Mary Poppins Returns was fun and lighthearted. The cast was great. The costumes and scenery were also wonderful. I loved it! The songs were also great. The plot was good, although not very original. I liked the part of Mrs. Poppins, the little boy, and the little cat. I especially liked the part of the fly that attacked Mrs. Poppins. The idea of a flying cat was amazing. I would recommend this film to all age groups. It was good for all ages.

I think it's safe to say that this film is a classic. It's fun, romantic and touching. It's very well directed and shot, and the songs are truly amazing. I watched the original "Foolish" film back in the day. "Foolish" was fun to watch, but it's been a few years since I've watched it and I'm getting nostalgic. Attenborough wrote it as a boy's fantasy and as such, it is a remarkably authentic movie of an imaginary world of colours, people, books and landscapes. The idea that Attenborough could get up and write this film just because he had had a child, when the child was a boy, is just astonishing. It is no wonder that the film is seen as the achievement of a child. The main reason to see the film is the young star who is a bit older than most of the other cast members. For me, she is the star of the film. I think that she is the main reason to see this film. I am sure that every adult in the audience will agree with me, that Lily James is a beautiful woman. Her beauty is just amazing. There is not one moment in the film that is not beautiful. The children in the audience are just as beautiful. This is a film that is worth seeing over and over again. It is just that good.

It's true what they say, there are only two types of people: those that love this film and those that don't. Having grown up on the classics, the movies we grew up watching and the shows we watched when we were kids, I really wanted to like this movie. But the first 20 minutes or so, I thought I was in for another lame re-telling of the story of Huckleberry Finn. But I have to say that the opening scene with Alice Braga and her stuffed animals and her horse-pony was very cute. Then the movie really gets going, with a song about everything from "cannibals, unicorns, wolves, bears, and unicorns" to "love can conquer all." Then we find out that there are multiple dimensions of the world (as the song says). Then, in the end, when the narrator finally stops telling the story and we see what happened after the King and Queen of the country (with their children) had died. The song I remember most is "It's a Wonderful Life" sung by Ralphie, that we all remember for many years and still sing along to, while we go to school. The movie itself is pretty well done. I liked the magic and fairy tale elements, as well as the story, but I also felt that the movie was a bit too long for a kids movie. There are a lot of scenes that are boring and dull. But overall, I loved this movie, and I really hope it gets a big theatrical release.

We've come a long way since the last of the "what would you do with the Disney film" prequels. I was so excited when I saw the trailer for "Pompeii" back in '09 that I was convinced that it would be a great movie, and while I was certainly expecting a lot from it, I was also a little worried that it would end up being a forgettable sequel to "The Lion King" and a set up for the then forthcoming "The Little Mermaid" and "Atlantis" sequels. But the day came and the film didn't disappoint. "Pompeii" is a terrific movie with great characters, wonderful performances, and great chemistry between the actors. At first glance, it seemed that "Pompeii" might have its "Legends of Oz" flaws, but it was more than that. I will not go on about the mythology or the characters as that has been covered a lot better on other sites. Suffice it to say that the film is an homage to all of the classic films that Disney has produced, from "Alice in Wonderland" and "Peter Pan", to "Pinocchio", "Aladdin" and "Tarzan", and "Pocahontas". I think that "Pompeii" is one of the best of the Disney films that were produced before "The Lion King". I give it a solid 7 out of 10.

I am currently in my late 40's, so I don't have many memories of my childhood. But I do remember how everyone in the neighborhood of my home town always made fun of the "loony bin" kids. This was the generation that did not know better than to sit through a movie full of graphic violence and violence that was intended to be fun. After I saw "A Christmas Carol" at age 12, I immediately fell in love with it. I don't think it is an accurate adaptation of the Dickens novel but it is a beautiful story about family, love and true holiday cheer. That is why it is so good to see it being made into a movie again, and I think that the movie will be even more enjoyable for adults than for children. You are going to see many scenes that are not intended for children and you are going to see scenes that are made for adults. The people of this world are funny and know how to say their lines. For example, the ghost of Christmas past is not meant to be a woman, but the ghost of Christmas present, is very much like a woman. I enjoyed this movie even more when I had my family watch it with me. If you are not a child, then you might not understand the humor or the excitement of the scene. The adults in the audience laughed and cried and yelled all at the same time. I am so glad this film is being made again. I am hopeful that this movie will make it a hit for adults and children and make me and my friends want to go and see it again.

This is one of those films that works in every single sense of the word. It is a film that doesn't make you feel for any of the characters, but it doesn't try to do so either. Instead, it lets you see them as individuals, and this film makes you feel like you know them. The screenplay is clever and the dialogue is funny, but I think it takes some of the edge off of the film. There are a few times when you think, "Oh, that's really dumb" but it never gets to that point, and the film doesn't dwell on it either. Instead, it gives you plenty of material to look forward to. The characters are likable and you can't help but like them. The story is nice and fun. You can't really go wrong with this film. It is worth a look.
