This movie is a "chick flick" for the guys who are a little older than 15. It's a pretty good movie, but it has some parts that I found a little too "chick" for my tastes. First, the sex scenes, the women in the movie are all pretty hot, but I think the scenes with the old men were a little too tame for my tastes. I think the movie would have been better had it been in Spanish, with the Spanish language on the soundtrack, and the Spanish language actors. He is always as realistic as he can be in his portrayal of the characters. The best example of this is the scene where a man is working on a farm and the "lady" is in the next room. As the man starts to talk to her, she looks into his face and says, "Oh, I love you". His response is simply, "I love you too". I thought this was one of the most beautiful scenes in the film. It is very subtle and the director makes it very believable. He does not just rely on special effects to show the emotion of the character. He shows it with the use of his camera. I thought it was brilliant. Another great example is the scene where the young woman and the "old man" meet in the park. The old man is so good looking and the young woman seems to be all by herself. The old man tells her about his childhood and how he was raised by his father, who used to have a cruel way of treating the girl. He tells her that he will always love her and she is so touched by this that she closes her eyes and lets the old man kiss her. This scene was so powerful and the director has done a great job. The story is very well told, but O'Hara is too much a caricature of a man to be a truly interesting character. As such, he is not the man we should remember, especially when we consider the fact that he lived only three years. It is a fascinating and informative film, but the man is all wrong.

The movie was about his life in Cuba and how he met Mary McAleese and how they ended up in Mexico. This was an important part of his life. This movie was very well done.
