This is by far the best French film I have ever seen. The acting is superb. The story is so well thought out, the photography is so realistic, the music is so beautiful. The scenery is perfect, the sound is perfect. The cinematography is very well done, the writing is great, the acting is superb, and the directing is just so professional. The story is very simple, yet it's so good. The film is full of surprises. The actors have such a great chemistry with each other. The film is not predictable, nor is it boring. You won't know what is going to happen next. The characters are very well developed. You never know what is going to happen next, you are almost constantly guessing what's going to happen next. You also never know who the good guy is. It's such a great film, and this is only my first time watching it, so I hope to learn a lot about filmmaking. I know the French film industry is a bit known for a different and more modern approach to film making, and I think this film is one of the best examples of that. 10/10.
I went into this film with low expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised! I thought the cinematography, and the sense of time was very very good. It was like a dream, as if a person was taking a walk in a dream world. The acting was superb, but not overdone. The character development was excellent. If I were to compare this film to other films, I would say this one is better because it was filmed in a dream world, instead of in a room. It is very romantic, and this is very romantic, especially for someone who does not like romantic films. I really do not understand why this film is so low rated. I suggest you all go out and see this film, because it is well worth seeing.
The working class are, in this film, almost the only thing keeping order in Paris. The film is beautifully shot, and beautifully acted. For the best experience of this film, see it in the small cinema. The director is French, and the script is in French. I'm sure that no American is going to like the dialogue, the plot or the accent. But if you like film, and can appreciate that it is all about the character's behavior, you'll love this film.
Some of the comments here are downright astute. What is most important is that they have come to the same conclusion as me, which is that this movie is the absolute best and the most important movie made for the first time in a very long time. It is not a movie for any "answers" to "the mystery of life" (which really is an academic and "closed-minded" subject), nor does it seek to introduce "the answers" or provide explanations for "the mysteries" of life. But for those who want to see something that the most of us can identify with, I give it the highest mark. The characters are all so real, so wide-eyed, that even those who have little knowledge of this kind of movies can understand what is going on. And why shouldn't the character of Fersen, the most important character of the story, be "full of love"? Because we know that, even though he has become quite alienated from his wife, he is still "full of love". It's also so interesting to see so many old and young people involved in this movie. (I saw it at the Toronto International Film Festival. Among the old people were a woman in her sixties, a young man in his early forties, and a middle-aged woman. The young man and the woman, however, had never seen the movie before, and it seems to me that they might have been quite surprised by it.) The audience, as I said, seemed to be quite diverse in age, nationality, and temperament. I enjoyed it enormously. I did not find it "filmic" - but I did not find it "artistic". I thought it was more a movie than any of the "artistic" movies I have seen, though some might say that it does have some of those qualities. It is really interesting to see how life can be lived through the eyes of the young. It's also interesting to see how life can be lived through the eyes of the old. It is an "interesting" movie, and I think that, although a lot of people are discovering this movie, more and more of us are finding the same in all the movies we are discovering. For me, this is "one of the best movies I have ever seen".
This is a classic story of the "social" aspects of family and of individual. The movie is the "daughter of the years". It is also very, very emotional. My vote for 10/10.
The movie will keep you in a state of perpetual suspense. The movies has the strongest storyline of all, and is full of suspense. The movie has a complex plot, which requires multiple viewings. The movie is very well done, and the actors do a very good job of acting. In fact, the whole cast did a very good job. The movie is a must see, and I would rate it a 10. The only thing that I don't like is the soundtrack. It is mostly the same pieces that I have heard in the movies, and when I hear it in the movie, it makes me feel it has no purpose, it is just there. The movie is definitely worth watching, and the first time you see it, you will want to see it again. I believe that this movie will get more good reviews, so I will buy it.
A superb movie about a beautiful love between two women that blossoms through the years as they fall in love. The two women are beautiful and gifted. One becomes a distinguished lawyer and one a nanny. The women have a wonderful and rich life until the end of the movie when they lose their beloved husbands. The love that develops between the two women will stand the test of time and live a long and beautiful life in spite of the adversity that is encountered in life. The characters in this movie are extremely well-developed and the ending is a real beauty. This is a movie that will stand the test of time and be cherished by the viewers for a long time. This is a beautiful story and I urge you to watch this movie. I was greatly impressed with the story and the acting was superb.
First, this movie deserves to be viewed by anyone who is in love with cinema. The story is not only a well known love story, but a graphic depiction of the cultural isolation of the modern era and the ever growing insularity of our individualistic lives. This movie is a brilliant fusion of plot, character and action. To sum it up, this is the best movie I've seen in my life, because of its combination of story, character and action. It will move you and change your perception of life. Thank you, to the director, his actors, and everyone involved in making this movie possible. It is truly a great accomplishment, and is the real definition of art.
As I watched this movie, I realized that it is a movie of a woman's internal life and as an audience we are not told what happens, we are only shown the personal life of a woman. If we want to understand this movie, we have to have an understanding of the people who are involved in it, of how they live, of their sense of community and how they cope with the contradiction of being an outsider in a society and their need for belonging. I think this movie is a very powerful and effective expression of the pain and the struggle of a woman who feels she has to keep going on living in a world that does not give her the freedom she has. I think this movie tells us that you can be an outsider, and still be able to feel alive and be loved. I think it is this feeling that allows us to like the main character, and the character is very much like a real person, but she is not an outcast. She is still trying to find her place in the world. I think the movie tells us that you cannot separate the external and internal world, that you can have an internal world and be in the world but have a world outside that is not really there for you.
I went to see the movie in Cannes.and I enjoyed it more and more. It was nice to see the movie without any particular religious or political messages. I think this movie is very accurate about how the relationship between the male and female partner in a relationship changes in life. It also brings a very good message to teenagers and to everyone who gets married or gets involved with a female partner. I highly recommend this movie to everyone who likes to see a film which is beautiful, romantic, and emotional. I am also glad to see a movie like this made in France. The only thing that is not perfect is the editing of the movie. I think the director should have made a longer version of the movie to show how all the parts of the movie tie together. It is nice to see a movie like this coming from France. However, I do not understand why it was rated at 7.8 out of 10. I also don't understand why people like this movie, because it is not a very good movie and there is no story line or message. So, if you want to see a good movie and don't want to watch any religious or political message, don't go to see this movie.
Ralph Lee Gortner's "A Woman of Color" is a film unlike any other. No set up, no prologue, no preamble. All of a sudden, the camera, and its subject, is shown to be someone other than the one who we've all known from the beginning. It is not the typical film where the camera moves in on someone, but instead, the camera follows the eye and we are shown the world through it. This is one of those films where the audience sits on the edge of their seats, as they watch and wonder, like a child on the playground, about what is going to happen next. It is a dream of sorts that is shown from all points of view. From the man on the street, to the police, to the woman's family and friends. As this film unfolds, we get the feeling that the characters are real, and what is going to happen next. This is one of those films that should be shown in high schools. It is not some social science class. This is a work of art that should be shown in college classes, and every film class in the country. Although this film may not be for everyone, I strongly recommend it. Even if you are a person who does not like melodramas, you will love this film. It is simple, but yet profound. It is a story about hope, forgiveness, and loss. It is a story of a man who had the power of a God and lost it, but he kept on fighting. I would encourage any one who reads this to see this film. This film is unique, original, and is definitely one of the best films of the year.
If you are a fan of French cinema you have to watch this movie. This is one of the best movies of French cinema. It will leave you with a deep impression. The movie is about a young lady who lives with her father and sister. Her father is a fisherman. She is very unhappy with her life. She comes home one day and the old fish canister comes to her house. She starts the cycle of the fish which is a beautiful story. I think this movie will be recognized in the Academy Awards. If you haven't seen it, watch it. I love this movie.
I can't think of a film that comes to mind, that involves more characters, more people, more relationships, and more conflict. I've seen a lot of films that show relationships as simple 'theses' of intentions, but this film teaches that if we are committed to one another, our relationships are more than a 'thesis'. In other words, no matter what other imperfections we may have, we are all human. I'm not sure whether it's a film about love or about people or both, but it definitely shows what love is and what it's like. It's such a wonderful film, it was a major breath of fresh air for me, as I usually am with movies about women. The acting is great, and the script is good. It also was interesting, that the only real problems that a couple would face is a baby and separation. I guess, it's a kind of a 'divorce' movie. A couple going through something, and being forced to try to make their marriage work. I personally thought it was a great film, and would recommend it to anyone.
This is one of the best films I have seen in a long time. I went with friends and we were all surprised at how good the film was. While the whole film is about a young woman's soul searching journey, it is primarily a look at how a man's feelings can transform into an other person's. The film shows how women's soul should be and how men's can be at the same time. The lead role in the film was played by a wonderful and talented actor named Patrick Clair. He was the perfect man to portray a man and his feminine side. His performance is truly wonderful and soulful. He showed such beauty as he played the character so well and it is very easy to see that he was suffering with his wife's loss. The other actors did a very good job too. They added a great level of drama into the story and helped the main character go through a difficult time. The screenplay was so well written and true to life. This movie is not for the superficial and superficial people. It is a great look at a situation in a family and shows how women's feelings can change men's.
I just saw this movie with my wife and husband. I found this movie very challenging to watch as well as to look at. If you are into the whole "tear up the screen" stuff, then you probably won't like this film. I do agree that some things were a bit messy, but there is a lot of thought into what is happening. I think that this film was good, and it gave me an insight into some peoples lives that I never knew existed. I would recommend this film to anyone who loves a good story with good actors and good directing. I am not a fan of violence, but it is not really needed in this movie. My husband thought it was very cool that it showed the pain and the excitement of the parents in this family. I was thinking that it was better to show how he was hurting, than to show how he was growing up. It was a wonderful story, and it made me want to learn more about this family, and their lives. I would definitely recommend this film, but be prepared to see it with your family.
The title of this movie was so exciting, I was thinking that I'm going to watch a "real" movie. And it turned out that this movie is a great movie. And a very good movie. I was not expecting much from this movie, because I have seen very bad movies. But I was surprised. The acting is so good, the story is very interesting, and the music is very good. I like the soundtrack a lot, and the acting was really good. I was very impressed with the movie. And I recommend this movie to everyone. You will not regret this movie, and I give it a 8/10.
This is the only film that I have seen from French director Jean-Pierre Jeunet. I had heard some rumors about the film, but I have never seen a trailer or a preview. I had to see this film alone, and I am glad I did. This is a dark story of a young woman who takes on a dangerous job at a day care center in order to help her mother, but finds out that her mother is not really what she seems. It's a very good movie. It is slow, but the story is gripping. The acting is very good. I really enjoyed the story and the acting. I also found the cinematography very good. This is a very nice movie. It is worth seeing.
I was lucky enough to attend the premiere of this movie in NYC. It is a very moving movie that I will recommend to anyone. It is about a woman who goes to an English speaking country to be with her boyfriend. She is in love with a man who is very rich, and has to leave her hometown. She decides to stay with her uncle, who is very poor, and the movie shows the two of them. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who has not seen it yet. I think it is a very important movie, because it shows the beauty of people who live in poverty. I think that anyone who has not seen it yet should see it.
One of the most interesting films I have seen in a long time. It is extremely dark, and very disturbing. There is not much dialogue, and the characters have very little to say. This is the only way to get the full effect of the movie. I was surprised at how powerful this film was, and I hope to see it again, probably on DVD. It is a great film, that should be seen by all.
While this movie doesn't really have a strong narrative to support its existence, the entire cast is just wonderful. It's one of the few movies I've seen where the actor/actress is an actual character, not a set of "actors". In this case, the character is Jean-Pierre Cassel, and the director is Olivier Dahan. Cassel plays a man who lives in a prison, and while he is trying to escape he finds that he has a sister, who has just been released from prison. Cassel is actually a better person than the character he plays, but Dahan doesn't care. He does everything he can to make this film as entertaining as possible. This is a movie that is not for everyone. But if you like a good movie that doesn't take itself too seriously, then this is the movie for you. 8/10
The fear of her being a black woman, and the fear of being understood, runs throughout the movie. In the beginning, she meets a man, and they seem like a suitable couple, but when she finds out he is not her true love, she discovers that she is not black, and she is left with no choice but to leave the life she was once living. The movie is good, and the story is interesting. The acting is really good. This is not a movie for everyone, but it is a good movie to see. I give it a 7 out of 10.
This is one of the best French films I have seen in the past years. It is about a female journalist who travels to a country where the whole life is portrayed as a documentary and she wants to find out the truth. This is a very well-made film. The cinematography is also very good and the story is very interesting. The only problem is that the film is too long and that it does not follow the narrative. But the actors are very good and I believe that this is the best film from France in a while.
The acting was great. I liked the way that they added the part of the mother who is responsible for bringing up the son. I also liked the way they played with the family relationships. It's a little bit different but it's worth seeing. This movie is one of those movies that you'll want to see over and over. I can't wait for the DVD.
As a lover of films, I have watched many a film and heard it described as 'wonderful'. It is rare, but sometimes a film can inspire you to look at yourself and the world in a new light. 'Woman in the Moon' is one of those films. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly what it is about, but it is about love, desire and loss. I had no idea what it was about when I saw it, but I was immediately drawn in by the presence of Michelle Williams. I think she's really underrated and underrated for a reason. The fact that she can sing, dance and play guitar (for some reason) make her a great actress. I'm not a huge fan of hers, but she really shines here. I am a big fan of 'The Muppets' and had no idea this was about the Muppets. But it was, and it is a good film. It doesn't make me weep or break my heart, but it does give me a good laugh. I don't know what the secret is with that. If you haven't seen this film, then you really should. If you do, then you will be entertained and inspired.
I haven't seen the first film, but I'm pretty sure that if you've seen the first, you'll know what to expect here. I'd say it's more of a David Lynch film than a French film, but you'd never know that watching it. It's almost too good to be true. It's basically a dreamlike situation, set in a French psychiatric hospital. A young woman comes into the hospital and asks for help. The director/writer of this film, Jean-Marc Basquiat, has a long career as a cinematographer, but his film has the look of a well-shot television movie. The mood is dark and melancholy, but there are also times when the film really feels like it's just as dark as the actors and the scene are so dark, it's almost impossible to see what's going on. There's a lot of dark humor in this film, as well as some real tragedy. It's one of the better films of this genre I've seen. It's definitely worth seeing.
In the early 90's I saw this movie at the cinema. I was only 13 years old and it was the first movie I ever saw. It has stayed with me ever since. I remember the scene where the young girl is talking to her father about how they should be able to make a relationship with a man. I think that the moment was perfect. I remember thinking that I could never fall in love with a man. I was only thinking about how the men I saw in the movie were always unhappy with their lives. I think that's how they made the film. I don't know why, but I like it so much that I watch it on DVD every time I see it. I think it's the most important film I've ever seen.
While it does feel like a diary entry, it is actually a narrative about family and the struggle to keep it together. An engrossing and thought provoking film that takes place in France during the '70s. Although this is primarily an 'America-set' film, it does do a great job of showing the conflict that families face, not only in France but in the United States. While the conflict is primarily between 'daddy' and 'mom' (in the film, the mother and dad are completely estranged), it is an interesting way of showing the conflict within a family. One of the best parts of the film is how many different cultures are shown, and how they relate to each other. The acting is not amazing, but it is certainly very good, and the story is very engrossing. The story seems to be more of a 'movie' than a 'diary' (which I found frustrating), but the director does a great job of telling the story in an interesting way. Definitely worth checking out if you are into the movie.
Vincent Cassel plays Henri, an obnoxious workaholic with an evil streak, who is expelled from his job and forced to live on the street in order to pay off his student debt. He has a bad luck on the side, and falls in love with a vulnerable, young woman named Anne. But then Anne runs away, and Henri becomes obsessed with her, and tries to track her down. The film's structure is something of a hybrid of "Babe" and "Straw Dogs", but what makes it stand out is the suspense and strangeness. This is the kind of film that makes you wonder whether it's all in your head or if something truly awful is going to happen. Most of the characters are extremely self-centered, and it's impossible not to wonder whether the events that transpire are actually based on some dream or fantasy. The ending of the film is extremely unsatisfying, and it leaves you wanting more. As an aside, a few scenes actually inspired a segment on "Real Time" on the British talk show "The Jonathan Ross Show" (whoops!). You can see the entire interview here, and it's quite fascinating. When you watch it, pay attention to how the hosts react to a few of the scenes, especially the ones involving the car crash in the beginning and the French guy. And if you have the DVD, be sure to check out a few of the deleted scenes.
This is a pretty good film about a single woman in a small town in Quebec. The film is told through the eyes of the main character, Ann. This is not an easy role for her. She is a single mother, a mother of two, and the kind of person you would like to have a daughter. She is in charge of her two daughters. She is very proud of her daughters and wants them to grow up in a good and moral home. This is a film that could have been very good. However, it suffers from a very weak story and a very weak ending. In the beginning, Ann shows her daughter that life is not about love. Life is about survival and the value of money. However, the film doesn't show that. It just shows that money is important and that people can be good without it. In the end, we don't know whether Ann was the bad person or the good person. It is hard to decide which side of the coin she was on. The acting is very good and I think this is the first time I have seen it. I was expecting a lot from the film. It has a strong message. However, I don't think that it was really worth the time spent watching.
This is a wonderful movie! So smooth, and yet so real. Wonderful performances by everyone, as well as the music. It was filmed very beautifully and perfectly. I have seen it more than ten times, and I love every minute. See it, and see it again!
Jean-Pierre Bacri is the director and writer of this movie which stars Valeria Bruni Tedeschi. In this movie she plays the role of a woman who's only friend is the dog. She has a dog, she has a husband, she has a son and she has a daughter. She lives in a family of four, she has two sons and she has a daughter. She lives in a country house in a small town called Anjou. She has a daughter who is the son of the lady who runs the clinic that she visits. This movie is a masterpiece. It is an excellent movie for all people. It's a real great story. It's a real good movie. I would recommend it to everybody. It's a good movie.
I was born in Paris and had grown up in the city but lived in the countryside where I still lived. I never read any book before I saw this movie. The film was a total shock to me. I did not see it at the cinema because I was afraid that it would bore me, but I rented it on video from my sister. I bought the DVD and watched it a couple of times. I could not believe what I was seeing. The characters were amazingly drawn, the story was full of wisdom, and the performances of the actors were brilliant. The movie has very sensitive and beautiful images of Paris and the countryside and I am looking forward to seeing it again on the big screen. I don't think this movie has ever been shown in France because it would have destroyed the delicate atmosphere created by the movie. Thank you.
I saw this movie as a form of therapy, one that helps me to re-examine my life and change it for the better. I am an artist, and the movie brings into question my notions of what art is. I now realize that it is not the pristine beauty of a picture, but the story that is the essence of art. The story is the vital link between people and the place that they are living in. It is our history, our dreams, our hopes, our hopes for what the future might hold for us. The movie is a beautiful, complex picture of art, a portrait of someone's life and death, and the story behind it. The film was able to depict in a poetic way how art connects us to the world. A life lived, a moment in time, and a memory that will last forever.
I have never seen a movie that I really enjoyed more than this one. This movie had a great story line and the characters are very likable. The story starts out a little slow and doesn't have any great action, but I have never seen a movie where the story line keeps going and going and going. It keeps you interested until the very end. I think that most people would like this movie because of the great story line. It is a little confusing at times, but you will see what I mean. I highly recommend this movie to anyone that loves a good story.
Although director Sebastien Lebeau didn't know what to do with this movie, it was one of the best B/W French films I've seen. Some people are going to have trouble understanding it, but I don't think they will miss anything important. I guess it's a little confusing at first because there's so much information in the first five minutes, and then things are simplified for the people that didn't know much about French movies. However, I think there's a lot to learn from this movie, and I think that's why it's one of my favorites of all time. The movie is called "Amelie" and stars American actress Annette Bening as an Englishwoman who moves into a French village to live with her aunt and aunt's lover. One day, Amelie discovers a secret book written by her aunt, and she is moved by the message she receives in the book. She begins reading it, and by the time the movie ends, we have the same feeling as Amelie. At first, she tries to ignore it, but then she realizes she's reading a book written in her own language. By this time, we've already seen this movie, but I think you should definitely watch it to see what this movie is really about. The movie is shot beautifully, and there are some beautiful shots, like when Amelie is first reading the book, or when she's at the library. Also, some of the scenes are very well shot, like when Amelie reads the book, or when she's at the library, or when Amelie visits her aunt, or when she reads the secret message in the book. The movie is also interesting because of the three main characters. Amelie is a beautiful, strong woman, and the movie shows her just like that, she's so strong, but also very funny. She is also very athletic, and plays tennis and plays a sport in school. She's also smart, and she learns French very well. She is also strong and beautiful, and we see her when she plays tennis, and when she goes swimming. She also has a friend that helps her out, she calls her a friend. This movie also shows a lot of us Americans and French as people, and I'm sure most Americans are surprised to see how well the movie shows us the people in France. In France, we really love movies that show us different things about the world, like when Amelie visits her aunt and learns that the book is a secret message, or when Amelie finds out that her secret friend is actually her aunt. Also, this movie is so realistic, I think that it was really well done. Most French movies are made to make us feel good, and this movie shows us how real people are, and it also shows us what people in France really feel. Another thing that I like about this movie is the music. It was really beautiful and great, and it had great mood and atmosphere, especially the opening scene. This movie is a masterpiece, and I recommend it to everyone.
As a professor of literary and cultural studies, I know a lot about these matters. I'm also a longtime reader of Poe. I was impressed with this film, particularly with the performances of Anne Bancroft, Keisha Castle-Hughes and Meryl Streep. All of them were well-cast. I wasn't surprised that they had already been chosen to make a film on the poem. I was also impressed with their research into the scholarly references available. For example, one of the main characters cites the poem in an article for the journal of psychology and physiology (an article that I had never heard of before). The chapter headings are similar to those in the poem. Finally, the poetry is very well-chosen. The color and visual effects of the paintings are excellent. And when it comes to the voices, the actors did an outstanding job. In fact, I have not heard of the voice of the poet before. I had a very good experience with this film. I would recommend it to anyone.
I found this to be a pretty good story. It has some good twists and turns in it. The acting is good, the directing is good, and the story is well done. The main plot of the film involves a married woman, who has been running a business in which she hires women to work for her. The man who hires the women in this business is "John", who is a wealthy businessman. One of the women works for John and one of the women that works for John does not work for John, but is simply hired to look for other women to work for John. The main plot twist involves the wife who is hired to look for other women and the other women who work for John. If you are familiar with the French films that I have watched and liked, then you may be able to predict the end of this film. I'm not going to spoil the ending, but I will say that it is a bit unexpected. If you are looking for a movie that will make you think, then this is it. You may be surprised by the ending, but you may not be. I have rated this film 7/10. It was good and worth seeing.
I can't really call this a "twist" movie. I suppose that this is what the movie is all about. But there's more to it than that. I thought that this was a good movie for the summer. I think that it's one of the best I've seen in a long time. I don't think that it's that original. I'm not going to get into a rant about how it's just another rehash of another movie. I think that the movie has its moments. But I think that there's more to the movie than just that. It's not just another "femme d'amour". It's about being yourself and living the life you want to live. The movie does a good job of showing how that happens and how it affects the relationships of the main characters. It shows how it affects the families, friends, and lovers of the main characters. The movie is pretty dark, but that's the point. It's not supposed to be "cute" or "funny" or "funny". It's just a movie. It's not supposed to make you feel good. It's supposed to be a little dark. I think that it did that. It's a good movie. It's good for a summer movie. I recommend it to everyone.
Auteur Alain Resnais is perhaps best known for his beautiful films such as "The Blue Danube" and "The Fifth Element", but he has also directed some of the best films of all time: "La Vie Boheme" (2000), "The Flight of the Phoenix" (2002), "Les Miserables" (2005) and "Le Femme Nikita" (2006). With "Femme Nikita" he finally gets a real film about female desire and exploitation that he can call his own. The film takes place in Paris in the 1970s and revolves around a young woman named Nikita who comes to a place called Thebes where she meets and falls in love with a wealthy businessman named Amelie. However, as time goes on, Amelie starts to realize that she is a target of the very people who she loves. The film is very well shot, with a wonderful score by Yann Tiersen, and is also a very unique film, with a lot of the action taking place in a club, and a lot of nudity. It is a great film, and a great achievement for the director. It is also one of the few films that features two people who are gay and straight. It is very rare that a film like this is made, and "Femme Nikita" is definitely the first film to do so. Recommended!
I am not a huge fan of Jean-Pierre Jeunet, but this film was very interesting. It was very well done, very well acted, and I actually enjoyed it. I can't remember the last time I saw a film that was this good. It is a very powerful film and it is very realistic. The plot is very intriguing and it is very difficult to predict what is going to happen. I liked that it didn't get too preachy, but it did have a lot of political messages. It was interesting that it was a very long film, it was a little bit slow at times, but it was a very good film. The acting was very good, especially from the two leads. It was a very good film. I recommend it to anyone who likes a good film.
If you are a person who loves the classic era of the French cinema and like this film, you will surely appreciate this film. But if you like to see new films and maybe you are in a hurry, then you should avoid this film. The story is about a woman who is trying to discover her sexual identity, without knowing her body or her man. Her man is an addict who is extremely shy. She is supposed to meet him again, and will probably get to know more about her own sexual identity. At first, she does not know, but the film shows that she can know herself. It is a very interesting film. I recommend this film. I liked it.
The film, The Long Goodbye, is an unusual one in that it's an adaptation of a play rather than a film. The story of a woman named Chloe Moretz (Maggie Gyllenhaal) who is repeatedly raped by a rich man (Oliver Platt) in a local brothel has a lot of the usual themes that come out of a film like this. In addition, this story is set in a brothel, so there are a lot of visuals that set this film apart from other rape/sexual abuse films, such as the aforementioned Nightcrawler. The film is about 10 minutes long, but it does manage to hold your attention. It's a shame that it's not as great as I would have hoped for, but it's still well worth seeing.
I am a little sceptical about this movie, because I'm afraid it will sound too much like a drama and not enough like a film. It was a little boring for me, but the movie was much more than I expected. The story was very interesting, with the possibility to understand what happened. The actors were great, I really liked the chemistry between the two brothers, and it was nice to see the mother, who I've never seen before. The two actors who played the younger brother and the father were also great, they gave great performance, but I still have a problem with the final. It was a little bit too strange, and the reason for that is that I think the story was so interesting, it was not possible to make the final real, because it was so interesting. And that's not a problem, it's just a thing that I don't like, but it's something that I can't help to notice. It was good, but it wasn't great. I can't compare it with other movies, because I don't know, how can you compare them. The movie is worth seeing, but it's not the one I would recommend.
This is a stunning, but ultimately long movie, with no obvious conclusions. It was shot in black and white and very little dialogue. The focus was more on the people involved, the emotions they were experiencing, and what the story was about. It is a movie with a lot of emotion, but not necessarily a lot of dialogue. The entire movie, except for a couple of scenes, is literally a collection of conversations. The main characters, Carmen and Nadine, are quiet, uncommunicative, and bored with their existence. The women of the island, particularly Nadine, are such lonely, passive creatures that it's hard to believe that they would ever participate in a conversation. They appear to be almost unable to get involved with anything but the most abstract of things. They aren't really seen as women at all. As a result, the story seems almost completely meaningless. The real point of the story is not about Nadine and Carmen's love, but about the emptiness of their lives. While Nadine spends the movie getting to know Carmen and their relationship, Carmen is just getting to know her husband and doesn't seem to have any particular attachment to him. The women are so in love with themselves, that they don't seem to be really doing anything with their lives. They are like dolls, which makes their silent conversation, and the resulting emptiness, all the more sad and poignant. I've seen other movies that tried to explore the theme of loneliness and loneliness of the women, but with a lot of dialogue and a lot of emotion, I found this movie to be more of a study of a simple, silent, passive relationship between a couple, rather than a movie about loneliness or women or anything else. I'm a bit surprised that the film hasn't received a lot of attention.
I was particularly intrigued by this movie, since I happen to enjoy a good film noir. The only flaw I found was that there was a slow start and several boring scenes. But the characters were developed enough that you cared about them. And what a beautiful performance by Lillian Gish. If you like her, then you will love this movie.
Paul Bertelsmann's "Sydney - a little jewel from the Czar's closet" is a film with so many attributes, it becomes almost a little film in its own right. The structure is the most important and, in my opinion, the most important element of the film. There are so many different stories that were handled with so much precision, that it was impossible to split the film into three parts. The most interesting parts of the film are the intimate, emotional, and introspective moments. The most dramatic parts are the confrontations and the actions, which are the most interesting. I was impressed by the cinematography and the editing. In my opinion, this is Bertelsmann's best film to date, especially considering that he was working with a low budget. The acting was the main reason that I am rating this film so highly, which, again, is the most important part. Some of the best performances came from Bertelsmann, a fantastic actor, who is currently starring in Jean-Pierre Leaud's documentary film "Visions of A Girl in China" (1997). He was very memorable in the film, making a strong impression from start to finish. Anthony Franciosa, whose character in the film was one of the most tragic, also brought emotion and suspense to the film, which was very difficult for him. The film is highly underrated, and there is no doubt about it. The film is good and extremely well-done. Bertelsmann's film should be appreciated, but I feel that it is somewhat underrated. I would give the film 7/10. "Sydney" is Bertelsmann's best film to date.
This is a good movie with some good points. The story is real and it makes sense. The actors did their job, even if they're not famous. It's a good film. This film shows the real life of the world. I'm sure that the story will be different, but for the story I think it's good. I like the music. It's good. The acting was good, but I was surprised with the actor. The man is a good actor. That's why I like his performance. The ending was a little bit awkward, but it was a good ending. If you like to see the real life of the world, watch this movie.
This film is about a woman who has been trapped in a very crowded and unnatural, very uncomfortable, and very dangerous world. The end of this film gives us a real sense of the value of community and of the beauty of things in a community. It also shows that when we experience what we don't like, we don't like it too much, and that sometimes it's good to just watch what we don't like, and take our time, to reflect and ponder, to feel and to appreciate. This film is a bit of a "problem child" because it doesn't play out all that well, but there are so many other films like it, and I'm sure that the next one will be better. All in all, this is a good film, and is worth seeing.
I just recently saw this movie and it's just so beautiful, I'm so glad I decided to see it, because I didn't really know what to expect. I thought that it might be a cheap gay movie, but it turned out to be so much more than that. I felt like I was in the movie with them, watching them grow up and grow up together. It's one of those movies that you just have to love because it's so much more than the topic of it. I liked the way that it did everything but tell the story. It's not like the main story of the movie, it's just about the growth of the relationship between two people. I really enjoyed the way that the movie ended, because it was so touching. I was really surprised because I saw that it ended on a completely different way that I've ever seen a movie end. I wasn't expecting that. I was expecting it to end pretty quick, but it ended like that because it was so touching and the characters really moved me and really touched me. I loved it so much. I think that everyone who watches this movie will really enjoy it.
Rene Clement made a film for women at a time when women were in danger of having their "honor" trampled on by a mob of male bullies. If you don't know what that means, I'm not sure you'll find much of this film interesting. The plot is told through the eyes of a former prostitute. The film is a well-directed piece of art, but there are plenty of too many repetitions and scenes that are simply too long and tiring to watch. The women aren't even in the film. They are never even mentioned or shown, but the women do exist, and they talk about the men in the film. If you want to see a well-made film about a woman going through an awful ordeal, see "Happiness."
A curious, interesting and poignant film about a Jewish girl who has to find a way to leave her ghettos. We follow her through the life and career of her family. It is an astonishing film to watch, showing how important it is to be able to leave your comfort zone and be yourself, whether it is a family or a community. The characters in this film are wonderful, especially the mother who gives us the most touching scene in the film. It is truly a film about the importance of finding a way to get out of the ghetto, and this mother does it. The young girls in the film are wonderful. They are all the different colors of the rainbow, and each one of them has her own color. One of the most moving scenes in the film is a beautiful scene of the mother and daughter. It is so beautiful to see a mother who is so caring and the daughter who is so loving and understanding. The ending is the best of the film, and I highly recommend it.
Olivier Assayas' "A Woman Named Claudio" is not a fine movie. It's the kind of one you don't want to sit through. There's just too much talking, too many plots, too much plotting. I'm not saying that about all Assayas' movies, but here the need for plot is so great that he skips over all the boring scenes, all the needless exposition. The problem is that Assayas doesn't have a strong enough script to sustain this stuff. And while it is better than his last film, "La Femme Nikita", it's not much better than the stuff he did before. This is not to say that it is a bad movie. Assayas is very good at making the film look interesting, and he has a nice camera work, but the movie itself is far from being interesting. The best part of the film are the scenes in the library, but most of the rest of the movie is just too long and boring. This is an Assayas film that I will not recommend.
It's been a while since I've seen a movie with a female protagonist that was as strong as the female lead in this film. And that's the reason why I like it so much. This film is not the typical romantic comedy, but more of a drama about a young woman's growing up and the life she wants to live. The film is full of life and happiness. The story of this young woman, the year of her life is filled with love and joy. I really liked this film because it shows the true beauty of life and the true joy of it. And the characters are really well developed and are very likable. I think the characters are very interesting and are very well developed. And the story is full of surprises. It's not just the romance of the main character. The story is full of surprises. It's not just a typical romantic comedy. It's a drama about life, love, and growing up. I recommend this movie to everyone who wants to see a good movie.
I had a lot of trouble getting into this film, but after the first 30 minutes, I was hooked. The characters were well developed and the story was engaging. The plot was a little weird, but I was hoping for more. I found that I cared about the characters, and the actors did an excellent job with their roles. I thought that the dialogues were well written. I liked the director's commentary on the DVD. In a nutshell, a good film with a good story.
The main problem with the film is the fact that the whole thing is told from the perspective of a woman. She doesn't know the man she loves, nor does she know what she does with her time. She is alone, isolated, isolated from her own world. It is not a woman's film, and it doesn't pretend to be one. This is a real documentary, a wonderful and thought-provoking one, that is worth seeing. The acting is superb, and the direction is especially good. I recommend it. If you are a woman, watch it with your husband, your mother, your father, anyone who can understand what is being said. Or if you are a man, watch it alone, because it might be too hard to understand. The plot is not complex. The director doesn't try to be complex, he simply tells a story in a beautiful way, and does so with a lot of lucidity. 8/10
Dramatic comedy and the "Romeo and Juliet" stories are not an original combination, but they do have the capacity to engage viewers, and this is precisely what "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" does. In this film, two sisters, the beautiful Nastassja Kinski and the tough American director Ben Whishaw, live in Paris. Nastassja is an up-and-coming actress, but she has a serious problem. She is a former CIA agent who is not really at peace with her job, and she finds it hard to control her anger. She has just been fired from her job, and has not yet found a new one. One day, she meets the American director, and she becomes fascinated with his work. The two of them meet, and they start to develop a friendship, until Nastassja's lover finds out about the affair, and Nastassja is told to go back to the CIA. The rest of the film is about their mutual estrangement, and the actions they take to try to overcome their problems. The script is very good, and the performances are very good as well. This is not a typical Hollywood film, but it is very good and engaging.
The most dramatic aspect of this film is the ending, which may seem abrupt, but which will leave you stunned and amazed. The story is based on a true story, which was the basis of the movie "The Impossible" and is very similar. The movie is filmed in black and white and has a minimalist style which can be quite appealing. The story is told in a series of flashbacks, with the main character being the main character, with the main character being the main character and the flashbacks being flashbacks. The flashbacks are quite moving, with their portrayal of the emotional journey of the main character. This film is also about a female gang leader, but she has a different role, which is the main character's character. The flashbacks are interspersed with the main character's stories, which are told in flashbacks. It's a very simple film, but the main character is a great character and the flashbacks are great, and you can't help but be moved by her stories. I strongly recommend this film, and I would say that this is one of the best female gangster films ever made.
This is not the film that made Jean-Luc Godard famous. It is far from it, the movie that really made him famous. However, it is still one of the best movies of the genre and perhaps the best film made in French Cinema. Jean-Luc Godard may be a name that has become legendary over the years, but I am not familiar with his works, and therefore I will not be reviewing them here. But as far as I am concerned, this is a movie that is extremely hard to find in the U.S. It is worth checking out, but I would recommend waiting for a DVD purchase or a rental. This movie is not that bad. It is worth a watch, but not really worth a purchase.
The film is really well shot and edited. Well, in fact, this is how a film should be made. It's not over the top in any way. There is no sex scene, no swearing, no nudity, no violence and no bad language. As for the cast. The most important thing about this film is the acting, the directing, the editing and the cinematography. The editing is the best in a long time. The actors all work well together. Even the women (unfortunately) are very well casted and, let's face it, they look like they are having a good time. A must-see for the people who love good French cinema.
The tragic death of three children, one from their mother and the other two from their father. They turn out to be in their first year of life. The children's mother leaves them, and the father of the youngest one (the one who was the father of the oldest) leaves, and he never returns. In a couple of days, the children's father is found in a car. The mother's older sister, an actress, takes over the care of the eldest child and takes care of him until he is eighteen. There is some talk about a possible reunion between the father and the mother, but the father was found dead, and the mother did not want to see him again. The mother's younger sister is a writer, and she tries to find out whether the father and the mother had anything to do with the deaths. But it seems that she is not interested in this. The film ends with the mother and the daughter becoming separated. There is some talk about the father's death, but it is not clear whether he was found dead. The film is rather slow, but is never boring. The photography is very good, and the film contains some beautiful scenes. This is not a film that is for everyone, but if you can bear some slow scenes, this is a worthwhile film.
I saw this film at the Toronto International Film Festival, and it has been haunting me ever since. This is a "Morte a Ville" (a castle on the coast) film, with all the gaudy, dizzying visual detail of a Hans Christian Anderson film, with a touch of that dark, haunting Kubrickian sense of the otherworldly. In that sense, it is a masterful attempt at a ghost story, perhaps a better example of the genre than anything else I have seen. It is also a very sophisticated film-making, and I am glad that the director did not try to overdo the occult undertones. That might have been interesting, but in my opinion would have been disappointing, because the filmmaker clearly knew how much of a challenge it was to pull it off. I think she did a great job, and I am looking forward to seeing more of her work.
I watched this film for the second time recently. I really liked it. The main actor played his role very well. He seemed to have the accent of the character very well. The story itself is very interesting and very refreshing. Very interesting, very fresh and very well acted. The film looks very good, like the director. I also liked the direction. There is some very strong strong camera work in the movie. The camera angles were very strong and it was very interesting. I also liked the music, it was very good. I also like the direction and music. Overall I really liked this film. 7/10.
If you have any interest in film-making, then you will be able to find much in this film. It is an intriguing look at an Italian youth and the complications of living on the edge. It is the story of a young man, who has been responsible for killing someone in the street, who is then arrested for the murder of another youth, who has already been on the street for years, by the police and the justice system. The film is well told, and contains some surprisingly strong acting, with excellent supporting roles from a wonderful Alexandra O'Farrill and a passionate Pascale Guida, and a remarkable Cecilia Roth. The story is also told from the point of view of the arresting officer, who is really trying to get to the bottom of what really happened. He is a very caring and genuine man, and a role model for the young men in this film, as well as a symbol of the Italian justice system. The script is very interesting and I think very interesting for anyone who is interested in the subject of this film.
I've been a fan of the French New Wave for a long time and I really enjoyed this film. What I didn't like was that it was not very clear about the characters. To me, the movie was too much about the narrator. I was looking for a love story, but there was only one person in the whole film that I really connected to and was sad when he died. I think I'd like to see more of the people, more of the story, more about the music, and less about the narrator. I felt like the movie is a bit short. I think they should have shot it to over 2 hours, which would be better. I think they need more time to introduce the characters and to be clearer about what is going on.
