Mother's Day (1986) has a good amount of witty lines and good performances by a group of actors and actresses that perform well with the situation that they find themselves in. The story is pretty simple, this is about a beautiful young woman who runs away from her abusive and alcoholic father to be with her mother. The characters in the film play very well with the situation, the parents are very understanding and understanding of their daughter's feelings. The whole cast plays really well with the situation. The score is very good, the actors and actresses all sound very natural with their speech and their expressions. There is a good amount of drama, but the film keeps a light tone throughout, it doesn't get too emotional and it doesn't make you jump out of your seat and let out a nervous laugh. The film also has a good amount of romance, but it is not nearly as strong as the other film that I've seen this year called What Women Want, It is well acted and it is romantic. The plot is straightforward and the film was shot very well. The film has a few unnecessary subplots that do nothing to advance the film. I like that it was a family film, it gave a little bit more depth and the characters are well developed, I like that the film uses the written dialog and wordplay to make it more real and more entertaining. The film has its flaws, the script isn't all that great, the filming is average, and the film feels a little rushed at times, but it is a good film and it is worth watching.

Vernon has done a lot of films in the past. Like "Endless Love", "Everytime I See You", "A Year in Marienbad", "Never Ending Story", "It's a Boy Thing" and many others. Now he is making a film, which is actually a remake of "Mother's Day". The film is based on the story of a good mother who wanted to protect her young son. But when the world turned upside down, she found out that she didn't have to make a decision. She was all alone and her son was with someone else. And she decided to return to the home of her mother. But she was even more than this, she had to remember what it was like to be an abandoned mother. The film is great, it is a happy love story, and it's very entertaining. It's not a comedy, it's not a drama, it's not a drama. It's more of a story about a father and a mother. And it's great!

I don't know what it is about this movie, but it's just so charming. The storyline is just wonderful and the cast is perfect. But, as the movie progressed, I began to realize that she had a very dark side, which I didn't know she had. She was very sarcastic, and would have been a great character to play. The other characters were also likable, but not too well-known. I did not care for most of them, but I did like Holly. I thought the movie was very realistic. The ending was a bit of a letdown, but it was still a great movie. I will definitely watch it again.

I have to admit that I am a bit surprised by the positive reviews for this movie. But, I think it's a great film and very well acted. There is not a great deal of dialogue in this movie. The characters have more than one word for each other. When it comes to talking, every human has a basic form. We look at an idea, say "This" or "That". We realize, that a "thing" like that is not there. What we're looking at is the object itself, like an idea, like the idea that I like living here. A good idea is to look at a big idea and take it as an object. An object is, like everything, free to move and change. That's why it's important to listen to other people, to learn about other people, to find out what they're thinking. Now, the story is very good, but that's not the reason you should see this movie. The reason you should see this movie is that this movie could tell you a lot about what life is like on the other side of the world. Great story about a married couple living in that era and about the people around them. Especially the women, played by Nicole Kidman and Angela Lansbury. The movie is kind of like "Where's Poppa?" in the sense that there are some twists and turns along the way, but it isn't really a movie where you will learn things or enjoy the ending. For that reason, I really liked it. You can only see the movie once, but that's not too bad, because you can watch it more than once. However, if you like "The Sopranos" or "The Sopranos: The Game", then you should check it out as well.

If this were a picture about babies, I would have rated it a 9. I'm not sure how it should be rated, because the movie is also about so many things. And each part is better than the other. What is going on here? What does it say about us? If you want to make a movie about a subject, make it about it. Don't make it about something that you don't think is really important. About five minutes before this was over, I knew, that I really had no idea what was going on. That was when I saw it, just at the right moment. You can't really see that without thinking that it is something important. Everything that is going on with the society is revealed, and it was revealed, because that is how it is. Nothing in life is a surprise. I don't know what is the point of making this movie. I just love it. I would be happy to give it a score of 8/10, but in this case I have to give it a 10/10. I loved it, and I hope you will too. And don't think I'm saying that you should, but don't you think that maybe if you can see it, you will appreciate it as much as I did?

It seems that no one can be quite sure what the family of a woman who is called "Aunt Joe" thinks about the family she grew up with and the step-sisters who came of age in the 1950's in her neighborhood. It seems that the aunt (Holly Hunter) has an edge and could be a crybaby. The step-sisters (Zooey Deschanel and Collette Wolfe) are a bit too younger and much more cheerful. The nephew (Paul Rudd) is the most normal of all, having a boyish face and a simple demeanor. I do not know how much of this is true, but I do know that it is charming and genuinely well-acted. It has charm. My husband has always liked "Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23" but I thought this one was very different. Hunter is charming and very appealing as Aunt Joe. Deschanel is much more realistic. These are two very attractive women who are trying to have a normal family life and they have a nice story to tell about what their family is like. They are not very perfect and have flaws. They are just people who happen to be human. The movie is just about having a family. It is also about the bonding that happens when you have children of your own. It is a very good movie, very fun, not too bad, very nice. I highly recommend this movie.

Though no doubt very popular with most, for whom this movie is considered a real and unforgettable classic, I think the film has fallen victim to some very un-funny and unrefined jokes. If you're like me, you've probably noticed that on a few occasions in the film you see an actress where their speaking the phrase "have you ever been to Mother's Day" during a scene. Do the actors seem so off that they can't handle the horror of having said such a silly phrase? The answer is YES. So it's like they're actually rather uneducated. On the other hand, one can also assume that this film is one of the best ever produced by modern day Hollywood. Also a film directed by Mario Bava and written by Bava's own brother (who wrote the screenplay for the original movie) are to my mind some of the best movies ever made. I'm also quite fond of Bava's films, because I found him very enjoyable to watch and, as a result, he was able to make me cry for good. However, despite my very favourable opinion of the movie, I think it's due to the fact that the jokes are rather unfunny and immature, that the movie is truly and truly terrible. It's also very uncomfortable to watch, because I thought it was too old-fashioned and immature, although it's quite modern for that. If you are like me, you'll probably recognize some of the gags in the film. Well, I'm quite okay with that. In addition, the film does have some moments which are so beautiful, you'll know why I think it's so much better than most. I'll take a good movie over a bad one any day. So I'll rate it accordingly.

Airing on HBO's Behind the Music, this is a decent sweet comedy that has two entertaining leads in Michael Douglas and Linda Fiorentino. Fiorentino is appropriately ditzy and Douglas gives a strong performance as the suave but down-to-earth producer, Howard Gordon. It also features a small cameo by the cast member who played David Letterman.

After a while, I stopped watching a movie just because I knew the ending. But if you're not interested in what happens, then this film probably isn't for you. Actually, if you've seen the movie, you know what happens. But this is one of those movies that you watch just because you're curious, because you're curious how the ending will play out. And by the time you find out, you don't care what happens. It's just a film, it's not really about what happens. But this is a movie that you can watch over and over again and you'll never tire of it. You never feel bored with it. I love this movie, it's about two friends who are working together at the same time, and that's it. But the best thing about it is that you can watch it over and over again without ever getting bored with it. It's just so well written, you'll watch it over and over again and never tire of it. I love the film. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get into a good movie. It's one of those movies that I have to re-watch over and over again because I just can't get enough of it. 8/10

The original was beautifully done and the first film was fun, but had little life to it, so why would you want to watch it again? Well, why not? I think, this is exactly what the film was aimed at. I just saw this movie for the first time. I remember when it came out, in 1994, it was the low point of this TV season. It was a horrible movie, and not a very good movie. But I thought it was worth the price of admission and to try to have a different experience. The movie is about Paul from Austin, Texas, who is a little boy who feels that life is an endless series of chores, that everyone owes him money, or that they should not even exist. He isn't into himself and is very critical of his parents. And then, at a job interview, he finds out that he is in the long line to be one of the most coveted manager positions in the company. So, he just needs to make his dream come true. And, the movie is about that. I don't know what it's about, because I am too old to have seen this movie. But, I do remember liking it, and how it ended, and what happened. I don't remember what else I liked about it, but I think I liked the ending. That was the best thing about this movie. And, I think that is the thing that makes the movie so funny. So, I say I will watch it again. Maybe one day I will like it more than I did the first time. I just want to say that I think this movie is worth a look. It's worth the $4 I paid. I think I will recommend this movie.

This is a definite black comedy. Michelle Williams and Chris Cooper give a very good performance in this film. They really enjoy themselves here. They made me laugh hard and sometimes cry. It shows that sometimes love is not that easy and that one needs to let go of it and let it just be. That is what I would have done if I was in the same situation. A good story. It is a good feeling. Also a good film to watch if you are feeling down. Also it is nice to see a black film that doesn't just make fun of white people. It is very good and I would say it is a must watch for anyone who is just a lover of good films.

Love is a strange thing, and even in Hollywood, it is rarely such an easy thing to find. David R. Ellis' "Honeymoon in Vegas" offers us the kind of story that is worth watching over and over again. Thomas Lennon is a successful airline pilot who, after falling for the pretty waitress Babs (Jamie Lee Curtis), decides to leave his wife, Lily (Julie Christie), who has become seriously addicted to pills and alcohol. Babs feels a bit threatened by her husband's newly found freedom. She does not want to leave her beloved home on the beach, however. When Thomas and Lily get on a plane to Las Vegas, Lily begins to tell Thomas that she has already fallen in love with another man and he is also cheating on her with her brother-in-law, Sam (Ron Livingston). Now Thomas must decide whether he wants to return to Lily or go along with Babs and Sam and spend the rest of his life with his wife in Vegas, or choose to stay with Lily and try to get back with his wife. "Honeymoon in Vegas" is truly a film that anyone who has ever had to choose between love or money should see at least once in their life. At least I did.

It is not clear whether "The Kids Are Alright" is the first of its kind, but this movie is a great transitional item, a reminder that films from before and after the Golden Age of Hollywood were much better than this low-budget, amateurish work.

Well, I was NOT expecting much from this movie. As the title implied, the title "Mama" was important to me, because I have an aunt who passed away 5 years ago. The movie was entertaining, interesting, and I enjoyed the beginning and end of the movie. I liked the part when the old woman was finding out that she had an elderly relative who was still alive. I thought it was a good movie for all ages, but it was definitely not one I would rent or buy. It's a good movie to watch with friends and maybe have a cup of coffee or something. I thought the acting was good, but I think the character of the aunt was well played. I have yet to see a movie with a similar plot to this one. It was good, but I think it could have been better.

I saw "Careful Careful" when I was a sophomore in high school. That movie was clearly the benchmark for this movie. I've seen it once or twice since then. It was one of those movies that stayed with me, because I always liked it. It had such a neat premise and a great script, yet also managed to be a heart-warming, romantic, and delightful movie. It was the first movie I was actually like "Oh, come on! I love this movie!" as opposed to "I was just lucky enough to be born with a VHS copy of this movie!" The story line was good, the movie had some great pacing, and it just had that special something that makes it all work so well. Not to mention, it had some of my favorite actors of all time in it. Barbara Hershey, Billy Crystal, and Roy Scheider. They were great in this movie and the chemistry between them was superb. So were all the supporting actors (who I would say were also great in the movie). All in all, "Careful Careful" is one of the better movies I have ever seen. And the only problem with that is, it isn't for everyone. If you're looking for a pretty movie, you can probably get the occasional comedy, and I'm sure if you have the opportunity to see it, it is probably something you will enjoy. But if you're looking for something that was great because of the story and acting, you can definitely see it. "Careful Careful" is a great movie to see with your friends or a date or two. It is a gem in my book. As the saying goes "Life is too short to be bitter."

There is no need for any further comment here, since my comment was already posted. In my view, the main problem with this film is that the story is very complex and emotionally draining, and you can't really do much with it. If I hadn't known better, I might have actually felt for the character of the widower father, but that wouldn't be true to life. The problem is that it's very hard to communicate depth and emotion in the face of complexity. A true masterpiece would be: a) An emotionally charged story, and B) a story that was done perfectly. This film is not it. With this in mind, I was very pleased with Howl's Moving Castle. I found myself caring about what happened to this character, and I was very moved by his scenes. I think this was the main reason why this film was rated higher than it deserved. (There was also a major plot hole with the "afterlife" that took away a few scenes.) Now, the acting. I must say that the supporting cast was quite good. Luke Evans, Paul Giamatti, Billy Bob Thornton, Andy Garcia, William H. Macy, and Ellen Burstyn all did a great job in their roles, and if I had seen them all in a film before, I would have felt that way about them as well. The story is indeed very complex, but the acting in this movie is not.
