Finally, a modern western. Thanks, Bill Haley and Mel Brooks. What a ride. There are many stylistic similarities between this and the Hearsay trilogy, but this movie does it more with a more focused cinematic vision. So many parts of the movie had me enthralled and there are only a few that truly drag on. The storytelling itself is awesome, and you have to love the west in this movie. It's not the greatest western ever, but it does what westerns are supposed to do: It makes you want to move forward and see the land you're watching become. So I recommend this movie. I also really appreciate the plot. I really liked the story and the message it conveyed.

I loved the book and loved the movie. The movie is great but the book is better. I just loved this movie and the book. The characters are well-drawn and the relationships between the characters are so rich and well-rounded. The characters and the story are so well-written. The story has an elegance to it. The movie is a little too long, but it's a great movie and a great read. I read the book at least 2 times and it's still one of my favorite books. I love this movie so much!

Two of my favorite things are the movies and my lady. I have a genuine affection for her. "Tales of the Dollmaker" is a lovely, heart-warming, romantic film. There is a very true, very authentic feel to it. The acting is superb. My lady is now reacquainted with her favorite film, the 1956 version of "Tales of the Dollmaker". She also relishes the timelessness of the film. I am a film geek and can appreciate the differences between the films. As I said, this film is very realistic and romantic, but it is also a wonderful film for any person. My lady and I both enjoyed it and will likely re-visit it again.

I'm a fan of the Lord of the Rings trilogy and thought this movie was a lot better than the first two. I had read some reviews on it, but they didn't convince me to watch it. I finally decided to watch it and it was a very enjoyable movie. The characters in this movie are all great and the story has a lot of depth. I have been listening to the radio on FM since I was a child and when I was a teen I went to college and heard about this story. I heard it's about an outlaw raid on a ranch. The story sounds like it should be so much better, but it was not. But then again, it was not a perfect story. I will say it had some nice action scenes. I really like the music of the film, but I don't know why this was in the movie. I hope they will do another one of these movies. A more interesting portrayal of the outlawry era, "A Man and His Dog" offers viewers a glimpse into the lives of Irishmen who fought with the Confederacy and the period leading up to the Civil War. These men and women lived in a world of many shades of grey. They had nothing to say about their battle with slavery and had to fight with all the fears and restrictions that came along with it. They didn't have many rights to speak of but the fear of being treated as slaves meant they would probably never be allowed to go back to their former home. There is a scene in which a Union soldier is having to lift his head in order to reach the end of a rope, after the end of which he comes crashing to the ground, he is unable to reach the end of the rope because he had to stand up to support himself. With these unspoken reminders of a dark period in American history this film has a powerful story, whilst still maintaining the atmosphere that the era in question represented. The story of John Miller and his attempt to become a lawman was interesting. It is not at all clear why Miller went against the Union, as he came out of his prison in 1865 and joined the Confederate army. It is not clear how he got the nickname "Mustanger", as a result of his hard working and foul mouthed nature but it is clear he got that name from a former friend, "Lady" who was a sinner. There is a hint that Mustanger was able to put her past behind her and became a lawman, but the evidence is in the details. This is not to say that the film is bad, it is in fact, a very entertaining and interesting film. It was made in the 90's so the acting and production values are very high, the film runs for just under 90 minutes and as a result the story is not very well developed, the dialogues were wooden and the acting did not quite rise to the level of what it could have been. The story could have been developed much further and there was a scene towards the end that was unnecessary, but this could be ignored as the film was still enjoyable and entertaining. The characters were full of characters, there was a romance and a criminal record, with these characters added in the film was interesting. The other thing that kept the film going was the music. The music was quite good and the music used throughout was very good. The style of the film was very well made. It was a very gritty, violent, real and interesting film. There were some serious moral issues that went against the values of the times. There was a scene in which a Union soldier is talking to his fellow soldiers about the morality of slavery and the law and order side of it. The whole scene was very well put together and the film is very interesting from beginning to end. I would recommend this film to people who are interested in the period and want to see a film that is realistic and funny, this is one of the better films I have seen and is definitely worth watching. Don't be fooled by the fact that it is one of the least popular films in the world. This is the new school of silent movies. I highly recommend it. This is because it is all about the performances and the quality of the movie. It's all about acting. This film had no overacting, no underacting, no mediocre acting. The entire cast is awesome. The same could be said for the colors and the movements of the characters. The whole time I was watching it, I was in a trance. I thought that this film could be something great but it never became such a thing. The first part of the film is a western, the second part is a romantic drama and the last part is a mystery. In the end, the western is not so great but the romantic drama is very strong. It's very memorable for me. I never got bored watching this film. The story is not that big but I still don't think that this film is anything bad. There is no weak points in the film. I loved the photography. It is beautiful. I loved the music, I love the music. I loved the acting and I loved the acting. All in all, I give this film a 7 out of 10.

I had never heard of this film until I came across it at the video store. I am very familiar with the Shaw Brothers and have always loved their films. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I am glad that I was able to see the film. I like to imagine that they did a lot of research and research their sources. Strictly for westerners, this one is no-doubt a classic. It's about a lone hunter hunting wild cattle (the unglamourous cowboys) with a blundering, deranged, husband-and-wife duo. The husband, Clint Eastwood, comes to a frontier town and looks for food, and stops by a saloon where he meets a local, Sheriff Fred Astaire. He invites the Sheriff to join his posse, but the Sheriff declines. He wants to keep his job, but also wants to find a young woman to marry, and asks Astaire if he can bring her to him. And when he returns, he finds that the Sheriff's wife has died, and he himself has married. Astaire has also married someone else, and is now an invalid. So now, the Sheriff and Astaire are very much alone and on their own. What's the Sheriff's last dream? He catches a glimpse of his wife's face, and then he sees her hanging upside down. He cuts a large chunk of flesh off her, and keeps her in his garden, where he hides her and thinks she will return to him. This is a very beautiful, funny, rambling story, and the performances are fantastic. Eastwood and Astaire are superb. They both have quite a lot of chemistry together. Astaire is always very expressive, and he really doesn't have much to do in this movie. Eastwood's performance is very creepy and twisted. A definite classic.

This film has a lot of beautiful scenery and some superb western towns, including Fort Smith and Tombstone. This movie also has a lot of the main characters alive and well and you can see some of their personality again. I think it's a much better western than the first two. The quality of the dialogue and the acting are also much better in this one. The costumes are better and the story is better. The last scene is also much better. I really recommend this movie.

In this regard it is a very good adaptation of the story. The lead actor is excellent, and his performance is accompanied by a warm and sensitive performance of his co-star, the journalist, as well as the beautiful Selma Hayek, who plays the central character's wife. Also in the supporting cast are the likes of Richard Jenkins, Ben Kingsley, John Hurt, Michael Gambon, and others. The story is very important, and contains many sub-stories. Some sub-stories are quite disappointing, but one important sub-story is very rich and rich in possibilities. The mystery is intriguing, and it is always full of twists and turns. In conclusion, this film is not perfect, but certainly a good example of modern fantasy movies, in which success and beauty is combined in a good way. It deserves the award of the best fantasy movie of the year. The expectations are high. It's a strong recommendation, to the fans of the genre. The movie is very good. The color is rich. When the film opens, a group of these "ho'oponono" and their leader, Captain Kidd, is at war with the Native Americans. During their war, they stumble upon the Indian community of Dunbar, which holds many priceless items from the war and has a beautiful lady and a secret. They take the woman and the treasure and head off on a journey to find the rest of the treasure. The girl and her father, Chief Joseph, want to go back home to their home town, but Chief Joseph wants to keep the treasure for himself, as he has some grievances with the Indian leaders. As they travel across the plains they run into other groups of the "ho'oponono" and begin to argue. The chief tells them that there is nothing they can do about it. After all, he has lived his life without having to worry about anyone, not to mention his daughter. The story becomes more and more convoluted as the film progresses. In the end, Chief Joseph has nothing to do with the treasure and it is up to the Indian people to find it and return it to the city of Dunbar. The film has many interesting places and characters that you can't help but enjoy. You will also be surprised by the horsemen themselves, which are very well designed. As you watch, you realize that it is impossible for a horseman to be as good or as beautiful as the leading horse of the film. Also, the horsemen all have very similar personalities. You will love them all. The movie is very funny. It is impossible to dislike a film with the humor in it, but there are many times where you can't help but laugh at the many jokes that are repeated throughout the film. The movie is very visually pleasing. You will want to see the movie several times and you will never be able to turn your attention away from the scenery. Even the cowboys and Indian people are extremely beautiful. If you have never seen a Western film before, I would highly recommend this film. You will be surprised by its superb visuals and strong acting. The movie is very visually pleasing and you will want to see it several times. Overall, this is a good film that is much better than you might expect.

Harrison Ford is the legendary President and his nephew Walter is an intelligent and ruthless warrior. They are hunting and pillaging the cattle of a cow herd and causing a lot of destruction. Even the President, having been granted an opportunity to negotiate with them, is not too pleased with them. Harrison Ford does a superb job and he is also very charming. He does not need any special effect to tell you his character is a madman. Also, the romance between him and his nephew Walter is very believable. They find love, not because of the tradition of love in the movies, but because of the intensity of their feelings. I think that this film is very good. I do not know whether it is still an epic classic but it is an excellent western adventure film and is a good choice for all fans of this genre.

This is a beautiful movie. For one, it is directed by Gregory Hines, the guy who did the wonderful western The Wild Bunch. In it he has a fabulous crew. It is a tribute to good storytelling and cinematography. It has a strong cast. Two of the characters are natives, and I can't help but appreciate the efforts of all involved. I am not a native but this is a movie for me. I have a lot of respect for this film, and I feel that it is not just another western. There are some great characters in this movie and it is definitely a movie worth seeing. I strongly suggest you see it. I was very impressed. I recommend this movie to anyone.

A few years ago I watched an episode of the HBO mini series of the same name which was based on a novel. I must admit I didn't read the book at the time, and it was a good thing that I didn't because it would have been an unpleasant experience. However, the mini series has the same overall atmosphere as the book, so if you haven't read the book then I suggest you do read the mini series, it is a good deal better and more original. As a result, it is a great read, although you need to have a fairly good memory to fully appreciate the greatness of the book.

I first saw this movie when I was in High School. I never saw it again until I was in my 40's. I still remember the scenes. The only thing I didn't like about it was that they made it too short. The first part of the movie was really good and the second part was a little slow. I thought it was a very good movie. I think you should see it if you like movies with romantic themes. I think you will like it.

John Huston is always a pleasure to watch and he gives one of his best performances as the stagecoach driver who takes in the two girls. The two lead actresses are gorgeous and this film has such a beautiful look to it. There are so many great scenes and the whole cast is great. There's a little bit of everything in this film. It's a very good film and I recommend it to anyone who likes westerns. 10/10

I never even knew the story of the old woman and the white lady until I read about this movie and saw it listed in the back of my friend's copy of "Dinosaur Hunter". I love the old woman and she's a great character. The lady was so tough and she seemed to be a little bit older than the others. I can't wait to see the rest of the movie and I can't wait to buy the DVD!

In my opinion, this is a great western movie. It is just like the movie for horses. A young hero finds himself in a dangerous situation. He has to work hard to save himself. You can feel that you are there in that place. I do not like romantic movies, but this movie is beautiful. If you like the movies like: Civil War, The Sweetest Game, etc. you will like this one.

Every where I see the Merry-Go-Round, I find the same contradiction. How can this film be so different from the original? It is so much better. It is so much more coherent. It does not have a soundtrack. It has not been edited into a 21 minute film. The artfulness and wit of the first one was lost in the editing room and those days are gone. The actors were in their prime. They were simply going out with ease. There was no pressure. There was no need for it. This is a film of charm, well-written dialogue, and wit, and that is what we love about the original. You could do a lot worse than the original. It has more depth and more art. This is a movie of character development. I loved it. It was wonderfully done.

In my opinion this is a more entertaining film then the "Robert Culp" or the "The Southern Plaid Hatters". The story is just great, however I could not take it very seriously. The 2 best actors in the film are mostly white. The rest are mostly black. All of the other actors were not so good. There are a few scenes that were boring, and many scenes that were just kind of funny. It was pretty good. It's not as good as a western, but it's just as good as the "Charles Foster Kane" movies. I really enjoyed it. Maybe it's just because it's better. I give it a 7.5 out of 10

The follow-up to the so-so The Hot Chick is a fresh, stylish, fast-paced, and entertaining western. The leading lady is beautiful and the lead actor is believable in his role. If you like The Hot Chick, you will like this. The little town of Yoakum is the center of the story and this film has a good mix of action, drama, and humor. Overall, it's worth seeing.

I really enjoyed this movie and that is the best way I can say it. For some, it may be a road movie. For others, it may be a western. But it is a movie that can be enjoyed by all. It was an adventure to see a western with a nice Indian actress in the lead. I like that it was very natural and spontaneous. For me, it is one of those movies that can be enjoyed by all.

When I first heard that Warren Beatty was doing a film about the women in the "Muleskinners," I couldn't wait to see it. I loved the movie, and it was one of those films that was perfect for Christmas. The story is about a great blacksmith in the 1800s who is murdered by a greedy rich man. Now his son has to bring his father's story to life. It's a wonderful story, and the actors and actresses were all excellent. They all played their parts extremely well. I loved seeing Kate Babs and her character from the 'Mother Goose' show. She was wonderful. The Muleskinners is a great movie. And it's my favorite movie of all time!

I found this movie to be so charming and true. I was actually crying when I first saw it, and I was only a couple of years old when it was released. I haven't seen this movie since, and it is still very strong. I like the way the movie portrayed the difference between the two sets of women. The only thing that is slightly different in this movie is that the western woman was strong and determined, whereas the Indian woman was more of a "strong" woman, that had problems dealing with her emotions and the loneliness. Although I don't think this movie is for everyone, it is so beautiful and true, that you will not be able to go wrong with it. I would recommend this movie to anyone.

This is an interesting, sometimes even original, western with a good story and well written dialogue. I also liked the way they tell the story in a different way, the first time around they show us what happened and then it is told as a flashback. It is very different and a nice change of pace for the story, so it works better for me. The casting is good and the actors pull it off, it is just a little bit of an odd cast and the story can get a little muddled a bit at times. However, if you like westerns this is a good film. 8/10

I remember seeing this movie when it first came out and being absolutely stunned. I am now 27 years old and I still watch it over and over again. The movie has a great message about the dangers of drugs and violence, and it has great music, it also has a great story. A great story to tell your children, and one that any father will definitely watch over and over again. I also like how the main character could be considered "stupid", but he is still smart and has a lot of maturity to his character. There are plenty of great scenes throughout the film, it's about a guy that has his own problems with drugs and violence. I think it's a great movie for young kids, but also for anybody who has a family and can relate to it. The message is great and the actors are all great in this movie. This movie is still one of my favorites to this day.

I saw this movie about a year ago and really liked it. Now I have read the book and it is even better. I highly recommend this movie. It is an interesting film and has great acting, great scenery and great plot. I loved it.

The Queen is being hailed as the greatest living English actress but it is a sad commentary on our culture that so few have seen her in this manner. But the film is so important, because it will leave the audience asking the question "how can I be such a hero when I am not such a villain?" And it will remind us that it is not the films that make us heroes, it is the human condition that does. One can compare this film with those made in the 50's such as "Glory", "Braveheart", "Citizen Kane", "The Godfather", "Glengarry Glen Ross" and "The Cider House Rules". What makes "The Queen" so important is the importance it has placed on a woman's duty to protect her family. It is a film that will always be remembered.

I'm not a huge fan of westerns or any other genre of films, but I am a fan of Robert Redford. It seems that even though he is a big star and a good actor, he is not always known for his acting. He has also played some pretty interesting roles, such as Clint Eastwood and Kevin Costner. But I would like to say, he is a very good actor, in my opinion. I think he is really talented and very versatile. This is the first time I have seen his movie. I think he is really talented and I can definitely recommend this movie to everybody. I think that it is a very good movie and definitely worth a watch. The story is about a group of hunters, who want to kill a mountain lion, which was sighted near their campsite. The reason is simple, they think it is dangerous. The hunters decide to hunt the mountain lion with a machine gun and a crossbow. I think that the character played by Robert Redford was the most interesting and good in this movie. I think that he did a great job in this movie. I also like the other actors in the movie, including Naomi Watts, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Chris Cooper, Thomas Haden Church and Stephen Lang. The story was good, the plot was good, the acting was good, and the fight scenes were good. This is a great movie, and I recommend everybody to see it. It is a must-see movie, and I think everybody should watch it.

I am sure I must have missed the movie, but I remember seeing the trailer for it on some channel or another. I knew I had to go to the nearest video store and buy it. The movie, is not a bad one, but it was not the biggest seller on the shelves at Blockbuster, which is a shame. The plot of the film is pretty straight forward. A man named Mustanger (Simon Yam) has to leave his home to seek his fortune and support his wife (Julie Bell) who has gone to work. The two of them leave the place, but Mustanger gets stranded and must find a way to get home. Of course, he finds a way to get home, which is pretty easy, but a bit of a challenge because of the very mysterious bad guys. The movie starts out pretty well, and I found it pretty entertaining. I mean, there were quite a few good laughs. Also, the fight scene between Mustanger and the bad guys were pretty good. Also, there were some nice action sequences in the film. I enjoyed watching the movie, and would recommend it to anyone who is in the mood for a good adventure movie. The acting is okay, but I wouldn't call the actors bad. They are good actors. My rating: 6.5/10

I am a big fan of western movies, and of western music. This movie is great, and I can't say enough about it. First off, I'm not familiar with the novel. I know about the fact that it was loosely based on a novel written by Don Quixote himself, but I don't really know the details. I also don't know anything about the making of the movie. I was amazed to see the amount of detail that went into it. The characterizations are great, and the music is great. The casting was also great, and I can't wait for this to come out on DVD. If you like westerns, you'll like this movie.

There is a time when you just don't see movies. It's the age of the single viewer. You have heard the saying "you only live once". Well, that's where this movie came into play. I went to see the movie because I was a big fan of "The Big Lebowski". It was great, I liked it. But I didn't get the chance to see it again because I was sick of it. So I finally decided to watch "The Big Lebowski" again. I have seen it 4 times now and it is the best movie I have ever seen. I like that movie because it has everything. I liked this film. It had good actors, story line, and of course the occasional beautiful landscape. This film reminded me of all those westerns in the 70's like The Wild Bunch and The Men Who Cried Wolf. The characters were interesting and different, they were also able to make you root for them. The two main characters are separated at the end but then have a reunion. The things I liked about this film were the fact that it was a western that didn't show people being killed or beaten to death. I don't think that was a good idea. It might not be a good idea to show people getting shot or tortured but that is a movie. A western should make you think and leave you wondering what is going on. The hero and heroine could be married but they had to be strong to keep them apart. They didn't see eye to eye, and had to come together in order to survive. My only complaint about this film is that they had a bunch of actors (not too many) playing characters that could be a lot better. It was good enough to make you wish that the film could have had a better cast. This film reminded me of two films that were good enough to make me want to watch them. I really liked The Wild Bunch because the direction was good and the characters were interesting and unique. The Men Who Cried Wolf was a good western but also had some problems with the pacing. This film had more problems than I had expected. I do recommend this film but it isn't a must-see. Some people may hate this film but I enjoyed it.

As a child I was fascinated by westerns. My father was a very avid and fan of westerns, and one day he took me to see a western in the theater. I was totally enthralled and I was hooked. I was told that I would have to wait over a year for a western. That year, when I went to see the movie I found out that the movie was delayed because of a scandal. In my opinion the movie is a great movie, it's a great movie to watch when you are in the mood for a western, it is full of great actors and actresses and there are many great scenes in the movie. The music is also great, it is very romantic and full of songs, the ending of the movie is very romantic and I love it.

They were unhappy with the dialogue, the acting, the direction, the characters. And I must say, that I agree with the majority. This is one of my favorite movies. I've seen it many times and I still love it. It's a true story of a Texas Ranger who comes across a runaway girl who is a stranger in the woods. He doesn't know her name but he finds out she has a sister who lives there. She doesn't tell him much, but he finds out she is a runaway and is not allowed to leave the house. So the Rangers come to help her. It's not a perfect movie, but it's a true story and it's very moving. The cast is great. William Daniels is great as the Ranger. His acting is great. This is a movie I can watch over and over again.

I have been a fan of Westerns for most of my life, and the work of Clint Eastwood is one of my favorites. It was a Saturday morning, I was watching it with my friend, and I just couldn't stop thinking about it. It's just one of those films that has so much depth, so many things that can happen to the characters that I will never forget. I'm a big fan of Clint Eastwood, and I will watch anything he does. I never can remember his last film, and this is my first. I don't know if it's because of the work he did with Kathryn Bigelow in "The Hurt Locker" or just the way his films have stayed with me, but I can't get over the movie. This is one of the most moving movies I have ever seen. It's a true masterpiece, and I recommend everyone see this. I was surprised at how well the film was received, but I'm glad it was. I never really thought it would be as well received as it was. I didn't expect it to be this well received, but I'm glad I had the opportunity to see it. I recommend this movie to anyone, and I'm glad it was made. This is one of the most beautiful films I've ever seen, and it has the most beautiful story. I recently watched this movie on DVD. I am always hesitant to see a movie that has never been released in theaters. I am a big fan of the western genre and so am a fan of westerns in general. There are a lot of movie that I have seen and never even remembered until I watched it on DVD. I love this movie. It is truly a must see for any western fan. I know what you're thinking. "They must have had a lot of money when they did this." Yes, I know that. But this film is a must see, not just for David Lynch fans, but for anyone who loves a good western. The film features the most beautiful photography in the history of cinema. The actors and actresses who are featured in this film are just a few of the many "BAD" actors and actresses who were discovered and discovered "OK". I think you'll agree with me that this film is a must see. You might even wonder how this film came to be made. My guess is that it was made by a group of young people who saw the success of "The Stranger" and decided that they could do a western as well. And they did. "The Mustanger and the Lady" is one of the best westerns ever made, and I guarantee that you'll love this film. And you'll see just what it is to be a western, to be a good one.

After the charming disaster of Memento, Tornatore gives us a movie that shows us the post-apocalyptic world we all wish we had. It shows the lost world of the movie's title and the world of men we leave behind in the last scene of the film. I first found this movie on Amazon Prime. After reading some of the reviews, I was excited to see it, but I wasn't really sure what to expect. I'm pleased to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The story focuses on two brothers, Phil and Francis, played by Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint, respectively. Francis was an orphan raised by a foster family in the small mining town of Narragansett. As he grew up, he was forced to confront his past and his family's actions. When the mother of his foster family was taken by the local sheriff, Phil was left in charge of his nephew. His past was brought to light as he explored the town. Francis soon realized that things had changed, and he could not ignore it. He tried to deal with the past as he grew up, but even the smallest things are difficult to deal with. By the time the brothers grow up to be 14 years old, their worlds are constantly being torn apart by time. Francis continues to pursue his past, but all his efforts are to no avail. This film is set in a post-apocalyptic world where people have taken to wearing metal breast plates and those who are strong and strong build armor from bones. Francis knows this is coming and he plans to stop it, but he can't stop it from happening. His plan is to use an ancient coin to buy himself back the time he was given. Francis and his father are forced to deal with this with each other. The one man who was not cut out to be a leader is played by Radcliffe. He is a gentle and caring man who has his eyes set on helping his nephew deal with his past. This is one of the few films I have ever seen that I would recommend to anyone, but it is still not one I would ever watch over and over again. It is a great character study that may not have any great characters or events, but it is still a great film that has it's place in your DVD collection. I would rate this film a 7 out of 10. What a movie! To think that it was filmed in late '50s Texas! The Lone Star State was at that time a hotbed for movie making, particularly in the western world. My first viewing of this movie (original) was in 1975, the year that Sean Connery became a household name. The movie did not have enough airtime in the theater to give a good picture of it's unique style. It was the period of time that spawned the cheesy rock music, almost proto-radio, and the short-lived western theater. I was very impressed by the story and the dialogue. The performances were very good. Lee Marvin was especially good in his role as his life was completely shattered in the face of the abuse he suffered at the hands of the previous owners of the ranch. The character of the elder couple was a reminder of the times when anyone could get your wallet and money in a hurry. I believe that, if only more of the producers of this movie had known of what a good movie they were making. The time will come when all of the outlaw movie types will get some credit for the original idea and movie making skills that they brought to the industry. They were original. Highly recommended for all ages. We won't know for many years how many of them have survived the films that the original owners of the movie filmed. Until then we will continue to get movies from the same basic archetypes and styles.

I must admit that I am a fan of westerns. The historical movies in the genre are the most faithful and realistic depictions of the days of the great Old West. But I have never really gotten into the genre. Sure, there are some excellent movies out there that would make a great collection. The Road and Lone Wolf and Cub are two good examples. But I found them very dull. Lone Wolf and Cub is a lot better. The movie's plot is simple but it takes time to develop the characters. There is some humor in it, but mostly it is for mature audiences. I didn't like that they made fun of guns. This is one of those movies that will appeal to most western fans. I like it because it is a western, but not a "noir" western. This movie is an excellent example of what can be done with westerns.

A PILGRIM IN THE PALM COURT! John Huston is all in with the spaghetti western genre and delivers a pleasant entertainment. The noir western genre was fairly new in Hollywood when this film was made. There were only two, John Wayne and Clint Eastwood. But we didn't have to wait long before they began to take their place. There are no musical numbers and there's no shortage of cowboy action. The story is about a Mexican named Patricio (John Huston) who doesn't know who he is. He gets involved with the Lady (Dorothy Lamour) in a rancho in the middle of the desert. He is hired to find and save the young girl whom she has been impregnated with a child. She's in debt to a couple of gun runners, and is forced to pay them off. They also threaten to kill her child if she doesn't pay them. They also have a camp in the middle of the desert where they keep a big flintlock gun and make a fortune killing coyotes. Patricio and the Lady must make a dangerous journey to save the child. Will they succeed? This film isn't the greatest western ever made, but it is still entertaining. John Huston is a fine actor and I always enjoy his movies. He was wonderful in all of his films. I haven't seen the original spaghetti westerns, but I have seen some of his other westerns like "Seven Days in May", "A Good Man", "Cheaper by the Dozen", and "Bram Stoker's Dracula". I liked "Bram Stoker's Dracula" better than "Seven Days in May". If you haven't seen this film, I recommend you watch it. You will not be disappointed.

It's about a poor man's take on the American Dream, but it's also about how and why the people of the world work together to achieve it. A good piece of movie-making all around. The acting is all very good, with perfect casting for each character. The story of how the passengers get along and how they do, makes you feel like you are part of the crew and of a normal family. This is not a great film. It's not for everyone, but it's a film that you should definitely watch.

My husband and I watched this film for the first time a few days ago and were thrilled with the movie. The acting was excellent, the script was beautiful, and the scenery was beautiful. I've seen it and I've loved it! The characters are so real and I can relate to them. They have their own way of handling things and acting like the "good guys" and the "bad guys". It was so realistic. I loved the fact that they had the right attitude and there were no losers. I love that they gave the impression that they were very religious and it is a shame that this had to happen. There is a lot of talk about the 'transformation' of the couple and how they are transformed. I don't think that was a bad thing. The whole movie was so good and realistic. The actors did a good job, the colors were just right, and the movie kept me interested and involved until the end. I loved the movie and I think that people who don't like this movie, don't have to see it. I've never seen a movie like this before. I loved it and I think that people should see it.
