfect that it's almost painful to see how they are censored out of the film. I loved the way the film was shot, it was so beautiful. I was especially touched by the songs "Don't Worry, Be Happy" and "The Star-Spangled Banner". I also loved the fact that the director chose to have the songs in the film be done by the musicians and not the actual singers. I'm not saying that these songs aren't beautiful and beautiful to listen to, I'm just saying that they are so beautiful that they should be left out of the film. It was also really sad to see how many people had trouble with the singing of the songs. I was shocked at how many people in the theater started to boo and how many people were crying and how many people were laughing at the singing of these songs. I think that the director did a great job of portraying these songs and the way they were recorded. I hope that more people will see this film and enjoy it as much as I did. It's a great film that will touch people's hearts. I recommend it to everyone.

My whole life, I've been a huge fan of Leonard Cohen and his music. So, when I found out he was going to be doing a documentary on his life and his music, I knew I had to see it. I was happy to hear he had not only a great story to tell, but also a great soundtrack to tell it with. This documentary is definitely one of my favorites of the year. It goes into a lot of detail about the musical and musical influences that were present throughout the years, and the different artists who had a hand in making this happen. The music is amazing, and the interviews with the artists are great. I would recommend this to anyone, especially if you are a fan of Leonard's music. You will be so happy that you listened to it!

I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with this film. I'm not a film critic, but I'm pretty well-versed in the history of music. So I can understand how some of the music could be considered a bit "artsy". But, I didn't think it was in the slightest bit pretentious or pretentious-looking. The film has a nice flow to it. The interviews with the musicians themselves are a treat, and I found myself thinking about how important the music was to their lives and their art. It was a very insightful look into the history of music and its influence on the people involved. I've seen this film twice, and I'm planning on seeing it again.

I'm not a fan of musicals but I'm a fan of musicals. The film was amazing and I was so happy when it ended. I don't think I'll ever forget it. The film was well done and I loved it. I thought the story was wonderful. I think it was well written and well directed. I was very surprised by the acting. I didn't expect to like the actors as much as I did. I think that everyone did a very good job and I was really impressed with the film. I think this is a great film to watch. It was great to see the musicians in the film. I think it was a great film to see. It was amazing and I loved it.

I thought that this film was very interesting and well made. It was very well shot and the music was great. It was a little long but it was a very interesting story. I would recommend it to anyone who likes documentaries. I would also recommend it to anyone who is interested in the music of Nina Simone and her family. It is a very interesting story about Nina Simone and her family.

I would recommend this film to anyone. It is absolutely one of the best documentaries I have ever seen. The cinematography, the music, the narration, the narration.it's everything. I just can't say enough good things about this film. I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it yet. It's worth every penny.

I've been a fan of Marlene Dietrich since I was a teenager and it's wonderful to see that she's back on the big screen again. The whole documentary is so wonderful to watch. I think it's the most important documentary about her I've ever seen. I recommend this documentary to everyone. This is one of those documentaries that you can watch over and over again. I don't think it will get old.

It's a shame that this film is not available on DVD. It's a great story, and one of the best biographies I've ever seen. I loved it, and the music is excellent. The cast is great, with an excellent performance by Pia Zadora. The whole story is told from the point of view of the young lady. The real story is a very sad one, and it shows. The music is excellent, and it has a nice rhythm. I recommend this movie to anyone who wants to see a good biographical film. It's a wonderful film. It's a shame that it isn't available on DVD.
