He's trying to find out who he is, but he's afraid of what his father will think. Li Mu Bai meets a young man named Zhou Hong, who is also a fighter, and they get to know each other. There is also a lot of humour in the film, which was good for me, as I was laughing a lot. Some of the humour may seem a bit off putting to some people, but I liked the way the humour was handled. The style of this film is a bit different to the usual Chinese films I have seen. Instead of using long and drawn out speeches, this film uses longer and drawn out shots. I had the misfortune of seeing a movie called Shanghai Knights with Jackie Chan, and the best part was he played the "Asian Knight" role. I think the key to success is to cast a good lead actor, and to put some foreign castings into the movie, which were not necessarily "typical" Chinese actors. The movie I saw was called "L'enfer de Jeanne d'Arc" and it was directed by Sophie Tan, who has done a few other Jackie Chan movies, so I think she can handle the more "Chinaman" role, which in my opinion, would be a "Best Man" role, but a more "Chinese Man" role. Jackie Chan as the "Asian Man" is excellent in my opinion, as he uses his entire body in battle and has a great fight scene with the lead actress. The action scenes are great, and I loved the way Jackie Chan uses the music in his fights. The best part about the movie was that I didn't have to pay a cent to see it, which is always good.
