I love this movie. I think it's the best movie about the Civil War I have ever seen. I think that it is a great and historical movie, and the actors did an amazing job. There are a lot of great scenes in the movie, such as the battle scenes, the speeches, the scenes of Lee's estate. Everything about the movie was just great. The scenery was beautiful, and I loved the fact that the soldiers had their own school. That made me think about what was going on in the military during the war. It was just a really great movie.
The Meanest Man in Texas is a love letter to the United States. A great tale of history and the forces that shape and change history. History is something that is important and must be remembered. This film tells the story of a group of English soldiers, who are hired by the British government to spy on the revolutionary war. The spy who gets caught and sent to the Tower of London, is the hero of the story. The rest of the story is told from his point of view. The spy's diary is very interesting, because it tells the story of the spy's life and shows how he has seen and done many things that are against the British government. I think this film is very good, because it shows the true face of the English nation. There is no feeling of nationalism, or a sense of patriotism in this film. The English people who are in the film, are more loyal to the British than they are to the American government. I think this is an interesting film, because it shows the rise of the English in America. I think it is a great film. 7/10
I think the Academy should have done something with the best picture award. Not sure why that happened. Perhaps there was a special factor or it was a rare picture. However, I am very disappointed. I think this movie is a good picture. The acting is good. The film is a good story. I liked this movie. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because the subject matter is too important. There were a few parts in the movie where I didn't like the acting, but overall I think it was good. I would recommend this movie to anybody who is interested in history. I also think this movie is better than "The Deer Hunter".
The movie, which has its premiere on the big screen at the Newseum, seems to have gone into a completely different direction than the one in the books. It's not just a historical retelling, but a character-driven film that shows how the civil rights movement became a dominant force in American history. I thought it was really well done. I thought the main reason to see this movie was because of its casting. The three lead characters are all great actors, and in the end I think that each of them played their characters to the best of their abilities. Sam Elliot, Julianne Moore, and Mark Ruffalo are all great actors, and their performances were all top notch. Mark Ruffalo is no stranger to big screen roles, but he seems to really find a place in this one. He plays the title role very well. As the author of "Diaries," this role is for him to show his love for history and his love for the Southern culture, but also show his love for his wife and family. The movie starts out with a discussion of the events leading up to the assassination of President Lincoln. One thing is clear: he is not a good man, and he is not able to control his emotions. The movie then turns to the assassination itself, and we see the effects of the killing on the country. The plot of the movie is quite simple, but I think it does it very well. I think it was well written, and the characters and the dialog were quite good. The movie doesn't take itself seriously, and it really has a feel of the era. I really liked the music in the movie. I think the movie has its strengths and its weaknesses, but it is well worth seeing. Overall, this is a great movie that should be seen. I think it's one of the best historical films I have seen. I think it is one of the best films of the year, and I think it is one of the best films of the year that I have seen.
*SPOILERS* This film is about the most important story in the history of America, a story that has no easy solution and is shrouded in mystery, especially in the wake of the assassination of the president of the United States, Abraham Lincoln. This film tells the story of a man who was deeply affected by the assassination, but was unable to act on his feelings, even when he realized that he had made a terrible mistake. While this film was being made, the assassin was a 19-year-old, a troubled young man. His behavior was erratic, his speech was limited and his life was going nowhere. What makes this story so compelling is that there is no easy answer to it. The film presents the complex reasons why this man was so disturbed. And while the story is not easy to follow, the film is not just about the man who was Lincoln, it is about the many people who have been affected by this event. There are those who lost their children, and those who suffered physical injuries, and there are those who were harmed by it, but most of all, there are those who were affected emotionally. Some of the key points of this film are as follows: - The young man, Perry Mason, was a very disturbed individual who was tormented by his father, who was violent and abusive. His mother, was a prostitute, and did not even know him. The father was a drunk, and was not a good role model. Perry Mason was always teased and treated badly. When he was younger, he was almost homeless, but his mother was the one who helped him out and showed him the right path. - The other key point is the role that slavery played in the man's life. Perry Mason was very attached to the slave trade, and was one of the few men who used slaves to buy his horses and cattle. The slaves were used as a cheap source of labor, but they were treated badly. The slave trade was only profitable for the owners of the slave trade, and they could not care about the workers. The slaves were considered disposable. - The role of the wealthy. When Perry Mason tried to leave the plantation, he was arrested and was forced to work in the field. He was only allowed to go to the house of a wealthy man, who made him a slave, but did not want to buy him. The slave trade was only profitable for the owners of the slave trade. - The role of the local preacher, Dr. Samuel Williams. His views on slavery were also influenced by his experience as a slave. He was not sure that the slaves were to be freed, but was forced to make a choice. He was able to find the right solution, but he was still unable to act on his feelings. He eventually left the plantation and went to the local Methodist Church to pray for the abolition of slavery. - The role of the Reverend Jesse Jackson. He was instrumental in the decision of Perry Mason to leave
This movie is about a black man who comes to the US in the early 90's and the story of his journey through life. At first, he was raised by a white family, who tried to fit him into the American way of life. However, after a while, he grew to like his black neighbors and felt like he belonged. The movie shows how he was able to break away from that, and the different ways he tried to fit in. The movie is very well made. It was not obvious what was going on in the movie, and it had a great pace. I thought the cinematography was great, the actors did a great job, and the story was told well. I recommend this movie to anyone who has not seen it.
The movie was entertaining. Although I did find it a bit difficult to follow the plot, it was done with great intelligence and subtlety. There were parts of the movie that were more surprising than the others. I can't understand why this movie has not gotten more recognition. Although I do not believe that the movie was realistic, I do believe that it was a good movie. I am glad that there was an attempt to tell the story of a true Texan hero.
Well made film about a man who stood up for what he believed in and his legacy. My personal favorite actor was Will Smith and this film was also well made. I thought it was going to be the typical last minute casting of a famous person but I really liked the actors. They all seemed to fit in well. I liked the theme of the film. It was about the true story of an American, who stands up for what he believes in and has that strong will to fight for what he believes in. I liked the tone of the film. It was humorous and fun. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good story about a man who stood up for what he believed in.
This is one of those movies that makes you think and when you are done thinking you can actually make it to the bathroom and wash your hands. There is no out of the ordinary acting, you could tell the actors were really enjoying themselves in front of the camera. It has a good story and a very unique concept. It is a great story about what it means to be a hero, a modern day Texan and how the oppressed can get to the top. It is interesting to see the struggle between the two heroes, they both do what they can and learn from the experience. For those who want a good movie, this one is a good choice.
I enjoyed this movie very much, I think it was a very good movie. I would recommend this movie to anyone. I would also say that it is a great movie to watch with your children.
Perhaps it's just the way the movie is shot or the way it's edited, but this movie is one of the most powerful and beautiful works of art I have ever seen. To sit through the film is to be utterly engulfed by the rhythms of the story, the subtleties of the acting, and the breathtaking images of the first person point of view. The performances are brilliant and the visuals are breathtaking. There are a few times where the director makes an incredible and tragic mistake, but overall it is so very powerful. I think anyone who doesn't get the message of this movie will simply not get it. I have found that many critics give the movie bad reviews for the fact that it is so raw and personal. That they feel that the movie is more "sophisticated" than it really is. I don't agree with this because it doesn't make the movie bad because it is more sophisticated, it makes the movie good because it is so moving, so powerful, so powerful. It is a powerful, moving story about the effects of violence on men and women. I can't say enough about this movie. It is a work of art. It is not for the faint of heart. It is so beautiful that I can't even take my eyes off it. 10/10.
This movie does everything it should do. It highlights the difficulties of immigrants, gives us a glimpse into the lives of the migrant workers, and shows us how important religion is to them. For those of us who have lived in the U.S. as much as they have, the sense of isolation is very real. Some of the immigrant workers in this film are trying to make their way in the U.S. and they aren't going to get in if their religion is against them. All this in the name of Jesus. If this movie is being criticized for being anti-Christian, it's not being fair. It's being honest and that's what the movie is. If you haven't seen this film yet, go rent it.
A solid movie with great performances from a wide range of actors. Like everyone else I watched the trailer and figured I would not be able to see this movie as it was not in theaters but was shown on TV. Boy was I wrong! I have been a fan of Woody Allen ever since I saw "Annie Hall" and was thrilled when he came out with this movie. I have to say that this was one of his best movies since "Annie Hall". It is an amazing performance from Meryl Streep. Woody is so good at his character and she shows it. The movie is very moving and reminds me of a lot of movies that I have seen. It is funny, tragic, romantic, and not what you expect it to be. This movie will give you a real feeling about life and why it is important.
This is the most powerful and compelling film I have ever seen. I was completely riveted from the first scene, which is incredibly compelling and powerful. I saw it a couple of weeks ago, and I had never before seen such a powerful, moving, and powerful film. This is one of the best movies I have ever seen, period. It is filled with lessons, and it is not afraid to teach them, but it is not afraid to make them easy for the audience to learn. This is not your run-of-the-mill American Civil War movie. It is a true epic, and it is one of the best movies I have ever seen. Not just because of the incredible acting, but because of the power of the film. It is a must-see for everyone, and I highly recommend it.
For those who are still trying to figure out what this movie is about, it's about the man who invented the Texas draw, and how he spent his life working to protect the interests of the land and its people. The movie is not about the man, but about the history of the land and its people, and the people who have to fight for it. There is no happy ending. The film is very well-made. The actors are all very good. The scenery is beautiful, the script is very well-written, and the director, Ted Demme, has a great eye for making sure that the viewer is in the mood for this story. The only real problem is that the film is too long. The final scene is too long, and the last scene is not very well done. The ending is too abrupt, and the film is a little too long for its subject matter. Still, the film is very well-made and worth seeing. I rate it a 7/10.
The Meanest Man in Texas is a wonderful film that will bring many tears to many eyes. It is a very accurate portrayal of the final days of the Civil War and one that all would love to have a close look at. It is a tale of the Civil War, a story that few Americans will ever have to see or know, but is so well portrayed by the movie itself. The acting by the actors is excellent and each character has its own story and depth. The cast is well-balanced and I was a big fan of all of them. The story itself is realistic and compelling. The dialog is brilliant, and the photography is great. The entire movie is well-produced and put together. The movie also manages to bring out great acting from all of the actors. The film is a very well-made and very well-acted film. It is a true-to-life story that is extremely well-done. The Story is something that will resonate with many people and has many of the same themes as The Dances with Wolves. The movie manages to bring out the human qualities in all of its characters and the performances are superb. I highly recommend this film to anyone and everyone. It is well-done and is a great film.
At the time of this writing, people are voting their favorite movies with this entry in the Best Picture nominees.and I can't help but to be impressed. Despite its grandeur, it manages to remain very focused and compelling throughout, even if its running time is a little excessive. But the moments of compassion, the moments of heroism, the moments of tragedy are all well crafted and well written. And the performances are all good, particularly those of Rosanna Arquette and Jack Nicholson. And the characters are all human. I think it's fair to say that this film is a very good drama, even if it is a little less than you'd expect. It's just so darn entertaining, with great dialogue and well written characters, a well orchestrated score, and a little bit of depth and nuance. The directing is quite strong. This is also one of the few films that really captures the nature of war. We're shown the brutality of the "natural" environment (which is actually pretty impressive considering the budget) and the corruption of the human species. There's a great deal of violence, both physical and emotional, that we're not really subjected to in American war films, and the editing is very impressive, while the editing in this movie is great, for that matter. I didn't really like the idea of this film being based on true events, and I did wish the effects were better and more impressive, but overall, this is a very good film, and it's one of the best of 2004.
The best movie about the Texas Revolution. Jim Caviezel is superb. Tim Robbins is equally good. The costumes are superb. The editing is superb. The dialog is superb. This is a movie that I recommend to everyone who wants to learn more about the Texas Revolution.
I'm not sure if I have ever seen the film before. But I thought it was well done. The movie was entertaining and worth seeing. I liked the cast, the actors, and the story. It was good, I thought. I was surprised to find that it was based on a true story. I found it interesting that the movie was not about the Klan, the Nazis, or the Ku Klux Klan. The movie was about a group of men that used to be in a Christian church. They had a lot of people in their group that were members of the KKK, but the church was not. They had their own Klan. They had a church, and they were trying to start a church in the area, and they were trying to start a Klan. They tried to start a KKK in the church, and it didn't work out. They went out to get members, but it didn't work out. The movie was based on the story of one man, William Jennings Bryan. I thought that the movie was very interesting, and I thought that the movie was good. I don't know if I would watch it again, but I would recommend it. It is good, and I would recommend it to anyone.
We are used to seeing Hollywood made movies based on true stories. However, it's rare to see a true story based on a book, not to mention a historical document. The true story of Captain James Cook's expedition to the Pacific in 1775 is very difficult to find. In the 1920s, a publisher of historical fiction, Hugh Hudson, found a book titled "The Cook's Adventure" and read the book in 1924. The book is based on the historical account, which gives details about the expedition's location, time, and general situation. In the 1940s, a copy of the book was purchased by a film studio. In 1944, the movie was released. The movie has a great production value, but it lacks the historical detail that was in the book. The movie, however, is great for those who like historical fiction. The acting was very good, but I found the acting of Ellen Burstyn and Geoffrey Rush to be very strong. Ellen Burstyn's performance is very strong. I liked her performance because it showed the influence of Elizabethan culture on the character, but Geoffrey Rush's performance is strong because of his portrayal of the character. Geoffrey Rush is the most memorable character in the movie, but Ellen Burstyn's performance was also very strong. I thought that the movie was very good, but the book is more entertaining, and the movie is more historical.
Before I start I just want to say that I have watched all the films I have watched before and there are only a few that I haven't seen. I have however watched this movie and it is by far my favourite film of all time. I could go on for hours on this film and I do not want to do that but I just think it deserves a 10/10. It is also very well made and I believe it is one of the best films of all time. I am so happy that there are more movies like this one and that the idea has become a big hit. It is a great movie and well worth watching. I never get tired of it and I definitely won't be turning it off anytime soon. I hope it gets nominated for some awards, I am sure it will be nominated for some good ones. I wish I could be in the cinema with my friends and have a great time watching it together. So if you like the movies of Clint Eastwood and you have not seen this one yet, then I really do urge you to give it a try, trust me, you will not be disappointed.
This is a great film for any Christian to see. I went into this knowing very little about the movie and was expecting it to be a movie that was just a bunch of crap. I was pleasantly surprised. The movie shows a Christian life. It shows how Christian's live in the Bible Belt and the Bible Belt can be different from each other. The movie was filmed in a way that shows the Bible Belt is a Christian community. It is not a place where you can just be Christian and have a great time. The movie shows the importance of God's Word and how the Bible is the ultimate guide for living your life. There are some really beautiful scenes in the movie. It was very moving to see the beauty of the people in the Bible Belt. I would recommend this movie to anyone who is a Christian. It is a great film and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
This film is excellent, the scenery is beautiful, the acting is superb, and the message is very powerful. I highly recommend it.
This is a movie that has been criticized for its lack of historical accuracy, but the movie is definitely not as bad as some have said. I think the critics are forgetting that the movie is based on a true story, and so they are looking at the history through a biased lens. The movie is about a man named Jesse James, who is a legendary outlaw who led a group of men to battle the British and take back Texas. The movie focuses on his relationship with his family, his relationships with his friends, and the trials and tribulations he had to go through in order to achieve his goal. This is a very accurate depiction of what happened. The movie is not a history lesson, and it is not supposed to be. It is supposed to be a movie about a man who is trying to live his life the way he wants to live it, and that is what the movie is about. So if you want to watch a movie about the life of a man who was a legend, go for it. If you want to see a movie about the life of a man who was a legend, then go for it. I think the movie is very well done and very well done. The acting is very good, and the cinematography is very well done. I think the movie is definitely worth watching.
Based on the true story of Frederick Douglass, the story is told in a factual way. It's well acted, and the acting is very good. The movie follows Frederick Douglass from his childhood until his death. The film shows us his life from childhood through the civil war to his rise to prominence in the southern states. His real life character is amazing. He had a lot of faults and did many things that were very wrong, but it's not all about him. It's about the things that he did, and how he got his way. I think it's really interesting that the film doesn't make him look like a saint. It makes him a man who was just a bit to different. He had some very bad things done to him, but that's the point. It's really amazing that he rose to the top in all the places he was. He was one of the greatest American leaders of the 20th century. I think it's an excellent film. I think it's great that it shows Frederick Douglass in such a good light. I think it's really well done. It's a really good film. It's a good film about a great man who has a lot of faults, but it's not all about him.
When I first saw this movie I was 15 years old. I have to admit that I was totally blown away by it. When I saw it for the first time, I thought "this movie is way too cool for the high school age. I can't believe that there are people like this in this world". It was during that time that I started to go to my first-ever college and I was studying physics and this movie really made me realize that what was going on inside my head was being represented in the real world. At the time I had no idea that these things were actually happening. I did not even know that there were people out there who were like "I'm not here to be nice, I'm here to be a fighter". That is what this movie is about, showing us a side of humanity that we have not seen before. I know that this movie has won several awards and for good reason. It is not just a movie. It is a piece of art. It is a masterwork that I think everyone should see. It really is not possible to describe in words what this movie is. I give it a 10/10, not because it deserves it, but because I really enjoyed it so much and I hope you do too. I really hope that you will enjoy it as much as I did.
I am not one to hold my tongue when it comes to historical documentaries. I think they have too much sway on me and don't necessarily have to be accurate. What I am not one to do is to not give my input and think of a better movie to watch than the one that was being shown. I would not be watching the movie if I didn't think it was an accurate portrayal of the life of a famous civil rights leader and one of the most prominent people of the 20th century. I really loved this movie, I thought it was well done and it showed the life of Martin Luther King, Jr. in a way that I thought it was well done. I think it was well acted and acted very well. The only thing I found to be a little weak was the way it portrayed the relationship between King and his wife Coretta. That was not done very well, but I felt it was not a very important part of his life. The acting was not really the main part of the movie but it was done well. I think that it is a good movie to watch.
I found this movie to be very interesting. It was well acted, the acting was excellent, the dialog was good, and it was interesting to watch. It was a bit predictable, and it was probably not as good as the book. However, I think this movie would be worth seeing. I like movies that are interesting and take you on a journey of sorts. I don't care for movies that are predictable or that have a lot of action in them. I think this movie is one of the best movies I have seen in a long time.
A decade after its original release in 1978, The Meanest Man in Texas is now more than 70 years old, and it's still as relevant today as it was then. While the new film is very similar to the original, it doesn't pretend to be a remake. The difference is that it's a lot more fun. It's an original tale of a quiet, but brilliant young man who, through sheer willpower, reaches his goal of becoming a state senator. It's also a coming-of-age story of a young man who gets picked on a lot, but has a big dream. There's a lot of excitement, a lot of heart, and even a few funny moments. And yet it's also very real, very easy to identify with, and very uplifting. I also liked the way that it's set in the 1930s. It's still a compelling time period, but the 1930s feel more like the 1930s than like the present day. It's very clean, very clean. There's no sex, violence, or swearing. It's a clean, simple time period that's very easy to get into. It's a very modern story, but it's still a very relevant time period. The writing, acting, and direction are all very good. Kevin Kline and Catherine Keener are really great in this film. I also really liked the casting of Richard Jenkins as the senator. The script is very good, and I loved the way it was put together. There are some great jokes, but also some sad, realistic jokes that work. I also really liked how the movie has so many different time periods. It's a very modern movie, but it's not cliche. It's very interesting, and a very thought-provoking movie. It's very moving, and it's very exciting. I recommend it to anyone who wants to see a good story that's about a good guy who works hard to achieve his goals, but also about a young man who is overcome by his dreams and inspires a whole community. I give this a 9/10.
What was it that made Willie Parker, and other black men, and women, strong and vibrant? I think it was not being demeaned and laughed at, or made fun of for being different, or, dare I say, not being quite white enough, or the idea that we all have a part in the making of a good life for our children, and that we need to be part of that process. I also think it was not only the voices of the great African-American actors, but the way they spoke, their motion and expressions, their voices, the things they said and did that made us feel good. Many of the reviews of this film say that it is insensitive. This is the very same attitude that contributed to the deplorable conditions that existed in this country in the years following Reconstruction. It is certainly the case that a good portion of the movie is set in the south, and I would have to agree that there were definitely elements of racism in the south. However, if you go to the movies to see a biographical drama, you are not supposed to be insensitive to things that happen in the past, and you are not supposed to criticize the present. There is certainly no racism in the movie, as all the characters are characters we know and are connected with. If you think about it, people today are going to judge this movie by the story it tells, and by the fact that some people did not like this movie. Let me suggest a movie that does not need to tell a story of a black man who did what he did to put food on the table, but who also cared about his family. It is "If You Build It, He Will Come" which is about a boy who was a football star, and who is forced to return to his old neighborhood in order to play the next game. He does not come back, but he leaves his mother in tears. Let us not forget that this movie was made in the early 1900s, and when blacks were afraid of going to the movies. Most people today would not want to see a movie about a black man who took care of his family, or cared about his family. I would like to suggest "A Mighty Wind" which tells the story of a courageous athlete, who as a young boy, after losing a bet with his brother, decides to take his brother's place in a football game. He does not come back, but his brother goes on to win the game, and they live happily ever after. In closing, I would like to thank my favorite black writer, Oscar Wilde, for his wisdom, and for teaching me what it means to be a good man. And lastly, for all of the African-Americans and for all of the other human beings who made up the human race, I think it is time to say, thank you for having lived and died and given the greatest gift of all, to be able to see that a lot of us have contributed to making a better life for our children. I think that it is time for us to celebrate that by getting up and singing "Thank you, we live too good to die" and standing up for our rights, and for our country. Finally, I hope that the movie is received very well,
The movie "The Meanest Man in Texas" tells a story about Martin Luther King and the civil rights movement. The movie is based on a true story of a young black man named Martin Luther King Jr. who decided to lead the Montgomery bus boycott of 1955 because he did not want to take part in the civil rights movement. King was one of the most important people of his time because of his unique understanding of the human condition. The movie shows King's hatred of the white man and his hatred of the black man.The movie is very touching. It is full of love and sympathy. The story is a wonderful lesson about love and how to resist injustice. The story is so realistic. It shows how to resist unjust acts of injustice. The movie "The Meanest Man in Texas" is a movie that should be watched by all who care about the human condition.
I have never seen this movie, but I heard that it was very good. It was the story of the civil war, and the protagonist is a young slave named David Wilkes. He was the only black man to survive the war. It is a very moving story. David Wilkes was so young when he died, and he was one of the most precious men in the history of the nation. He died at a young age. This is a very well-done movie. I would highly recommend it.
A look at what made George W. Bush so successful as a child in Texas, an a southerner himself. The new documentary shows in fascinating detail how the elder Bush made the highest impact at home and abroad, whether with money, politics, or media. If you want to see how he was able to get the job done, this is the film for you. Even though the film is good, it also shows how some of his decisions, particularly when it comes to foreign policy, and his later decision to invade Iraq, may have been detrimental to the country he leads. In the end, Bush came to office after the most disastrous presidency in the history of the country. And this time around, there's more baggage than ever before. A film that asks "What happens when a man you never knew, rises to power?"
Just seen the movie and as a former Texas Ranger I have to say this was very much like what I had seen. I would suggest anyone who likes movies and who wants to learn about the true events, should watch this. The true facts are shown and explained so that you can easily understand the movie. I would have never seen this on film if it were not for the movie. But I would say this is a MUST SEE!
This film was really really good. As a Texan I have known all of these characters. I could see how their lives would have been affected by the war and I thought that what was portrayed in the film was accurate. The music is beautiful. You can not believe that this music was recorded before the war was over. This is a wonderful film. The ending is an excellent part of the film.
This movie is in my top ten of all time. It is not an easy movie to watch. It is very emotional, and I will never forget it. It is also very moving. The acting was superb, and I loved the chemistry between Bronson and Sean Penn. This movie had some great scenes and a great story line. It was a great story, and I am glad that they made a movie that is true to the story. It is a movie that I will watch over and over again.
Good movie about President, Martin Luther King Jr. and his associates. The actors are very good. The photography is excellent. The story is excellent. The music is excellent. A beautiful work of art.
I have been a fan of John Travolta for many years. The Rocky movies have been among my favorites. John is not only talented as an actor, he is a very nice guy. When I saw "The Meanest Man in Texas" on television, I had been looking for a John film since I saw "Out of the Furnace". The trailer did not give a lot of details about this film, so I had to wait for the movie to come out on video. I have to say, it was very good. It was very interesting and it took me a long time to get through the entire movie. I was actually a little disappointed that this movie did not have the same impact as Rocky III or II. But I still liked it very much and I think that it is a good film to watch when you have nothing to do or want to watch something with a bit of drama. I can not recommend this movie enough. I rate it a 10/10.
This is the first time I am writing a review on this site. It is an unusual film to watch and I am not an American but I do feel I need to express my opinion. I don't remember the name of the film but it was made in the 70's. The film is a look into the lives of several people that had lived in Texas at the time of the Civil War. The film focuses on the lives of three families. The Forrests, the Bennetts, and the Morrises. It focuses on the life of a former slave named Forrest, played by Tim Russell. He is a man of modest means who believes in the principles of the Bible. He is the type of person who gets up every day and goes to church and believes that the Bible is the most important book in the world. He feels a sense of responsibility to his children and his future children. He also wants to spread the word of God throughout his neighborhood. He takes his young daughter and his teenage son to the farm where he lives. He believes in God and believes he is going to see the Savior of the world. He feels he is going to see Jesus. The film is an accurate look into the life of a man that was once an honest man who believed in the Bible. He now believes the Bible is more important than his own life. The film is very intense and is quite painful at times. The acting is fantastic and I cannot fault the film. I will not spoil the movie for anyone who has not seen it. I recommend it to anyone who loves to be moved by film. I give it a 9 out of 10.
This movie had a lot to say and one would expect for it to be very well researched but it turned out to be very entertaining. As I am writing this comment, I am thinking of the year 2000. And the final piece of the puzzle is the explanation of the Confederate States of America. A lot of people talk about how the United States of America is, or should be, divided into the states. It may be different from what you would expect, but the movie does provide some clarification about this issue. I love the fact that the film makers not only mention the history of slavery but they also make a good point of using different perspectives. I think that the question is that whether slavery is bad, whether slavery is good, or whether slavery is just in the past. The director and the screenwriter did a great job in giving the viewer the right opinions about slavery and it's meaning to the history of the United States. I loved this movie. I think it should get a lot more attention.
I just saw this movie and my words cannot express the quality of the performances of Denzel Washington, Meryl Streep and Samuel L. Jackson. Their performances are perfect. The story is an actual history and it really shows the tragic event that caused the first civil war. There are very few films out there that are a tribute to the Civil War and this is one of them. It was a very emotional movie that actually shows how important the Civil War was to the country and how important men like John Wilkes Booth were to the country. This film is amazing and I was very impressed. You could feel the tension as the characters were talking about the past. It was so emotional. My only question is: who will win the Academy Award for Best Actor? I think it is going to be Denzel Washington for his performance and Meryl Streep for her performance. I am a big fan of hers and she should win. I hope she does. The movie was great and the music was amazing. I highly recommend this movie. The director did a great job. I think that he was able to capture the real historical moment. I am going to go see it again tonight. My score: 10/10
Josie McEnroe (Emmy Rossum) is the famous Olympic silver medalist and Texas woman whose husband Jack (Timothy Hutton) is a murderer. Jack took away the ring and killed his wife in front of her own son. So Josie put the ring on the ground in front of her son. Jack is not smart enough to know what to do with the ring. His mother Lita (Annabella Sciorra) starts to go crazy. So Josie will try to find out what is going on with the ring. I really enjoyed the movie because it is a great story and if you think it is not the best movie then you are wrong. It is not the worst movie but it is not the best movie either. I think that Emmett Walsh (Justin Timberlake) is very talented actor and the character of Jack was very good. It was a good movie but it does not have the best acting. So I give this movie a 7 out of 10.
Having just seen this film recently I was immediately drawn into the story of John McCarthy, a truly wonderful man. I cannot remember a single interview where he gave any indication he was going to become a political leader. At the time of the film's release he was a seemingly forgotten man, but was at the forefront of the civil rights movement of the 1950s. It is only by his career and his admirable strength of character that his story has been told. The leading actor is the perfect blend of emotion and passion. He delivers one of the best performances of the decade. He is truly a beautiful person, with a spark of charisma and humor to help his story along. As a fellow old timer myself, I can't help but be touched by his story. The one flaw in the film is that the dialogue was a bit.odd. The characters were written without any depth or depth of feeling. They all spoke as if they had been reading them for years, not knowing any of them very well. It was a great shame, but this added to the overall feeling of being lost in the story. In the end, a very moving story that would make anyone sad or happy.
A well told story of a man who was in the front line of the Civil War, a man who was still very young when the war started and a man who had to grow up quickly to save his family. This is a great movie about what can happen to a young man in the front line of a war when it seems like nothing can stop the tide. In the middle of the war the Southern army was in full swing, when you heard the news you had to get your hands on your guns, you didn't have to wait for them to come to you. This is a great story about the war, the politics, and the war itself. The ending is great and I thought that the movie really got the message across. It is a great movie and I would recommend it to anyone who loves a great story about the war and the politics of it. 9/10
This is one of the best films I have ever seen. My friends and I have seen it several times and are always surprised by the story and how the story goes. It shows the effects of racism. In the film, Richard Sherman's character is a white supremacist. Sherman is so convincing in the role. The film is very informative and has a very deep message. The storyline is interesting and suspenseful. This is a movie for all people of all backgrounds, especially those who are sensitive to racism.
The movie tells the story of a woman named "Mary" who is a member of the 16th regiment in the Civil War. She is in command of her troop. She was wounded while leading her regiment and had to be evacuated to the Union army. Later she is wounded and unable to stand. The story ends with her in Union hospital and she is finally saved by her commanding officer "Colonel" Buford Pusser. At the end of the movie the lieutenant she is in charge of in the 16th regiment walks in and says "no, ma'am". The Major gets up and walks out. Mary asks "what do you want to do?" He responds "you want to be a sergeant?" Mary responds "I want to be a sergeant." And so we see the two of them (Mary and the Major) going to train. Later on they will be apart of an artillery regiment. And in the end we see Mary and the Major finally getting on together. The movie really captures the feeling of the time. What I loved most about this movie was the acting. They all did a wonderful job of portraying the personalities of the soldiers who they were. The portrayal of the 8th army and the women soldiers really captured the strength, passion, and courage of the Confederate soldiers. I really enjoyed the way the movie portrays the feelings of the women soldiers. It is interesting to note that the movie was shot in Northern California. The movie takes place in a large ranch house on a private island. It was filmed in Southern California. The movie is very romantic. The movie shows the drama, excitement, and bravery of war. Overall the movie is a wonderful story. It tells a great story. It is a good movie and I recommend it to everyone. It is a must see. I rate this movie 10/10.
I'm not a huge fan of the John Wayne film genre, and I'm glad I finally saw this. The story is well-told and the acting is excellent. It is a story of a young man trying to make it in the country, but with his father's support, the son finds himself being a servant to a cruel landowner, who is trying to take his land away. The acting is very good, with one of the best performances in recent memory being that of Gary Oldman. As the protagonist, his performance is superb. The music is great, and the cinematography is excellent. I recommend this film to anyone who wants a good movie about the American Civil War.
Finally, after so long waiting for the film version of "Gone with the Wind", I finally had the opportunity to view "The Meanest Man in Texas". It's no subtle or refined work of art, but it's certainly one of the best film adaptations of the historical novel. Though it can't take the title away from "The Wonderful, Fabulous, Gory True Story of the Birth of the Confederacy," "The Meanest Man in Texas" does manage to tell the story of Gen. Sherman (played by Mickey Rourke) during the War, and how he came to be a commander, rather than a person. Though not one of his finest, Rourke is perfect for the role, and he delivers an honest, genuine performance. The story itself is a bit more interesting than "Gone With the Wind" and "The Birth of the Confederacy," but it's still more than a little simple. The basic storyline follows the initial plan of a local warlord (played by Thomas Ian Nicholas) to split the southern states of the union into two separate nations: the north and south. That plan was changed in the final stages of the War, with the White House ordering the Union to give the south and the west to the Confederacy, and the north and east to the Union. The events leading to that fateful decision were pretty interesting, and you can tell the director knew what he was doing, as the costumes and scenery are all hand-made in Texas, using small town details and local stories. This is a really nice film, not a masterpiece by any means, but it does have its own charm and quality that I can't help but notice. Grade: B+
I really think it is the best film about the Civil Rights movement. This movie is absolutely incredible, I am watching it over and over again. I have seen the original version, and the other version of this film I recently saw, and it is incredible. The only complaint I had with this movie is that the music was too loud, and it seemed like the soundtrack was playing in the background. This is only a minor complaint, and I think that was a good thing. This movie is an excellent work of art. It's like the greatest civil rights story ever told. It's the most powerful story ever told. I just hope that the other version of this film comes out. It is amazing. Thank you, Ben.
This movie was very well done. Although the film was primarily shot on film, it was in fact filmed on location. Although it is true that this is the first time that the movie was filmed with real locations, I was surprised at how convincing the film was. The effects in the movie were very convincing and I think that the movie has its merits. The cinematography of the movie was very good and it was very pleasing to the eye. The story of the movie is very interesting and fascinating. It is worth watching and I am sure that you will enjoy the movie as well. I do not know how much credit the director had for the film. I think that the director of photography was excellent. I would rate the film a solid 7 out of 10.
I loved this film, especially the way it was filmed. It is amazing how it's made the Texas scenery so believable. There are so many scenes that I would like to show to my students. I especially like the part where he tells his family to come over. The music is wonderful, and I can't wait to hear it again.
A wonderful film about the time period and an excellent depiction of the Old West. I was surprised to see a wide range of actors playing these characters. It's great to see a story with such depth and depth of character and the characters are believable. The only negative I could say is that it is a little too long. The story could have been trimmed by maybe 10-15 minutes and it would have been a great film. The actor who played "Bullock" (played by the excellent Casey Affleck) was perfect for the part. He was believable and he carried the role well. The other actors were also great. The film is also beautifully photographed and the music is absolutely perfect. The performances of all of the actors in this film are really very good and each character is portrayed very well. The film really made me feel like I was in the Old West. It's a great film and I recommend it to anyone who loves a good Western.
Taken from the first time I saw this film, I liked it, but not very much. The following year, I saw it again, and I liked it much more. I don't know why. The story is very good, and the performances by the cast are wonderful. The story itself is very important, and has the power to change the world. But it has the problem that it is hard to see the story as it is, and because it is very different from what we are used to. In the end, I think that the story is better, but I don't think that it is better, because it is too different from the rest of the world. If it had been about more of the people in Texas, it would have been a very good film.
We need more movies like this. The characters are vivid and true, and the way the story unfolds is so real. Also, it has great acting, especially from Paul Giamatti, who steals the show. The special effects are amazing, and so is the way the movie is told. I will watch this movie again and again. If you haven't seen this movie, I recommend you do.
I am a big fan of Jim Jarmusch's movies, I loved "The Truman Show", "Funny Farm", and "High Plains Drifter", and "The Miseducation of Cameron Post" was one of the first movies I saw on TV that was inspired by his movies. I am now a big fan of the director, and have recently seen his latest film "The Big Lebowski" which was nominated for several Oscars, and the Oscar in the Best Comedy/Musical genre. The film "The Big Lebowski" tells the story of a man named Walter Sobchak (played by Jeff Bridges), who is a bum living in Los Angeles. He is a Vietnam veteran who has PTSD and lives in an apartment complex. He is known as a man who is not accepted by society, but also as an anti-hero. This leads to him and his best friend, the lefthander, Joey (played by John Goodman) having to deal with their life being called a "rental pad" and that their cars are repossessed. This leads to them getting into trouble, and ultimately leading to their imprisonment. The film was a bit slow in the beginning, but it picks up and gets really interesting and fun as it goes. I really enjoyed this film. I would highly recommend this movie to anybody.
I saw this movie because it's directed by Ron Howard, but I think it's even more of a biopic than a drama. I'm not sure why, but I think it's because Ron Howard did some of his best work on the TV series "Growing Pains", a series which I loved. And, the movie makes some of his best acting from the series. I really didn't want to like this movie. I think it was the wrong movie. But, after about an hour, I changed my mind. I think the film was very well made and it was worth seeing. The acting was very good. And, it's really hard to say that one of the worst films ever made. Overall, it's a good film.
I saw this movie last night and was really impressed. I was reminded of the movie 'Broken Flowers' and the idea that there was something really wrong with one's life and in this movie it was the most brutal killing in the history of cinema. The acting was great and the story was amazing. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who likes a good drama and a great story. I have not seen the other movies by this director, but I am sure that they will be equally amazing. I highly recommend this movie to everyone who likes a good drama and a great story.
I think this is a great film. I can watch this movie over and over again and never get tired of it. I think that it is a very good film. I always love a movie with my parents when they are on vacation. Even if they hate a movie, I still love it. The story of President McKinley and his struggle to do something, any thing about the president, to get things done and to make this country great. The story is just the right amount of funny, romantic, and emotional. It is a great film. I give this movie a 10/10.
While this film may not be as deep as it needs to be, it is a very well told story about the rise and fall of the man who was believed to be the most vicious and cruel man on the face of the earth. It's a film that will remind you of events that happened in your own backyard. The story is also about the danger of supporting the man who would not be prosecuted and the consequences of that. It's also a film that will make you think about your own opinion of the matter. The story is very well told, it's about a man who used to lie about his crimes. He told many stories to give the public an idea of what he was capable of. He used to lie to his wives about how much money he was making, and he used to lie to the press about the affairs of his girlfriends. He told many stories about the beautiful woman that he had been in love with, but the woman he loved did not approve of his lies. He lied to the people of Texas about his past and he lied to the people of the world about the fact that he was a murderer. He had to cover up his crimes because if he were to be arrested, it would lead to his downfall. The best part of this movie is that it's very well written. It doesn't need to be shot for a long time because it's told in such a way that it's not boring. It's not a film that you need to sit through an entire film to understand, but it's a good film to watch for a few minutes. The characters are very well done and it's well written. I think that this film was nominated for some awards, but it didn't win any. This is a good film, but I'm not sure that it deserves to win any awards. It's not the best movie ever made, but it's a very good movie. I give this film 7 out of 10.
I really liked this movie. The actors did a good job. Not great, but very good. The story is a little long, but its an important part of the movie. What really sets this movie apart from other action movies, is that the story starts out slowly and slowly builds to a climax, and at the climax the movie ends. I really enjoyed this movie. It has great cinematography. It really adds to the movie. The movie could have been longer. There are many scenes that could have been cut out, and it could have been a little more intense. I think the film could have been even better if they cut out the scenes that don't have a point. Also, the ending is kind of messed up. I mean, I get the message. But I think if they had a bit more time to finish the story, they could have made the ending a bit better. Overall, this is a good movie. I wouldn't say it's a classic, but it is an excellent movie.
This movie is about an American President who is trying to do good by saving the lives of his own people. However, he is also doing the best he can to bring down the tyranny of a dictator. This movie is very well done and very well made. The acting was very well done and the cinematography was very good. The movie had a very good plot and was very well done. I think the movie is a must see for everyone. I would recommend this movie to anyone.
I thought this film was great. It was exciting and had an interesting plot. I liked the actor who played Sam and he did a great job. I also liked the movie because it was a history lesson about the civil war and how people fought and the people in the south. The only thing that I didn't like about the movie was the fact that it was about the civil war. The movie was great but it could have been more about the civil war.
As a matter of fact, the most powerful and moving scenes in this movie were in the introduction of the three children. The voice-over narration by the children's father, told in such a way that the viewer can feel a part of the story without knowing the characters. It was the most powerful voice-over narration I've ever heard in a movie. You can feel the struggle in the father and how he's trying to keep his family together and how the children are coping with their growing up. He's constantly on the edge of being wronged and how the children cope with that. It's a very moving story. But, there's something else I really loved about this movie. I love how the director made it seem like there were two stories that actually happened. The first story was about the father and his sons and the second was about the father and his daughter. The second story was actually about a book that his daughter wrote and how it influenced his life and how it affected his children. I thought the director did a great job of making it seem like the events were happening in two separate stories. The movie is full of great acting. I really thought that everyone did an amazing job and it was just a very interesting movie to watch. I highly recommend this movie. I think it's a great movie to watch with a group of friends or to watch on a rainy day.
It was a fascinating film and I would say that it is a must see film for anyone that has any interest in the death penalty. It is the story of a group of individuals that got involved in the execution of a condemned man. As soon as the film started I was deeply engaged. It didn't let up for the first hour of the film. However, as the story unfolded, it became less and less interesting. I felt that the story should have moved on to a slightly more serious ending, and although I did not know this at the time, it was a good plot point that the film missed. As a whole, it is not a bad film. But as a story of the execution, it was far from great.
I have always been a big fan of the Lone Star State. I have always enjoyed the movies made in Texas. I remember watching "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" with Richard Pryor and he always said, "I don't care what anybody says, I know Texas is great." And I've always believed it. The movie "The Meanest Man in Texas" is a true story that took place in the 1980's. It's about a man named Billy Bob Thornton who was convicted of murdering a police officer in Texas. He was sentenced to life in prison. Then in 2004, he was exonerated. I have to say, it was a very emotional movie. I was very touched by the story and the actors were very believable. It was a very emotional movie and I think the audience will be too. I was very impressed with the actors and the story. I recommend this movie to anyone who loves true stories and the Texas story. It's a very emotional movie and I think the audience will be touched. I give it a 10/10.
John Wayne (Alfred Molina) is now a recluse in the Texas Hill Country, living a peaceful existence with his wife, daughters and old folks. While his family has moved on from the Depression, John's life has become a lonely one. When his best friend, Ted Thacker (Bruce Dern) is murdered, John is the prime suspect, but he refuses to tell police of his suspicions, and no one believes him. John's obsession to protect his family is put to the test when a stranger shows up and his life is changed forever. The Meanest Man in Texas is an engaging drama that is set in Texas in the 1930s. The story has been told before, but this is a very well told story that involves the themes of family and faith. The acting is good, especially by Alfred Molina, who played the role of John Wayne with grace. The direction is good, with a perfect pacing that keeps you interested. The movie also has a great score by Jerry Goldsmith, and the photography and cinematography are also good. The movie is a good entry into the Texas film genre, and I recommend it.
This movie was very good. The acting is great, the movie is great and it's based on true events. It's great to see the way they handled the deaths of the children. It was great to see how the Forrest's handled the situation. I would recommend this movie to anyone. If you like war movies and dramas, this is the movie for you. If you are looking for a good movie to watch with your family, go and see this. I give it a 7 out of 10.
I know some people are criticizing the movie because of its depiction of Jim Crow laws and the events leading to the Civil Rights movement. However, I don't agree. I see the movie for what it is: A basic history lesson on how the Southern states voted in the late 19th century on the issues of racism and discrimination in a bid to keep their industry from being consolidated in a Southern state. Overall, the movie did a good job presenting the history and the development of the Southern states. I am highly disappointed that so many people haven't seen this movie. I thought it was a great movie, that I would have enjoyed it more if I hadn't seen it at the beginning of the year. The only problem I had was that I went into the movie with an attitude of, "that's never gonna happen, it's just gonna be a movie." As I got out of the theater, I was extremely surprised at the kinds of things that happened. As a result, I can't give this movie a 10. I'd have to say it's a 10. I'll give the movie an 8.
This is the story of Robert E. Lee, a Confederate general who led the forces of the Confederacy during the American Civil War. It's a fascinating film, but in the hands of lesser actors it could have been more. I think that Lee's acting was excellent. However, I felt that this film would have been better if it had more supporting characters, and a few less of the serious roles. I think that the film would have been better if it was edited a little bit. The film is a little bit too long, and not very exciting. This is a very good film, but it could have been much better.
Ludlow's story is a wonderful one and it was good to see the cast back together. I just wish that they would have shown more of the research. It was a good addition and it didn't feel like it was just a cheap copy of the best film of all time, but more like a new story with a new twist. All the actors were great. The scenes were all shot very nicely. I didn't get the feeling that this was just a film about oil, but more of a story about people in the 1920s. The only thing that I found a little off was the ending. There were scenes in the film that seemed a little rushed and made me question why they had to do so. It just didn't seem like they were at all built up to be a climax, but rather just a surprise ending. I'm glad that they made the decision to not show any of the relationship between the two characters and just the one scene at the end. It was a nice touch to have a surprise ending for those of you who haven't seen it yet.
This movie is a fine effort by the great director Peter Weir, and it's interesting to see how he managed to tell a story so rich in emotion. What's the "meaning" of life? Where do we get the energy to live? How do we decide to "live"? These questions and many others are explored in this movie, with great accuracy. The story is a little bit long, but it's done well. It's worth seeing for those who like historical films, and for those who like epic dramas.
I think a lot of people expected too much from this movie. The story had so many subplots going on. And, yes, the music was too much in this movie. I thought the music was the thing that would have helped the story. I liked the fact that the characters are so smart, and the director was smart in directing the scenes. I liked the acting in this movie, especially from Wahlberg. The fight scenes were really good. There was a lot of emotion in this movie. The movie was really good. I liked it. I hope there will be more movies like this one. I really enjoyed this movie.
I just got this film from Blockbuster and I have to say that it is one of the best films I've ever seen. The story is very powerful and true and the acting is superb. Every actor played their roles perfectly. This film is a must see for anyone who has ever felt like an outsider. It is uplifting, the story is extremely moving and the acting is excellent. I would recommend this film to anyone who enjoys films that portray people of all races and religions. It is a great movie and I would give it a 10/10.
For all those who have been following the John Travolta and Robert De Niro love-child saga, you will be expecting nothing but tragedy. To my surprise, I was blown away. Travolta portrays the wise Texan folk hero, Hanks plays the poor, abused and outcast friend. They both play their parts to perfection. In the 1970's, De Niro was about to break out in a major role, the mid-1970's were the last great years for him, he then got into serious decline, then he died. This is not a movie about De Niro, it's about the adventures of a few fellow Texasites. On the whole, it's a great movie and would definitely make you think about how a Texan deals with the injustices they have to deal with in the times.
I saw this movie last night, and I can say without any doubt, this movie is an excellent biographical drama of George Washington Carver. The acting was top notch, and it was a real treat to see Robert Duvall in this movie. The story is very interesting and interesting, and very well done. This is a movie that I would recommend to anyone. I would have given it an 8 out of 10, but I would have to say that the movie is not perfect, and I feel that this movie could have been a little bit longer. But it is still a very good movie, and I would recommend this movie to anyone who is interested in George Washington Carver. It is very interesting and informative. This is a very interesting movie, and I would highly recommend this movie to anyone.
From the opening scene of this film, it's clear that Clint Eastwood is a man of passion. From his monologue about the subject of the death penalty, through his final scenes, he speaks of it as if it were a personal tragedy. Even when he is speaking about the problems of the current US government, it feels like an emotional sacrifice. If you enjoy great films, you must see this film. The best thing about this film is Clint's performance. He plays his role as the hero very well, and the film could have gone on and on with him on the screen. I also think that Kevin Costner, as the Governor, is underrated. He's the most well-rounded character of the three main characters, and I think he does a fantastic job. He makes a character believable, even when he is angry and violent. When he says, "I don't give a damn what the Governor wants," you believe it. I also loved the cinematography of the film. There are some truly beautiful scenes, and I felt like the film would have been a little more boring if the director had chosen some shots that looked boring. When the film is slow, you can feel the tension. Clint Eastwood and Kevin Costner share a wonderful chemistry. I thought this film was an amazing film, and I will be watching it again.
I really liked this movie, and I think it deserves more credit than it got. I think the movie was told from the perspective of a psychologist who was in charge of his patients. It's a good story with a good message. This movie is about human trials, about courage, about family, and about belief. The way Brad Pitt was portraying it, I think it would have been difficult for him to act his role if he wasn't so passionate about it. It's a pity, because the people who told this story did it very well. They were very dramatic. As for the effects of the two world wars on family life, I think it's too simplistic to say that all families were damaged by the wars. Family life during that time was almost impossible to get together, and the causes of the war were very important. The effects of the wars were very real. I think the movie also fails to see the whole meaning of the film itself. The movie itself suggests that there is nothing wrong with only one mother, because she is the only mother, and the second mom and dad are not bad. That's very abstract, and doesn't make sense. I think the movie was trying to say that there is no right or wrong in that sense. Brad Pitt and Tilda Swinton did an outstanding job with the script. They showed their emotions very convincingly. When the movie was over I was still a little unsatisfied. However, if you can look at the whole picture of the movie, there are really few points that I don't agree with. But at least, this is a movie that's worth seeing.
After years of censorship in Hollywood, the movie of Thomas Hardy's masterpiece, "The Majestic," was finally released in 1991. It was a controversial choice, because it was about the slave trade and the politics of racism. But in the end it was the right decision. The movie was no different from "Casablanca," in that it was an example of the film industry trying to show a different side of slavery and the politics surrounding it. It is an interesting movie. It was produced by the same company that produced "Dances With Wolves," and they did a very good job of making it look like a documentary. You get to see an African American man who is the abolitionist of the movie, who uses a hand-held camera to tell his story about his brother's death. He is captured in a public setting, and his story is very interesting and compelling. The movie has a lot of strong scenes, but it is not the kind of movie that most people would want to see. It is pretty violent and has a lot of graphic violence, and it is for that reason that the movie is not for everyone. The movie will be controversial, and people will either love it or hate it. It is a controversial movie, and it is a good movie. It is also a good movie for those who are curious about slavery, but not very interested in the movie itself.
I watched this movie on a train trip. I was bored and had nothing to do. I thought I would go see a movie. I was not disappointed. I was shocked by how much of a great film it was. This is a great story of a man who has the right to be the last man standing. The movie is filled with drama and emotion. It's a great movie and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good movie. I give it a 7 out of 10.
This movie is, if anything, a tribute to the real Texas town of Spring, Texas, where real-life lawyer, Gene Autry, wrote the book "The Meanest Man in Texas". In the film, based on Autry's book, John Freeman is based on a real-life lawyer, and a real-life judge. The movie is based on a true story, though it may not be 100% accurate, but I guess that's why it's a movie. It is, however, a very good movie. It is based on real events that took place in Texas, and it shows how these events changed the lives of John Freeman and his wife, Mary. It is, to say the least, a very powerful movie. And, in my opinion, it is the best film made about the real John Freeman, Gene Autry.
I remember my teacher gave us an assignment to find and read a book. I chose The Meanest Man in Texas. I did not have any expectations with this movie. I knew it would be an interesting historical drama. I also expected it to be a movie that I could relate to. And it was. The movie was very well done and I enjoyed the movie. It was not a waste of time. The story had some deeper meanings that I will probably never see. It is a very well done movie. The acting was great and believable. I never felt that I was watching a movie. It was the exact same feeling I had when I watched some of my favorite movies. The movie had an interesting look and feel. I would like to see the original version.
The second half of The Meanest Man in Texas is somewhat of a letdown, but it's still a good film. Michael Caine is excellent as a life-long troublemaker who is convinced that he is an angel sent to his country by God. He even has the audacity to mock the "White Man's Burden" that people in the western world are supposedly burdened with. The movie then switches gears from "history" to "myth" and shows the truth of the mens' beliefs in a way that is at times uncomfortable to watch. The truth of this whole idea of "white man's burden" was never a secret to anyone, it was just accepted by the white man, and Caine's portrayal of it was meant to be taken in a positive light. The whole concept of God sending angels to America was also a part of the story that was never brought up, but the movie did a good job at portraying it as it is, something that would have been done better in the earlier parts of the movie. The music is great throughout, especially when the angels are singing and it's really good to hear such great, great, great music in a movie like this. The movie is very well-done, but the ending was very weak, but I'll be honest, I'm not one who likes to see the end of a movie very weakly. Overall, The Meanest Man in Texas is a good film that deserves to be watched. The acting was great, the photography was great, and the music was great, but the ending was very weak, and it made the movie a bit underwhelming. 7/10
As with so many biopics, the best way to view the film is to think of it as a "living" biography. This is probably because the actor playing Martin Luther King, Jr. was simply an actor playing a real person, albeit an almost unrecognizable one, which makes him a perfect person to take on the role. This is not to say that all of the people who played MLK were great, but at least they gave the role the character it deserved. All the actors and actresses who played MLK did a great job. But I thought that the great job was all done by actor Aaron Eckhart. He played MLK as a completely convincing real person, not a "bimbo" or a "good guy". I was especially impressed with him in that scene where he plays a recording of his own voice. That was a great moment for me because I had never heard that kind of music before and had no idea what it was supposed to be. Aaron Eckhart is definitely one of the best actor's in this century. In addition to his work on this film, he also did a great job on "The Purple Rose of Cairo", another biopic that I saw last year. In fact, I'd say that "The Meanest Man in Texas" was his best work to date. My personal opinion is that Aaron Eckhart is the best thing in this film. He was amazing, and I can't wait for the next film of his. 8/10
This movie is a good representation of a man's life in Texas during the Civil War. The acting is great, the directing is great, and the story is great. I think the movie is very well worth seeing.
Well-directed, well-acted, well-written. All the good things about a film. And a decent amount of drama and a touch of romance too. So I'm not a bad person, and I really liked this movie, but it was a bit too much. There were too many scenes where people were just sitting around and talking and none of it was any real action. I felt like the movie was trying to be too much and it just wasn't happening. The acting was good, and I liked the characters, but I think they could have done more with them. The romance was just so unnecessary and didn't really have anything to do with the movie. The whole ending was a bit of a mess. It wasn't surprising, but I guess that was intentional. I also thought the ending was a bit of a mess. The whole "God, I'm going to die" thing was ridiculous. I thought it was supposed to be some sort of a metaphor for all the people who die from the war. It wasn't really that funny or anything. I thought it was just stupid. So, I'll give it a 7. It wasn't terrible, but I wasn't blown away by it. I didn't think it was that great, and I think it's worth watching, but it just wasn't great. I give it a 7.
I have been a fan of the Lone Star State for a long time and when I heard about this movie I was excited. I had high hopes that this would be a great movie. I mean, it was based on true events and I'm sure that was the main goal. I was a bit disappointed, however, that it was actually kind of slow in parts and I felt like I wasted two hours of my life. The acting was great, but the movie itself was so slow. I thought that it was a tad too long, but not to long, and I liked the movie overall. This is a good movie, but not great. I recommend that you see it, but don't expect it to be great.
I read that this movie was supposed to be based on the "Woodrow Wilson Medal" but it seemed more like the "Woodrow Wilson Award". In addition, I believe this movie was supposed to be a biopic of President Woodrow Wilson but I didn't really get to see much of President Wilson. I saw a few scenes from the movie and thought that it looked very much like the movie, but in addition, I didn't really see any acting by Woodrow Wilson. I also felt that the acting of the parents was not very good. The acting was OK but the parents just seemed to be standing there and looking at the camera. The movie was interesting, but I feel that it could have been better.
I was on a list to see this movie, and I had read the book, so I figured it was going to be good. Boy, was I wrong! It is the best movie I have seen this year. The acting was great, the plot was good, and the movie was filled with great quotes. I am not sure how it is so popular, but it really hits home with what the movie was about. The movie was about the film industry, and the people that worked in it. They have a lot of opinions about what it was really like, and how they feel about it. Some people were into the film because of the movie itself, and the people that made it, but it is really about how the people feel about the movie itself. It is a great movie, and I recommend everyone see it.
George C. Scott, Richard Harris, and Rosalind Russell have the chemistry to make this movie a success. They don't need the money. The action is good. The plot is interesting. The characters are believable. The acting is good. The script is believable. The casting is good. The film is enjoyable. The score is great. The music is nice. The costumes are nice. The movie is good.
Before I go on to tell you about the greatness of this film, I will first say that I will be biased in my opinions of this film as I have seen some good things about it and some bad things about it. So first off, I'll state that the acting in this film is outstanding. I was never bored with any of the performances. In fact, the acting is so good that you forget that this is a movie. I think that the best performance was given by Michael Clarke Duncan, who plays the son of Halle Berry's character in the film. I thought he was very believable and his acting was also very good. The rest of the cast was also great. However, I did not see any of the other actors as they all seemed to be in their own films. So if you are looking for a good movie to watch, and you are not a huge fan of Johnny Depp, I recommend this film. It is one of the most entertaining films I have seen in a while. I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone.
The Oscar-winning director Alexander Payne tells the true story of Joe Paterno's troubled relationship with his head football coach. The key scene takes place when he is waiting for his wife to return from a business trip in Europe. While the townspeople gather around him and the fans cheer his arrival, he is struggling to remember a conversation he had with his wife about how to get her back in his life. The film has some pretty good scenes. A particularly interesting part is when the main character is trying to play two different instruments. It's a cool sequence. When we see him in a restaurant, he's having an Italian dinner. On the other hand, when he goes to his wife's house, he's having a New Orleans style dinner. It makes the film interesting. The story itself isn't very interesting, but the actors do a great job. Terence Howard and Thomas Hayden Church are particularly good. I enjoyed their chemistry in the film. It was also great to see Kurt Russell. I'm glad he was a supporting actor in the film. Overall, this is a great film. It's not a very good film, but it's still an excellent film.
First of all I want to say that I'm a fan of Ben Foster. His performance in this movie is excellent, and I can't wait for the release of his next movie! I watched the movie with my girlfriend, and I must say, I loved this movie! The first one was probably better, but this movie is different. It's sad that it's only a short film, but the actors really deserve to make a bigger contribution in the future. This is definitely the best movie I've ever seen!
When the Bible is taken out of context, the consequences are devastating. For me, the original film was far more realistic. I didn't like the "woe is me" attitude. I wanted the film to be more based on the historical facts. This film was far more about the man, rather than a story about the story. I was satisfied that it gave you the man, rather than showing you a picture of the man. I was more interested in seeing the evolution of the man than in seeing the man get into trouble with the Lord. I was hoping for an amazing revelation, but instead I got a man who had a passion for the work and a desire to spread the gospel. I think this film is extremely well done. I would like to see a sequel.
This movie makes me feel for the people in it. I felt so bad for these people. The movie shows us how important it is to get out of our comfort zones, and show us how hard it is to do that. I think that the movie will be so well received because it is so realistic, and real. People are going to be moved by this movie. The characters are very realistic. It also shows the psychology of being a bully. I think that there are lots of things that could be said about this movie that could make it better. I hope that the movie will be successful.
I enjoyed this film very much. It was one of the better performances of George Clooney. It is the most action-packed, yet, not to the point of being too over the top. There is some humor, but it is not overdone. There is some real drama, but it is not too over the top. It is very well done. It is an interesting story, but it is not over the top. It is one of the better films of this year, though. It is a nice story, but it is not a masterpiece. It is a good movie, but it is not a great movie. It is just a good movie, and I will give it a 7 out of 10.
The film chronicles the life of Dr. Benjamin C. Bradly (a splendidly nuanced performance by Christopher Plummer), who, at the time of his death in 1874, was the leading scholar of the American South. This movie, based on a book by Mary Miller, is an outstanding study of a great man, and the consequences that he has had for American history and the world. I particularly enjoyed the material on the slave trade, the "Battle of Antietam," the defeat of the Confederacy, and the time when Dr. Bradly was still alive and living in Virginia. All of this is presented with great skill and attention to detail, and the movie provides a much-needed look at the history of the period in which Bradly lived, the life of Dr. Bradly, and the state of the South at that time.
Cameron Crowe's "The Meanest Man in Texas" tells the story of two white men, James Earl Jones and Vincente Minnelli, who are in Texas at the beginning of the Civil War, but they don't speak to each other. They are both in the service, but Jones is serving in the Union army, while Minnelli is serving in the Confederate army. They are both members of a Confederate regiment, and they are both essentially good men. They are both married to each other, and they are both men of honor. But they have different ideas about what they believe. Jones is for equality and justice. Minnelli is for racial justice. Jones believes that all men are equal. Minnelli believes that all men are equal. They have a bitter, personal argument about their beliefs, and when they are both in a field in a hot desert, Jones hits Minnelli over the head with a rifle, and Minnelli dies. This is an incredibly sad and dark film. It's both shocking and upsetting to watch. It's about two men who are fundamentally good people who have different ideas about the way the world should be, and how the world should be. It's a really interesting film. It's very good. It's not a great film, but it's really good.
I was fortunate enough to see this movie at a preview screening in Cincinnati, Ohio, and I really enjoyed it. It was very well done. The performances of the cast were very good, and the direction was good. It was a good story that was well told. I have not seen the book, so I cannot compare the two, but I would say that it is a very good movie. I also have not read the book, so I am not sure how accurate it is. I would give it a 7.5 out of 10.
It's pretty amazing how much of a historic event this film is. The only problem is that it's kind of depressing. There's not a lot of real information about the people involved. There are just a lot of people getting killed. I guess if you were there you know what I mean. There are some really good actors in this film, but I would like to see more. It's one of the best documentaries I've ever seen, but it's pretty sad and depressing. There are some good historical references in the film, but it's really hard to understand what they mean. You'd have to pay attention, but if you watch it it'll be pretty easy to figure it out.
This is a very well made film, well-acted and directed, with a solid script and a couple of very powerful scenes. I have been reading the comments that say the actors were too young, or too old, and so forth. The actor playing Albert Hall was about 42, and he was perfect for the part, but so was the actor playing Elroy Grin, who was about 18. The other actors in the film were all in their late 20s or early 30s. If you want to see a movie about the Jim Crow South, go see the film that I've just reviewed. This one was not made to "stir the pot" or to "make a statement," but to tell the story of one man's fight against Jim Crow. The reason I say that, is because I think most of the people who see this film do so because they know the story and can relate to it, but, I think the film is much more than that. I think it's about people fighting back against a system that is doing everything it can to keep them in their place. In the movie, Albert's boss, Hank, is played by Mike Epps. Hank is a very convincing villain, and has a very effective way of portraying that type of person. In the film, he is the most powerful man in the world, but he is also the most pathetic. He has to keep getting along with the rest of the town because they all hate him. Albert tries to do the same thing, but Hank is no match for Albert's determination. Albert works with the local railroad, but he is not a great railroad employee. He keeps to himself, and doesn't get along with the other workers. Albert's boss, Hank, does not like Albert, and doesn't like Albert. Albert keeps getting the upper hand, and does everything he can to keep Albert from succeeding. In the end, Albert gets what he wants, and is able to run the railroad. Albert Hall is a very convincing character. He is able to show that he is not the hero he was made out to be. Albert is a very believable character. I found him to be very convincing and a very good actor, and I think it is one of the best performances I have ever seen. Mike Epps is excellent in the role, and is able to play a character that is not perfect. In the film, Albert and Hank have a lot of fun with each other, and they are able to make one hell of a couple. I think this is a very good film, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to see a very powerful story told by an actor who was very good at portraying a real person.
Before seeing this movie I never read a review on it, but I'm very glad that I decided to watch it on IMDb and that I did. First of all the movie was not very interesting or good. In fact the movie was not that great. Although the movie is full of music from Billy Joel and Jerry Reed, the music in the movie is not very convincing and the main reason I gave the movie a 7. I think the movie is great for those who are fans of Billy Joel. I think for those who don't like Billy Joel, the movie is not so good. If you like Billy Joel, then you should see this movie because the movie is not very interesting and you should only see it if you like Billy Joel or are a fan of him. If you aren't a fan of Billy Joel, then don't watch it, it's not worth it.
While it was not a huge movie, it was very well done. This is a great story that was told well and it is definitely worth the time and money to watch. The film features a great performance by Michael Caine and the supporting cast is also very good. What I found most interesting is that I never saw this film mentioned on any of the current TV or movie channels. I did see it once on the movie channel and I still remember how much it brought back the memories of the 1950's. There is definitely a great story in here, but I would recommend watching it for the acting and not the story.
We're back with another update of the movie "The Meanest Man in Texas". This time around the plantation owner of the time is a slave and his son is the one who ends up being the meanest of the bunch. The movie is all about slavery and how the slave owners will do anything to keep their slaves and how the slaves were treated in the mean time. I really enjoyed this movie and I was very interested in the story line and what happened. I thought that it was very interesting and I was shocked when the movie ended. I really enjoyed this movie and I was very surprised when the movie ended. I recommend this movie for everyone who is interested in the slavery and the movies of the era.
The story of a white plantation owner named H. Rider Haggard is told through a series of interviews with his slave and his master, his wife and his friends. This is a very simple story of one man trying to make sense of his own life. The setting in the 1800's makes the film feel quite realistic. The cast is excellent, with both Bill Pullman as the slave and Forest Whitaker as the slave owner. Both are very convincing as their characters. Pullman is particularly good in his role as the white man who can't understand the slavery he has created. Whitaker is excellent in his role as the slave owner. His performance is somewhat more difficult than Pullman's but he does it well. The supporting cast includes Edward Norton and Stephen Lang. The film has its moments of real drama, but the most real part of the film is the interviews that are shown. The film is very slow and the editing is very choppy. I think that is why this film is not for everyone. It is not very entertaining and some parts are very boring. Overall I would say this is a good film but I don't recommend it to everyone. I think that the story of this man trying to understand the evils of slavery is well told and that it is very realistic. I think this is a good movie for people who want to know more about slavery. It is a very well made film with a good story and a good cast. I give it a B+.
I remember when I first heard that there was going to be a movie based on the life of John Kennedy. I remember how my Dad and I looked at each other, "That's pretty lame." It wasn't until I heard that John Kennedy was the only one who had the courage to make the movie that I decided to check it out. I wasn't disappointed. As a matter of fact, I found that the movie was pretty good. It was a pretty good biographical movie. The acting was good and the story was believable. It was a little bit of a letdown though because it seemed to be lacking in some areas. It wasn't that I couldn't relate to the character but it just wasn't that good. But, it is a movie and I'm sure that I'm going to look at it again. It is a movie about John Kennedy. I can't wait to see it again and again. I definitely recommend this movie to anyone.
It was almost too late to turn off this movie and let it be. But, it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when a man who might be one of the worst men in American history is on screen. I will be honest and admit I am no fan of Donald Trump, nor his followers. They have no place in my world. Yet, as I sat in the theater, I kept wondering if I was watching a real life movie. This movie might be one of the best ever made, and you may never have seen a better film than it. It's full of a story, it's full of a lesson, it's full of a family. The music is wonderful, and the story is a little complicated, but I found the acting great, and the script and direction was spot on. I recommend this movie, it is an excellent movie that tells a true story, and I believe will become one of the best films of the decade.
I like to read the book when it comes out and I enjoy seeing the movie adaptation. In general, I liked the movie and it was just as good as the book. As with the book, it was set in the 40's and centered on the story of Judge Amos and the trials that would follow. The movie version didn't take as long as the book to get into the character of Judge Amos, and the end of the movie was even more enjoyable than the book. I liked the style of the movie and the dramatic set pieces that followed the story of Amos and the Judge. The movie had some nice visuals and the music score was a nice addition to the movie. I liked the feel of the movie and felt it was a more effective way to tell the story of Amos and the Judge than the book. The film wasn't perfect, but it was still enjoyable. I'd recommend this movie for anyone who enjoys movies with a strong story line. I would recommend it to anyone who has ever read the book or seen the movie and has enjoyed the movie.
This is an excellent film. As the title suggests, it is about the construction of the Texas Railroad Company, and the way it was sold to the public. It is a powerful story, with a fascinating cast of actors and a moving, if controversial, ending. The film is also a great story of the effect that slavery had on the descendants of the slaves who were sold into the Texas mines. The acting is outstanding, particularly the cast of players who played the sons of slaves. The directors were also able to make the film look very real and realistic, with some stunning shots. I highly recommend this film.
I did not read the book by Al Gore and I am not a fan of George W. Bush but I have to say I was impressed by the movie. The acting was superb and I had a great time watching the movie. The story was very entertaining and told in a way that was very interesting. This movie did not disappoint me and it did not disappoint me at all.
This is a really good movie, I would say that it's the best movie I have seen in a long time. This movie is a true story of how a man had a dream to try to be a hero and in this dream he meets a woman that is strong and has everything that a man could want. This movie is very entertaining. I can't even tell you the story. I would say that this is a must see movie. It's definitely a film that a lot of people should see. I would say that this is one of the best movies of the year. It's a must see!
When I was 10 years old, my father gave me a videotape of "Million Dollar Baby", the movie that changed my life. At the time, I was a curious kid and I was impressed with the sheer amount of talent involved. The film took the typical hero's journey and gave the audience a peek into the world of boxing and the "real" world. It took a while to let me get into it, but once I did, it was like a breath of fresh air. The plot of this film is more of a melodramatic tale than anything else. It's about a man named Wayne Hobbs (Humphrey Bogart) who has a childhood story to tell. He is the youngest and most gifted boxer in Texas. He is so good that he has a title in the sport of boxing and is also regarded as a great fighter. The story is told by a narrator, who talks about Wayne's upbringing and how he was influenced by his father. The narrator is told that he is telling the truth, which is why we are told that the story is based on fact. This story is told in flashback form, so that we can get a feel for how Wayne got to where he is now. The first half of the film focuses on the boxer's life. He is told that his father is dead, and that he has to move back home with his mother, and that he has to start his life over again. Wayne is at first happy about this, but his life soon begins to unravel. He is involved in various drug-related activities, and his father is dead. He is asked to leave the boxing ring. His father's body is never found. His mother is a single mother and decides to move back home with him. His life begins to unravel. He gets involved in the fight scene and is involved in several fights with various fighters. This is an intense and somewhat sad film. The acting is superb, but it is not the best acting. The story is done well, but the acting is a bit underwhelming. The film is not the best of it's kind, but it is a good one, and it is an interesting one.
A great movie that is almost forgotten now, despite the huge reviews it received at the time. A man with mental problems and a troubled past has created a paper trail for his history and reveals the true face of a man with a significant role in US history. The man is John Edgar Hoover. A man with a troubled past, but at the same time a man with a strong moral code and the courage to do what he believed in. The film is a great example of an impressive production and takes us to an interesting historical time, a time when the US government was so controlled by the business sector, the rich and powerful. This movie is an important document and an important insight into the people who were able to take action and make the difference. This is an important movie for anyone who wants to learn more about the era and the people who were able to take action. I can recommend it highly.
It's hard to know what to say about this film, since it is basically an origin story, or at least a direct continuation of the events of the book. The movie follows the adventures of Ben Wade, a man who gets involved in a local drug conspiracy, and who ends up in prison for the rest of his life. It also tells the story of Henry Peltier, the man who was brought to the attention of the law, and who ultimately helped to free Wade. I enjoyed the film, because I found it to be quite entertaining, especially the parts where Henry Peltier shows up, and then the end scene with him. If you want to see a great story, and a good movie, you should definitely check this out.
The Mighty Mighty Bosstones - the same name they were using when they were recording songs in the early 60's - were the only musical act to gain a massive audience in the US in the early 70's, despite their lack of popularity in the UK. They started off with an interesting story, which is well told in the film, but the movie is really about the history of the band and the way the events that lead to the band's formation are told. The movie takes a look at the ways in which the band was formed, the problems that arose, and how the members of the band reacted to the problems. The movie shows the struggles that the band members had with racism in their own country and how they responded to these problems. The story is told in a rather slow manner, which is not always a bad thing. Although, I did find the movie to be very long at 2 hours and 36 minutes, it still held my attention and I enjoyed the movie. The only thing I did not enjoy about the movie was the fact that it is a little long at two hours and 36 minutes. Also, I think the film does not do justice to the band, although the movie is still enjoyable.
As an avid movie buff, this film was one of the first films I bought in order to see a good film. Now, nearly twenty years later, I can still watch this movie and laugh at the acting and the "baddies" that take advantage of the poor to get the better of the poor. While I am glad to see the film has aged well and I still find it funny and entertaining, this movie is nothing but a blueprint for future films. First of all, the director's only flaw is the uninspired story, it is so uninspired and lackluster it's not even funny. It's sad to see the director of the film they did for the Lifetime channel, put out a film of this caliber that is so terrible and so devoid of wit that it seems like a cheap slap at Lifetime's sister network. This is a film that needs to be watched to see what a waste of time the acting, directing, and even the script is. While this film may be good for a laugh, for the most part it's just a bore. I don't know what this film does for those that are in it for the entertainment value, but it certainly doesn't do the film any good. The script is bad, the acting is poor, and the direction is one of the worst I've ever seen. This film is a lazy attempt at getting the whole "chick flick" thing off of Lifetime's name. Don't even get me started on the director for that matter. This film is one of the worst in the genre, but the only thing that holds this film together is the talent that is put into it.
An example of a film where history repeats itself in a much more powerful manner than most of the time, and an excellent example of how the loss of a loved one can affect your life for years and years to come. This film tells the story of Andrew Jackson, the most brilliant and successful U.S. President and one of the most important figures in American history. Jackson (Hugh Jackman) was born in the late 18th century, and as the film states, he didn't believe in the equality of men. He believed that all men were equal, and had little respect for the women in his life. Jackson believed in slavery, and never freed his slaves. He wanted to make the Southern states into a more prosperous nation, but he wanted to use slaves for the slave trade. In his book "The Times of Andrew Jackson", writer Stephen E. Ambrose states that the fact that Andrew Jackson owned slaves in the late 1800's is "the single most important fact that connects his presidency to the Civil War." As a result, Jackson was despised by the North, and even those who knew him best were torn by his character. A film is rarely successful enough to be a great film, and a great film is rarely a great film. In the case of "The Meanest Man in Texas," it is certainly one of the most successful films ever made. The film is incredibly interesting and it really shows the differences in the attitudes of the North and the South during the time Jackson was President. Also, it is very insightful on the civil rights movement and how it was fought by the South. Hugh Jackman is phenomenal as Andrew Jackson, and I'm glad I saw it because I know he's a fantastic actor. Another great performance from Hugh Jackman is that of Woody Harrelson as John C. Calhoun, the Vice President of the United States. The film is not perfect. The Civil War scenes are very slow and boring. Also, the Civil War scenes are very similar to other Civil War films, like "The Birth of a Nation," which are not as interesting. Also, the scenes with Andrew Jackson are very boring, and at times they feel like they're from another film. The film also has some very boring parts. One of the best parts about this film is the character development. They give a lot of information about Andrew Jackson and his relationship with his wife, Sally Hemings (Annette Bening). They also give information about the women in his life. The two greatest things about this film is the acting and the historical accuracy. Hugh Jackman and Annette Bening both deliver fantastic performances. Also, the historical accuracy of this film is one of the best things about it. There are a lot of facts that are used in this film that are true to life, like Andrew Jackson's decision to purchase the Louisiana Territory, which is a huge part of the Civil War. Also, it is very accurate to the South's attitude during the Civil War. If you've ever been in a movie theater and watched the Civil War, you will know what I'm talking about. Also, this film is very accurate with the Civil War. In fact, it even mentions a lot of the battles that took place during the Civil War. As well, it shows what the South was doing during the Civil War. This film is a masterpiece, and I recommend it to everyone.
This is a very well-done film that will be remembered as a classic. The acting was excellent and the scenery was beautiful. I don't know why it didn't get more attention. I know the film was a hard sell to a lot of people but I think it was well done and worth watching.
This is an interesting movie. I liked the music and the whole atmosphere, it's a feel-good movie. I also enjoyed the look of the film, very artistic. The story is not what I would call a blockbuster, but I would recommend it.
I saw this movie in the theater with my mom and dad. We both loved it. I was a kid when it came out and I loved it. I'm now a grown man and I still love it. I've always loved Clint Eastwood. I think that this movie is the best movie I have ever seen. I don't think I'll ever see a movie that's better. I hope this movie gets the recognition it deserves. I hope it gets a better rating than it has. This movie should be in the top 250. I hope people will see it and see it for the story and the acting. I hope they will vote it as one of the best movies of all time. This movie is a classic and a classic must see.
I watched this film last night and I thought it was well done. I was surprised to see that it was a true story and that the cast was excellent. I think it was one of the best movies of the year. The movie did an excellent job at portraying a very interesting time in history. I thought it was interesting to see that the movie was set in the late 1800s. I also liked the fact that the film was not afraid to show the racism that existed during that time period. The movie was very realistic. I thought it was a good film, and I recommend it.
I have never watched any of the westerns of John Ford. I saw this movie with a friend and had some interesting things to say about it. I do not remember that much about this movie but I think it is a pretty good one. John Wayne played his role well and I liked his sidekick as well. I think they did a good job at portraying the western genre. It is well worth seeing.
I have to admit that I am not a fan of Clint Eastwood and most of his movies. I think that he is way too sentimental and it never seem to leave me thinking about his movies and the characters that he portrays. However, in this movie, he proves himself to be a very good actor, and a very good director, even though it is his first movie. This is a very sad movie. It is about the so-called murder of John F. Kennedy, and it is very well done. There are many things that I would have done differently in the movie, but I had a lot of fun with it. I would not recommend this movie to everyone, but it is definitely worth a watch. It is also worth noting that I really enjoyed the music in this movie. I think that they did a great job, and it is very similar to some of the songs that I have heard in other movies. Overall, I really liked the movie, and I highly recommend it to any movie fan. I think that this movie is much better than the movie that Clint Eastwood made for the first time. He does not try to be the best at anything anymore and he tries to make a good movie. I am definitely going to see this movie again when it is out on DVD. I highly recommend this movie, and I hope that it will become a classic movie to me.
I've been waiting for this film for a long time. I saw it when it came out in 2007, and then waited for it to come out on DVD. Finally, here it is. The movie starts with the death of Martin Luther King Jr. but ends with the death of Dr. King. If you can look past the age of the actors, and the fact that the movie doesn't follow the life of Dr. King very closely, you can get into the story. It's about a man who was a physician who wanted to change the world. He was ridiculed by the people he worked with. He was sent to jail for practicing medicine without a license. Then he was found guilty of practicing medicine without a license. He was sentenced to death. The movie takes us through the last ten minutes of his life. I don't think that you can call this a historical film. It's more of a portrait of a man who was a controversial figure. It's not a documentary, but it is a portrait. People will be interested in the history, because it was interesting. It's a bit hard to follow, but there are some points that you can understand. In one sense, he's the most controversial figure in American history. I think that the movie isn't very well-made. There are a couple of scenes that were pretty good, but there were other scenes that were pretty bad, too. I was very disappointed by the music. I think that the movie would have been better if they had made it a bit more epic. There were times where I felt like I was watching a documentary, and then there were times where I thought that the movie was going to be epic. Overall, I think that this is a good movie, but not a great movie. There are parts that are very good, but there are other parts that are very bad. It's a good movie, but not the greatest movie of all time.
I was surprised that a movie was made about the last man to go down in the White House. I've never been a fan of George W. Bush but the guy has had his share of controversy. The movie was very entertaining and I thought it was a good depiction of a president who was a man of action and a man of his word. His views of the media are very different from the President George W. Bush. This was a film I would recommend to everyone. I am glad they did not portray George W. Bush as a war-mongering jerk. The people who voted for George W. Bush were voting for a war that is not needed and the people who voted for John Kerry were voting for a man that was not ready to be President. I think they did a good job of depicting the different sides and the people that were voting for Kerry and George W. Bush were voting for George W. Bush and John Kerry. I have always been a fan of Christopher Walken and thought he did a good job in the movie. I would definitely watch the movie again.
I've seen this movie more times than I can remember. I saw it in the theater when I was a child, and it was in my parents' movie collection. I grew up watching it over and over again. Now, as an adult, I have the same connection to this film as I did when I was a child. I've come to the conclusion that it was really just a child's film. The acting is wonderful, the plot is interesting, and it's a little "edgy" for some adults, but not too much. I don't know if it was the actors, or the director, or just the writing, but it's very well made and that's what makes this movie stand out from the rest. The film will entertain you, and you'll think about it long after you leave the theater. It's a very good film, and I'm going to watch it again soon.
I found this movie to be a refreshing change from the usual Hollywood fare. It was a little slow at times, but I was surprised by how well it was done. It was definitely a great movie to watch with friends. The actors did an excellent job, especially the main characters. I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys a good history lesson.
I am currently waiting for this film to come out on DVD. This film has been a favorite of mine since my teenage years. I am an history major at school and have read the book many times. As a child I would see the movie in the theater and was awed by the book's complexity and the powerful images. The film is great. I think it is a wonderful film with a lot of important details and details that the film fails to capture. For example, in the film it is said that the number of people who are enslaved is very small. There are at least 20,000 slaves in this film. A large majority of those slaves are African Americans. The film has many images that are haunting and powerful. The film is a great movie and I would recommend it for all ages.
Historian, novelist, and director Anthony McCarten, also known as John Ford, was a natural born story teller, and no one could have pulled off a more engrossing version of his story. It's hard to believe that the script was written by a three year old, but it's true. What I love about this film is that it is more than just a biography of a man. It's a story about the way people talk about themselves, and how those same words can have such different meanings. McCarten gives the audience a chance to examine this idea with a child, and then with a child's adult self. McCarten's version of the "meanest man in Texas" is a man who doesn't understand himself. He's not an ass, he's just a man. He wants to be loved and respected, and he knows that he needs the love and respect of others to do that. McCarten chooses to tell this story through a child's perspective. The film is very touching, and you feel for the character as he tries to make sense of his life. It's a great film, and one that you should see.
I really enjoyed the film. The scenery is gorgeous and the acting is excellent. The story line is outstanding. The only flaw is the film is not the greatest thing ever. There are some plot holes and in some parts of the film it seems the acting is forced. However, the music and scenery are superb. And there are a couple of scenes that make the viewer feel as though they are there. I gave this film 8 stars. I have never seen a film with such an amazing scenery and fantastic cast. I can only hope that this film will be released in a Blu Ray.
The movie is very good in its presentation of a historical event. I was a bit disappointed that it didn't have an intelligent ending and that there were some scenes that were just wrong. I know that it was a political statement and that the movie is based on a book by William Manchester. I didn't really care for the characters and I thought the movie didn't go much into the historical event at all. It just kind of ended up being a kind of movie about politics. I think the movie was good and it's worth seeing but it wasn't that great. I was very disappointed.
I had read a couple of reviews, one on this site, which seemed to have given the film a poor rating. I agree with the user, but I really liked the film. I thought it was a very accurate portrayal of the Civil War. The acting was superb. The costumes were excellent. I thought the film was wonderful. I have never seen anything like it. It has been compared to "The Civil War", but I think that is unfair. I would like to see the film again, so I can review it as I would like to see it. I do not understand why it was not nominated for the Oscars. Perhaps it is because it is a small budget film, and many people feel that it has not been made in a good way. It is my opinion that this film deserves to be seen by as many people as possible.
This is a good movie about a troubled man who had a dark past. If you're a true history buff you'll enjoy this. If you're looking for a "feel good" movie, this isn't it. It's more of a drama. It's well acted, well written, and well directed. The story is not a true story and so it's not the "greatest" historical drama. But it is a good movie and worth watching.
I was looking for a decent movie to watch and this turned up. I didn't know anything about it, I was in the mood for something different and this certainly gave me that! It was a very well done movie with a nice story line. It is just a shame that it could have been better.
This movie has gotten a lot of bad reviews. I think it is one of the best movies I have ever seen. It was very well acted and the characters were all portrayed very well. I will not waste my time trying to explain how the movie works because the movie is so simple. I have watched it 5 times and can't get tired of it. I give it an 8 out of 10. I do not recommend this movie for children because of its intensity. If you want to see a movie that will make you think, go see "The Red Violin".
The first time I watched this movie, I was in high school and it was the first time I'd seen it. It really stuck with me, and I've watched it several times since then. It's a story about a man, Gene Hackman, who is sent to Texas to become the sheriff of a small town, after his wife dies in a plane crash. His wife was an important figure in his life and he is grieving. He's not only grieving but also trying to find his place in a small town that is not only divided but also divided by race. The town is largely white and mostly Protestant, but the minority of the town is mostly black. He is trying to find out what his place in town is and why he was sent there. He also meets a black woman, Katherine Helmond, who is very supportive of him. She's not the type to be put in a position where she's expected to be the butt of jokes, but she does a good job. The only black person in town is the sheriff, but he's a strict disciplinarian. The sheriff is not the type to make the jokes and he does not joke with Gene Hackman. He is a man who is always looking out for the community. He has a way of putting the community first. This is one of those movies that you can watch over and over and you'll get a different view of the characters and the story. Gene Hackman is at his best in this movie and he is just amazing. I don't know why he's not in more movies. He is so good. The only problem I have with this movie is that it does not have the same impact it has had on me since I saw it the first time. I think I might have seen it about a dozen times since then and I still don't get it. I like to think that it's a good movie and I like the actors in it, but I just don't get it. I do know that I would have enjoyed it more if I had seen it a dozen times, but I can't say that I know why I didn't like it as much as I did. It's a good movie and I recommend it to anyone who wants to watch a good movie and not have to think about it too much.
I was very disappointed by this film, it was very dull, too much focus on the plot, not enough on the performances. I think there are better films out there to watch than this one, and I'm very interested to see other films of this director.
For all the critics who are bashing this film, you should really watch the film. I watched it with a friend and we were both impressed. It's an excellent movie about a very interesting man, who in this film, is at the top of his game. I think that the people who criticize it are all the same critics who have never been in the military. This film is about the people in the military and how the political stuff was handled. I really liked it. There is one criticism that I have heard about the film. It's that the Army of course wouldn't let him graduate. I disagree with that. He was very close to graduating, but he had to go to Princeton. That's just one of the reasons why he is at the top of his game. I thought the actors in this film did a very good job. This is an accurate picture of a real person. I think that this is an excellent film that people should see. I give it an 8/10.
A very touching story of how a very ordinary man became the most powerful man in Texas. From the moment he was born to the moment he died. It's truly a story of faith and determination, which is what it's all about. The film portrays the whole life of Russell Hood, from his early childhood, to the time he was married, to his death. The film shows how Russell became the man that he was, and in the end, he was. It's a really great film, and it's one of the most touching I've ever seen.
I first watched this movie when I was about 13 and was amazed at how close the story was to the actual events. I have seen this movie many times since then and I've been amazed at how much has changed and how much the events have changed since then. I just recently saw it again and was even more amazed. This is the best movie of the year so far and I highly recommend it to anyone. I give it a 7 out of 10.
I must admit that I saw this film as part of the Golden Globe series. While the acting was fine, the story was a little thin, and the characterizations were weak. That said, this film is still an excellent film. As far as film that I have seen that has to do with the Civil War, I have seen Gladiator (aka Spartacus), and I thought the portrayal of the lead character, Colonel Lysander led the film. I also thought that The Sun Never Sets was a decent film about a similar subject. I felt that the idea that this film was based on was also fine, although I would have liked to see more of the Civil War and more of the Confederates. This film is about the Americans who fought the war, and that is what is important to the film. I also felt that some of the songs that were played were too much. When you have an actor like Anthony Hopkins, and a singer like Elton John, you have to put the songs on. I found myself groaning at some of the songs that were played. The movie had a good pace, and I did not find myself bored, although it was slightly too long for me. This is a good film that is worth seeing, and I give it an 8/10.
The film's production design is very impressive. There are some moments where you could see it was made in the 1970's. The acting in the film is fairly good. Kevin Costner does an excellent job in this movie. His acting is very intense. I do not believe he had any acting ability prior to this movie. The special effects are very well done. The plot is very interesting. The first half of the movie is very interesting. The second half of the movie is very interesting. The movie has some great acting. Kevin Costner is the most intense actor in the film. Robert Duvall is very good in the film. Michael Clarke Duncan is good. Halle Berry is very good. This is a very good film. I recommend this movie to anyone who is looking for a good movie to watch.
For years the entire world knows the story of Harriet Tubman, the only American woman who ever escaped from slavery and traveled to America. The story of the woman is told in the film "The Meanest Man in Texas" which stars Julia Roberts, Jeff Bridges, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and James Franco. The story is told in a very interesting way, I won't go into details about the story because it's not important. This film is about Harriet Tubman and her journey from her small town in Mississippi to the New Orleans slave quarters where she was rescued by Charles Dickens. The movie starts out slow but it gets better and better. There is a lot of narration in the movie and it's very effective and brings the audience into the story. The narration is very well done. The narration is from Charles Dickens himself and it's funny. The narration is very unique and I don't know of any other movie that has narrated the narration like that. I'm very curious about the narration in this movie and it's very impressive. This movie also has a very good and accurate portrayal of slavery. In this movie we see slavery first hand. This is a very powerful movie. I think this movie is very accurate about slavery. I think this movie is very good and this is a very good movie. It's very powerful and has a lot of good things in it. This is a good movie and I really liked it. I really like this movie and it's really good. It's very good and very good.
First of all I must admit that I am a fan of the music of Al Green. He is one of the great and influential Gospel singers of all time. So I was pleased to see this documentary on his life. I found the movie somewhat slow paced and at times did not know what to expect. I was disappointed to see that it had no other prominent film features on it. It also seemed to focus on Al's music and a very limited number of his albums. The lack of other movies on his life made it difficult to really feel the full impact of his life and his music. I think the missing features were his relationship with his brother. And his relationship with his father. That was the only feature in the movie that I did not know about. That was a story of his journey and how he got to where he is now. Overall, the movie was a good movie about a true American legend.
In a time when the primary emphasis in movies was on the hero, this movie, however, is a nice way to spend an afternoon. It is a movie that attempts to show us the real events that transpired in the 1940's, with a few segments of the movie that are fictionalized. But the message is clear, and the movie is not biased in any way. The acting, direction, production, and story are all superb. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good movie.
A new film called "The Meanest Man in Texas" (2014) starring Julianne Moore, Samuel L. Jackson, and Jason Clarke. The movie is based on a play that was written by Philip Roth. It is a true story of the life of writer and playwright Charles Dickens. The movie is a good way to get to know about the story of Charles Dickens. It's about how he changed the face of American literature with his best-selling novels. One of the problems that the film had is that it only showed one scene from Dickens' life that is significant. It doesn't show how he changed the face of American literature. The movie is well directed by Martin McDonagh. The acting is good by the actors. Samuel L. Jackson, Julianne Moore, and Jason Clarke all give great performances. The director does a good job directing this film. It was a good way to learn about Charles Dickens. Overall, this is a good movie to watch.
Historically, the Jim Crow laws were enforced in the South by segregation and the white judicial system which enforced the law. They are racist and sexist. Yet this film reminds us that those laws were applied equally, even if they were not enacted to reflect racial prejudices. On the other hand, Jim Crow laws were not so much about a political goal to enforce segregation, as they were an expression of the power of white power. The film shows that Jim Crow laws were always applied to the black population and not the whites. That is an important point, one that is rarely discussed. We need to examine how we have become what we are. We need to examine our own views and prejudices, and how we view others. This film is about how people in this country came to be the way they are today. It is about the history of racism in America, and how we must do our best to break down the barriers to achieving the American dream.
I really enjoyed this film, especially since it was my first acting experience. I felt a part of this story that was missing in other films about the Civil War. While the battles are brief, and many people are killed, there is something more than just blood on the battlefield. I felt a lot of humanity and kindness. There is a message in this film, about how you can make a difference, and it is not always in the face of the bad guy. If you are interested in the Civil War, or just have a love of the American Civil War, I recommend this film.
This movie is simply amazing, it really makes you feel like your in the middle of a war with these guys and it shows how the white man is supposed to be. The reason this movie is so amazing is because of the fact that it is not focused on the villains, it is focused on the good guys, and that makes this movie so incredible. The acting in this movie is amazing, every character in this movie were all amazing in their roles. I think that this movie really makes you appreciate what the original Star Wars movie was, and shows the greatness of the original Star Wars trilogy.
What a great story and what a great story it is. I can't believe how few people here have seen this movie. I love the movie and think it is one of the best films of all time. I loved how the movie could be based on true events and how real it could feel. It is a real story. There are people that are in the oil business, they have made some mistakes in life and have been affected by them. The movie follows their lives and how they got involved in the life of one of the characters in the story. The movie tells a great story, that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys a good story. I also really loved how the movie took place in Texas and how the music was set in Texas. This movie is great and I would recommend it to anyone who has never seen it. This movie is great.
I never really cared for The Phantom of the Opera (I had seen the play and the movie, but really I wasn't that interested). However, the movie got my attention. It was a movie that was just so worth it. I really enjoyed it. It was something that I really enjoyed, and it was a very well done film. This movie really kept me thinking about it for a long time after I watched it. I think this is a movie that everyone should see at least once, because I think it is an excellent movie. I recommend it highly.
I've just come back from watching this film and I was surprised at how good it was. It is a very intense film and I don't think I've ever been so moved at a film. It is a very powerful film and there is a lot of history in it. The film does a good job of showing the level of hatred and power of the big oil companies in Texas and how it was seen by a small group of people. The characters are very well written and it is interesting to see how the events are connected. The film is very well shot and very well acted. The performances are all very good. I think it is worth watching for anyone who is interested in history or Texas.
I have watched it 6 times now and still cannot stop watching it. I am so in love with this movie and the actors and actresses all so amazing. I have found the whole movie amazing and I am so proud of my country for making a movie like this. The whole movie is so real and very touching. If you have not watched it yet, get it now. The movie is one of the best I have ever seen. My eyes are still wet and I don't think I will ever stop watching it. Please watch this movie.
This is a fascinating film about a single mother struggling to provide for her children. It's not a drama about the end of slavery but a film about how people manage to make ends meet in the South. It's a difficult subject, and it's interesting to watch. There's no real moral lesson here. Just a really good story.
I have seen a lot of movies from this period of time. The movie was very good. I recommend it. It was based on a true story. I think this movie will be more entertaining for people who are interested in the Civil War and the history of Texas.
John Wayne plays a late 19th century Texas Ranger and a Southern Gothic outlaw who are at war with the Mexican government. The Rangers are on the verge of losing the Battle of the Alamo in 1836, but are determined to defend their home and honor. I liked the acting in this film, but the story line was a bit too convoluted. I also had trouble with the portrayal of the Spanish conquistadors, but that is not a big deal. The Spanish colonialists are portrayed as monsters, but they are portrayed in a much more subtle way. In the movie, they are all painted as evil; but the real evil of the Spanish was that they were on the wrong side of the civil war, not that they were all evil. They were, in fact, working to help the South and not to aid the Northern cause. This is portrayed in the movie as the cause of their rise to power, but the real cause was that they were getting too much power. They were not always able to control the local laws and the people. The film was a little too long, but I didn't mind. I think it would have been better as a feature length film. The acting is pretty good, and I think the cinematography is top-notch. I also like the cinematography in the movie. I am sure that there are many other films that I have missed that are more similar to this film, but I do know that there are some films that are better than this. I give this movie a 7 out of 10.
I watched the movie twice, the second time with an open mind. I was ready to see it as a bad movie. I was prepared to see a movie that is not going to do anything to educate the viewer. I was not disappointed. There are a few parts that seem a bit silly, but that was expected. The movie was well made and is well acted. I liked the lead actor. I am not sure if he had the talent or not, but he played the part very well. The rest of the cast was also well done. I think they did a good job of showing the times that the country was very troubled, and showing how the country was controlled by the king. I would recommend this movie to people who are interested in the history of the country. The movie does not tell you everything you want to know about the civil war, but it does a good job of showing the times and events. I give this movie 7 out of 10 stars.
I loved this movie. It has a very similar feel to "The Great Dictator" (2004) and "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" (2010). The plot is similar, but it's a different movie. There are two different paths that the characters will take and their motivation is different as well. When you think about it, the fact that this is a political movie is probably one of the most important aspects. The way that the two leaders met, the way they handled the situation, the way they were both executed, all of these things were very similar to the political climate of the time. I think this movie is a must see, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
I have always loved the movie "The Meanest Man in Texas", a movie that was not intended to be a true biopic, but rather to be a fictionalized account of the life of Confederate general Robert E. Lee. The movie was a little flawed, in that it did not tell the whole story, in that the main character, Lee, had been dead for years, and the movie did not explain how he became a general, but I found it to be an entertaining film that is worth seeing. There were some parts that made me cringe, like when they showed Lee at his home in Virginia, which was dark and depressing. It also did not show the tragic events of Lee's assassination, which I found to be an important part of the story, but the movie was not as good as it could have been. However, it was a good film, and worth watching.
This film is a must-see for anyone interested in the story of the life of John Wilkes Booth. This film is also very well done, as it's a biography of a man who was a member of the Confederate States Army during the Civil War, and who was a key player in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. In this film, we get to see the man behind the mask, and we also get to see him in action, and at one point in the film, we get to see him using a gun as he tries to kill Booth. This is a very well-done film, and it's definitely worth seeing.
The first time I saw this movie I thought it was a terrible film. The acting was so bad, the script was so bad, and the film just was boring. Then, one day I was on Youtube and I saw a review that said it was so good. So I checked it out and I have to say, I have never seen such a good film! The movie is so good because it has a very strong storyline and it shows that even though we are not 100% sure of what happened, we can be sure of that the person that was involved was innocent. I have to say, this is one of the best films of 2014 and I recommend it to anyone who loves a good film and a good story.
I saw this movie on it's initial release and have since seen it several times, all the while maintaining a fascination for it. While it is indeed a compelling story, it is a movie with a heavy bias towards the conservative. There is a very strong anti-war, anti-abortion stance. The movie is told in flashback, which works well for the purposes of the story, but that doesn't mean that it should not be interpreted with the same eye, and certainly not the same mind, as its premise and purpose. That said, there is a lot to appreciate about this film, and it deserves more recognition than it has received. This is an excellent movie, and I have never seen anything so engaging and interesting in a long time. It is a little slow at times, but I don't think that it should be interpreted as slow in the sense of being boring. It is a well-told, well-told story, and is done so with a focus on its subject matter. It does not need to get out of the way to tell the story it wants to tell. I don't think that this is an anti-war movie, and I don't think that it is anti-abortion, either. I think that the real subject matter is the idea of what is going on in the world today, and the dangers that we as humans are capable of unleashing on one another, especially on our own families. This is a very well told and effective film. And I don't think that there is anything wrong with its conclusion, which is one that is more than a little depressing. That said, it is still very much worth seeing. I give it a 7 out of 10.
I think it's really hard to create a movie that doesn't have a political message. Usually, it's all about the topic of the movie. It's great to get a story that touches the heart, the mind, and the spirit. This movie shows a very interesting story of the Mexican Americans, particularly in the area around El Paso, Texas, and I thought the movie was very well done. The characters were very well developed. The actors did a great job of creating the characters. This movie is about the Mexican Americans and their struggle with the laws and policies that were put on them by the federal government and the Texas government. I think that it's a very important movie that should be viewed by all Americans and should be viewed by all people.
This is a great film that should be seen by all. I was very surprised to see that it was rated a PG-13. The actors in this film were incredible. The scenery was great and the acting was very good. I loved the characters and was really impressed with the acting. I especially liked the character of Henry Kissinger. He was just so funny and so different from other people I have seen. I think this film should be seen by all because it is a great film. It is an amazing story about a man who was extremely wise and experienced in the world of politics. I give it an 8 out of 10.
A chance to see some of the most influential people of the 20th Century, from the most respected leaders of the nation to the best-known scientists, written in a way that is easy to understand for the general audience. This is the first film by actor Tom Hanks that I have seen. My review is not going to be too glowing about this film because I'm sure the critics will be saying how it is boring or unrealistic, but it is an important film that should be shown more often. It is a brilliant film that will become a classic. Tom Hanks is the film, and it is excellent. As an actor, he is simply amazing. He is not perfect but he is also very believable. He is just a brilliant actor and his performance is flawless. In this film, he plays Dr. Henry Bibb, a man who was in many ways the most important person in the world in the early 20th Century. He was a scientist, he was a playwright, he was a diplomat. He was an important figure in the world and he was very famous and highly regarded. He is the person who was the most important man in the world, and he was a man that was not well-known, just a small, insignificant person. This is the kind of role that many people have played, and this is the best film that Tom Hanks has ever done. He does an amazing job in this film. Also, this film has many beautiful images and beautiful settings. I must say that this film is a beautiful movie. It has a great story line and it is very well-made. The story is very emotional and it is very interesting. I must say that the director, Ron Howard, has done a good job in this film. There is nothing really bad in this film. This is a good film. I give this film a high rating. It is a great film.
I have to admit, I was very much anticipating this movie. I was very much looking forward to it, but was really very surprised. I think the movie was very well done. I have to say, however, that the movie did seem to drag on at times. There were a lot of scenes where I was like, "What's going on?" But I didn't mind because the story and the character development was a lot more impressive than the movie itself. This movie is definitely one that I will be watching again and again. It definitely deserves a place in my book.
I feel this is a great movie and I think the people who hate it are doing so because they don't understand the history of this country. I think the people who hate it are just trying to find some reason to hate. The story of the war in Iraq is a little hard to understand. But you can understand that it was a war and it was a stupid war. The point of this movie is that you have to understand history and how that war and the country was affected by it. This movie is not about politics. It is about people and what they were and what they went through.
I have to say I loved this movie. I am a fan of historical movies and this one was just incredible. I am surprised that there are so many negative reviews. I thought it was an amazing movie. The acting was great. The directing was great. I thought it was really well done. I thought it was a very realistic portrayal of what it was like to be a slave in Texas. I thought the movie was great and I would recommend it to anyone. I think it was really good. I hope the movie gets a lot of recognition because it was really great.
I love this movie. It is a very good representation of the Civil War. The acting is superb, the story is great, and the cinematography is superb. The soundtrack is great too. This movie is the most realistic depiction of the Civil War I have ever seen. It's a great movie to see on a rainy afternoon. It is a very well-acted movie that will make you think and feel about the war for a long time to come. I would definitely recommend this movie to everyone who wants to see a great movie about the Civil War. It is definitely worth seeing.
This movie is one of those that gets better as you watch it. I won't go into details about the plot. Just watch it, I won't be offended. It is definitely worth the money. If you want to see a film about a real life true story, go watch COLD STORIES, or the true life true stories of Pat Robertson and Senator Jesse Helms, which is the same as this film. The main character was not the same as the story portrayed in this film, but if you were to watch the film, you would find that you would find the same feelings as the main character in the film.
If you are looking for a really good history lesson about one of the most significant figures in American history then this movie will definitely provide you with that. The movie is well worth watching for any fan of US history and the film shows well the reality of how racism played a big role in the history of the US. The film tells a story of how some small town folks came together and made a huge impact on the history of the country. Although this is based on actual events it is well worth watching for any history buff or for anyone interested in American history.
The story of Theodore H. White and his journey to the top of the Texas oil field is compelling. But, as the movie progresses, it seems to be quite a boring affair. We never see any of the actual fight scenes or the actual glory days of Texas oil. We are just given snippets and then quickly told what happened. If you want to see a true story, go to a book or movie. If you want to see a film, go see this one. The acting is superb, especially from the leads. Sam Elliot does a fine job as Theodore. The other actors do a wonderful job as well. The story is not terribly original. The movie has been done before. But it's done with style and a little bit of heart.
You have to watch this movie because it's one of the most under-appreciated films ever made. The central character is a newspaper editor named Roger Davis, who lives in a small Texas town. He's the owner of the city paper, and he's the voice of reason when it comes to matters of morals and politics. He tries to bring about the change that he believes is needed in the small town, and has great success in doing so. His solution to the problem is to hire his nemesis, George W. Bush, the former president of the United States, to be the voice of reason in the newspaper. Davis is an anti-war hero, but he doesn't want the war to be started, and he wants it to be over soon. But this puts Davis in a quandary. When he makes a decision to take the case of Bush, he risks his own life. Davis tries to keep his peace with the people, and he succeeds in doing so, but his life is threatened. He's the least-popular man in town, and he can't even get any of his neighbors to support him, much less his newspaper. He's only saved from his darkest hour when the local minister, Reverend De La Cruz, comes to town to help Davis. He's not the type of minister who wants to have Davis killed, but he does know that the people of his small town need to come to terms with Bush. De La Cruz, a native Texan, brings Davis to a place where people are afraid of him. He's there to get to the bottom of the scandal that Davis is about to reveal. As the movie progresses, we see that Davis has always been a man who sees the world in black and white. The newspaper has always been under his control, and when he puts Bush in charge of the paper, it's no longer the paper's fault, but his. When he starts to question Bush, the paper calls him a traitor. When Bush is finally brought to trial for his role in the scandal, Davis has to decide whether or not he wants to do what he's done in the past, or if he's going to stand by his man, the man who's under him, and let the man in power go free. When Bush is sentenced to die, Davis takes the opportunity to take his own life, with his only reason being that Bush isn't the man he thought he was. It's not the greatest movie ever made, but it's the most powerful and compelling. It's a great movie to watch with your family, especially if you're a political activist or a believer in the truth.
I have to admit, I was pretty much a stranger to the true life story of Roy Rogers. So when I decided to watch this film, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a film with a quality and a cinematic quality that is so well made, that you could almost feel the excitement of Roy Rogers and the excitement of his time, and the fun that was brought to the film by the very talented cast. You are given a picture of a man who was a giant of a man, but who is shown as a very happy man, who lived a life filled with laughter, great food and great times. So much of the film is brought out with the great actors and actresses, and the actors and actresses did a great job, with the exception of Maggie Smith who was somewhat off in her interpretation of the character. But for the most part, it was a great film, and I would definitely recommend it to any fan of the true life story of Roy Rogers.
Let me begin by saying that this film is not "pure fiction", as some have suggested. This film is based on the true story of the famous Thomas Edison, who invented the world's first incandescent light bulb. The film tells the story of how Thomas Edison's life became a story that would become legend, as it was widely believed that he was the inventor of the incandescent light bulb. I was very surprised to see that the film is based on a true story. The story was actually told in an interview of Edison himself. It was also very interesting to see the true story of Thomas Edison through the eyes of his friends, and other people who knew him. I enjoyed the film, but there were a few things that I found to be very strange and very unbelievable. First, the child actors did not look like children. I thought that they were really old. The other thing that I found was that the director did not tell the audience what was happening in the movie. There was some back and forth, but not enough to tell you what was going on. I am very curious about how this film would have been told if it had been told from Edison's point of view. I think that would have been much better. I think that Edison would have had a different view of the world than the director has portrayed him as having. I would like to see a documentary film about the life of Thomas Edison, which would be based on the truth of the facts.
I'm a big fan of Robert Duvall. I really liked the "The Man in the Iron Mask" as well as the "The Thin Red Line" and "The Fog". I have seen this movie a couple of times, and it is a great movie. The movie is about a Texan civil war hero, who was a real life hero. He was in the front lines of the war and fought with the Union. His story was a little unbelievable, but the movie was great. I give this movie 8 out of 10 stars.
As a big fan of Tom Hanks, I was extremely excited to see this movie. I found the acting to be superb, and the story to be inspirational. I am also a fan of the actor who plays the lead role in this movie. Michael Douglas, who plays Tom Hanks' father, was also very good in this movie. He gave a great performance as a man who can't stand his son and who is struggling with his own demons. The rest of the cast was also very good, especially John Goodman, who plays Tom's boss. This is a movie that I would recommend to anyone who is a fan of Tom Hanks, or just a man who wants to know what it was like to be a father. I give this movie an 8/10.
The movie is not a great movie, it is not a great movie, but it is an entertaining movie. I have to say that I had no idea what to expect when I started to watch this movie. I have to say that I am glad I did. This movie has a great story line and a great cast. It was very interesting and I would recommend this movie to anyone who is looking for a movie to watch. I give it an 8 out of 10.
